Davis Services was selected by Duke Power to assess my home hot water heater as I have a service plan through Duke. The service tech arrived as scheduled and was very friendly. He determined the unit would need replacing. He retrieved a new water heater, returned quickly and within two hours was finished with the job. Very pleased with the end result. Everything was in place and the work area was clean. This was a great first experience with Davis. Once again, very pleased with the service and courtesy from Davis Services Inc.

Austin was extremely professional and spent time troubleshooting my issue as opposed to just assuming the compressor was bad. After a more detailed inspection he found a wire jacket exposed contacting the housing of the unit. Repaired the wire and system working, issue solved. Great job!

Davis was recommended by some neighbors, and I’m so happy we listened to them! We had a wonderful experience! Our heat went out overnight when it was 17 degrees so we woke up to a frigid house on a Friday. I called first thing at 8 am and they had someone out not only the same day, but less than 3 hours later! Russell was wonderful and quickly fixed the issue & double checked everything before he even left to make sure we were up and running with heat. Definitely a great experience after a stressful morning!

Needed Service on the Weekend during this cold spell, for our Upstairs Unit. Called Davis at 8 AM and they were able to get us on their Service Board the same Day. Within 2 Hours, we received a Call that a Technician was heading our way. David arrived, introduced himself and we explained our situation. He put on protective shoe covers and came inside and did an assessment of the Upstairs Air Handler. From there he went outside and did an additional assessment on the Condensing Unit. David then discussed with us what the issue was and gave us the Quote. We agreed to let him proceed with the Repairs, as the Price was reasonable, especially for Weekend Service. Once he was finished, he reviewed with us what he had done and showed us the defective part, collected payment and asked us if there was any questions that we had. David was not only professional , but also very cordial. He is definitely an asset for Davis Services. From the call that we placed this morning, the call letting us know a Technician was on the way, to our experience with David, we couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely be a Davis Service Customer moving forward.

I sure did experience the Davis difference today. I called Davis Services, Inc to have my yearly service done on my HVAC unit. Russell and Andrew were such a pleasure to deal with. They came in and did their inspection. They made some suggestions for improvements that I might want to consider in future. They put covers on their shoes before entering the house and most important, answered all my questions. Russell and Andrew where both very nice and courteous. Technician from Davis (Russell) was quick to respond to Heat Pump issue late on Friday afternoon. Quickly diagnosed coolant leak, but struggled to find location. Back next day and eventually found leak - it was in piping in crawl space under house connecting indoor and outdoor units. Piping cut, new section installed with braising and we all good now.

As a first time customer of Davis Heating and Plumbing I was only choosing Davis by hearing the facts that Ive heard on their commercials. I also noticed Davis Trucks parked in my community. I was merely hoping I made the right choice as I scheduled Plumbing services by means of their Website. The next morning I spoke to a Customer Service Representative. She politely asked a few questions and promised that a Plumber would contact me shortly to give me a window of time to expect him. Woodrow Davis called and promptly arrived as he promised. He immediately tackled a clogged kitchen sink, working diligently until the situation was no longer an issue. He respectively cleaned up the area and then moved on to correct flushing issues that had become costly when paying our monthly water bill. I have never received such wonderful customer service from any business offering Plumbing services. I plan on notifying them when it is time to do a maintenance checkup on my HV Unit. I never thought Id be grateful to have plumbing issues but I am..The reason is that this unexpected major issue allowed me to acquaint myself with an outstanding Plumbing/Heating and Air Company..I highly recommend their services...

I had a good experience with Davis services. The technicians were very courteous, customer oriented and willing to please. Even though the visit took longer than normal I am glad I did business with them. Unfortunately, we had to wait for equipment to come from an hour and a half away. But the technician stayed busy preparing for the arrival of the new equipment. I do wish the temperature of the water was a little bit hotter. I am hoping they might come back and fix that for me.

Victor from Davis Services came out to my home about 7:30 pm. For a short period, the AC system wasnt working properly to keep the home cool. It was only 79 degrees outside and the thermostat was on 70 degrees inside. Yet the indoor temperature was 77 degrees for hours. And it was 76 degrees when Victor arrived. An hour before he arrived, he told me on the phone to shut the system off on the thermostat and only put the fan setting on. So when he arrived an hour later, the temperature only dropped 1 degree inside with the system being off. I didnt like spending more money for them to come back out again since Davis Services was here 60 days earlier to fix and service the system. When Victor arrived it was 76 degrees inside and he spent 90 minutes or longer checking everything out. He determined that everything was working fine now. Im not sure what the problem was temporarily or if the system just needed to be turned on and off to work again. But he did a very thorough job testing the AC system to make sure it worked properly before leaving. And I appreciated that.

Purchased a new Lennox HVAC unit last year due to Helene damage. Had unit for a little over two months and started having issues with abnormal energy bill. Checked my thermostat and Auxiliary heat status was running excessively and my unit would not properly cycle off. Contacted Davis Heating and Air, they sent a service technician out but he was unable to resolve the issue. However, he narrowed the issue down to being electrical or mechanical. The same day after first technician departed they sent another technician to provide service, and he too came to the conclusion that it was more so a mechanical problem. All this took place during New Years Eve. The technician Russell came by today (1/2/2025) and brought replacement HVAC part to properly repair my unit. Since unit was purchased brand new the warranty covered the defective part. Davis makes an earnest effort to provide all their customers with top tier service. And, this is why I have been a loyal customer for well over 7 years.

Davis has always met or exceeded my expectations for plumbing and HVAC services for over 10 years. Our heat went down and we were given all the possibilities to get it restored. Since our package unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace. This is usually an unexpected expense but guaranteed to occur. This is our second replaced unit which failed 20 years ago and you can imagine what the cost has done in that time. It was not a Davis installation and I believe it was half the cost of the new one. Since I’ve experienced this twice in this house, I have experience with two replacements. I feel more confident in what we have had installed by Davis Services. Two reasons are the quality of the installation and attention to detail. The work the 2 young men completed was the same as what I’d expect for a much costlier home. Our home has been remodeled but it was originally built before anyone had central heat or air. We’re finally feeling the Davis difference!

Great experience from initial consultation to final installation!Michael S from sales was extremely knowledgeable and able to advise exactly what I would need based on my requirements. I have an all glass sunroom on the back of my house and a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Unit was the answer. The room can now be used all four seasons. My wife and I love it! We also had a functioning 25 year old heat pump servicing the second level of the home. I wanted Michael to look at it and he gave me his recommendation and formal proposal, without being your typical high pressure salesman. In fact, he said I may get a couple more years out of the heat pump but we decided to replace it anyway.The services provided by Charlie / Cody (Mini-Split) and Charlie / Mike (Heat Pump) was outstanding! All three of the guys were vey professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While installing the Mini-Split Unit, they were patient and listened to my concerns about placement of the unit and we came up with the perfect solution. All of the guys were very conscious about cleaning up after the installations and left the house as they found it. I enjoyed interacting with all of them and learning some things during the two days they were at the house.Overall, I give Davis 5 stars and can honestly say I feel the Davis Difference.Dan K

I first used Davis Services, Inc. in 2021 to replace both the furnace and AC systems on the 2nd floor of my home. After shopping around and obtaining quotes from multiple well-known companies in the area, I was incredibly happy to have chosen Davis Services for this project. My sales representative (aka Comfort Consultant), Jason Smith, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Unlike other companies, Jason provided the actual models and detailed information of all the equipment options available for the project. And the very fair price was MUCH better than the competitors. I called upon Davis Services again in January 2023 to replace my hot water heater which was also completed fast and at a fair price. And just this April 2023, it was time to replace the furnace and AC systems on the 1st floor of my home, so I called upon Jason Smith again who once again provided top notch service with all the detailed information that I requested. The project was completed flawlessly thanks to Lead Mechanic Jonathan Baker and Austin Hill. I would also like to thank Tyler Hutcherson for his meticulous work performing scheduled maintenance on my HVAC systems in September of 2022. The entire team at Davis Services, Inc. is professional, skilled, and courteous! Davis Services, Inc. is easily one of the best companies I’ve worked with, and I highly recommend them. We were without power for over a week due to Helene. When the power was restored, we discovered that our HVAC was not working. I knew that Davis would be very busy, and it was a Saturday as well, and that we might have a significant wait before having a technician come out. I called and asked to be put on the repair list. In less than 20 minutes Davis called back and said that the technician was on the way. Austin arrived soon after, assessed the unit, and discovered and repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes. I would give Davis ten out of ten if it were possible. We are very happy with all of the service that we receive from Davis.
