    I have used Dakota for many projects at our house and referred him to everyone that I know! Hes a man of few words, but hes very honest, on time, and fair with his pricing. Its tough to find someone you can trust to take care of your home, but Dakota does a great job of informing his customers of their options and letting you decide whats the best course of action.

    Dakota is by far the best AC person Ive ever met or worked with. He is not just out to sell you an AC system. Which, I swear is what every single other Ac tech Ive had to my home has tried to do. He explains the problem, the solution, and his pricing is beyond fair. If anything I feel like Ive underpaid him a few times, but the reality is Ive probably gotten so used to being taken advantage of for AC work that thats just what I expect.I will never use anybody else and if youre not using him I highly recommend you give him a chance.

    Dakota came within an hr of our call. He quickly isolated the problem and quoted a very reasonable price. He replaced a defective assembly, verified function, and was checking vent temps within 40 min of arrival. He has also done work for us at a rent house with similar results. Highly recommend his work.

    I am in the process of selling my house and am out of state. A buyer informed us the house was 92 degrees on Saturday. I reached out to Dakota Jack HVAC on Saturday afternoon.     The A/C was blowing hot air. My tenants called me at 4:30pm to notify me. It was already 100 degrees outside. So I began calling companies. Dakota Jack answered and said he could be out to the house within the next 1-2 hours. I was ecstatic because he was the only one who was willing to come out the same day! He arrived earlier than expected. Identified the problem of a backed up drain Line in the attic as well as Freon was low. I asked him to fix both issues. He did resolve both issues within an hour. My tenants were impressed with his professionalism, timeliness and efficiency. They even offered to feed him dinner. I highly recommend Dakota Jack HVAC for their professionalism, expediency, quality of work and pricing.

    Who likes it when you realize the house doesn’t feel like it’s maintaining the comfortable temperature you desire only to discover you’re a/c isn’t working? Ok, it’s April, could be worse at least it’s not August and temperatures haven’t reached surface of the sun levels yet. Still, all things considered when it comes to a/c in my opinion this is an emergency! After being referred by someone I trust, that evening I sent a text to Dakota Jack and within seconds of hitting send I received a call and Dakota was able to work me into his schedule for next day.I found him to be extremely professional and efficient. I especially appreciated that each step of his process he explained what he was doing and why which led to the next step until the issues were found.I highly recommend Dakota Jack for HVAC needs.

Very professional, didn’t try to up-sale you with unwarranted add ons. Highly recommend them, quick, reliable and now have a happy, warm wife.     Dakota Jack HVAC is the best out there for your maintenance and repair needs! Friendly, responsive, punctual, and fairly priced. My AC went out on a Tuesday and we got home to 91° in the house. I called Dakota at 6, he was able to swing by between jobs and have a quick look before 8, and diagnosed the capacitor was blown,and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He could have charged a premium due to the situation, but he didnt. He charged a fair price for the work.Honest guy, ethical AC man. What more do you want? Hire Dakota with confidence!

    Dakota has definitely been a lifesaver.Being a single mom of 3 when life happens it seems as if the world is crashing down. In June 2022 my A/C unit in my house went out 😩 right before its 10-year mark. No it was covered under the warranty plan because it wasnt registered by the builder.I was on day 3 of my stay in a hotel with my 3 kids and our 2 cats while trying to figure out how I was going to afford a new unit after being quoted 10k a few times. Dakota had an amazing price point for an A/C unit along with installing everything within 2 hours. He ensured that my new unit was registered properly as well and I signed up for his monthly maintenance plan. This plan includes 2 years of tune-ups.If you are looking for a maintenance man for your A/C or need a new unit I highly suggest you give him a call.

    Dakota was highly recommended as someone that does good work and is trustworthy. He just performed the tune-up on my two air conditioning systems. He was prompt, courteous and enjoyable to do business with. I have already signed up for my heating systems tune-up in the fall. 5 stars only because there arent more!

    I had heard lots of rave reviews for Dakota, so I had high expectations when I signed up for his maintenance plan, and he didnt disappoint! With the first 10 minutes he identified a closed vent that I didnt know about and told me about an compressor starter that would help my A/C start easier whenever it was operating under generator power. I didnt know that was even something I should have, but Im sure it just added years to both my A/C and my whole home generator!
