    Brenard and his crew did an awesome job putting in a new AC system for us. I’ve used several AC companies and Brenard has been the best by far. He made the decision making process easy for us on selecting a new unit and answered the many questions we had. We went with an updated Trane model and he went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted (drove all the way to Lubbock to pick up the specific unit!) and also helped us to adjust airflows throughout our house. We received an honest and fair quote and would highly recommend Brenard and his team at David Services.

    Called David’s Services and Benard came by within 3 hours, calling before his arrival. He performed a complete check on our heating system and correct issues.     Low price and good work. Bernard was the service tech! The vehicle was professionally parked. He explained that my blower motor was dirty and that was causing the vibration! I bet mot ac people would have said you need another motor. He cleaned it and not only is it quite it is blowing cooler. Great service and very polite. I highly recommend this company for your ac and heating work!

    I recently had to replace my HVAC system.I had several quotes, but wanted another one. My brother told me about David Services Inc. He had replaced several of units and has been using them for years. So I called and spoke with Lance. Hewas in the area and came out that afternoon. He was very thorough and checked everything out. He went in the attic and found the vent pipe was bent and leaking carbon monoxide. The other company that came out before him, didn’t even go up into the attic so that would’ve added a price onto their quote.David Services, Inc. was the best price.Lance and his team were exceptional. They were very professional and answered all my questions.If you’re considering getting a new HVAC system, you need to make sure that you give them a call.Tell them that Lauree, Keith’s sister highly recommended them. I’m not getting any kickback for recommending them, I do this because they were the best that I found in my search.If you need a new HVAC system, do it now because the prices will be going up this next year.

    I should have posted this review a year ago. David Services is the last HVAC company I will ever use, so long as I live within their service area. My wife and I called them for an issue with our unit not blowing sufficient cold air. They showed up that day and fully serviced our system, and charged a very reasonable rate. Their technician was professional and courteous—a pleasure to work with. Then when the problem returned on two different occasions (not due to an oversight on their part, this was a gremlin in our electrical panel on the air return), they came back each time until it was finally resolved and never charged us a dime. These guys stand behind their work 100%.

    Mr. David was extremely courteous during our initial phone conversation, and listened attentively to my description of our AC problem. We made an appointment for him to come evaluate and advise. His office kept me apprised of his schedule and he arrived well within the window of time I was told. I loved that I didn’t have to wonder when he’d actually arrive. Once on site, Mr. David was able to quickly determine the issue and recommended a couple of options to address the issues. He was willing to work within our budgetary constraints and didn’t pressure us to purchase new equipment that we couldn’t afford. He was able to resolve our problem and get us cool in time to meet a hard deadline we had. We are very satisfied with David Services, and will definitely use his services again.     An unexpected AC issue led to an awesome encounter with Brenard David. I had called close to 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday, and had the chance of speaking with other members of the team (Both of whom were great!).Mr. David was at our house within a few hours and was able to service our unit (we needed a replacement for our capacitor) and identify the secondary issue as with our Nest Thermostat. He provided an alternative for our unit to blow cold air until we were able to replace our thermostat. After installing a new thermostat, we have been enjoying the cool air!I highly recommend Mr. David and his team - not only was he clear in explaining the issue and resolving it, but he genuinely made the interaction feel like we were old family friends.I look forward to working with this team again the next time were in need!

    The technician was Lance, one of the owners. He was on time, friendly, efficient and was at ease with my dogs (not necessary, but a plus!). He checked out our system and gave us a short term option (pretty reasonable) and a long term fix (pretty expensive) and was ok with us choosing thr short term option. Very nice, easy to work with and when we need that long term fix, Davids is who we will call! Very grateful that our AC is back !

    David arrived in an hour from when the appointment was made on the phone which was earlier than the time quoted. He was able to troubleshoot the issue which was the AC motor that was no longer working. Luckily he had a motor in his vehicle which saved time with having to order or pick up a part. While in the process of replacing the motor he noticed a few other issues and worked diligently to make sure that all issues were repaired. His company will be our go to for any further AC or heating system needs.

    During our renovation they took over from the previous contractors ac guy and fixed all the issues he had caused. They installed our upstairs unit which is doing great and after our original to the house unit gave up they installed a great new system. While we were waiting for parts they even set us up with a temporary outdoor unit so that we could have A/C while we waited. I can’t recommend them enough.

    Omg. I have been a remodeler for almost 30 years and this is the best company I have ever worked with. The lady who answers the phone is smart and professional and she treats me like Im an important customer (rare these days).     Our A/C was going out in the dead of summer in TX and David Services, Inc came to the rescue! We were told it would be an all-day job from 8am - 5pm. The crew started showing up at 10 til 8am on installation day and they were actually finished up by about 1:30pm!!
