He has been serving our systems for over three years now.Ryan always communicates with me if there are any issues with my a/c -heating unit and throughly explains everything that has immediate need or if I can budget any repairs for my future quarterly service.He is a Godly man! It shines through his attitude and how he speaks of his coworkers and the company he works for. With wind chills in the single digits, its no fun to have your heat go out. Within an hour of calling Daffan, their technician, Ryan was at our door. He was friendly, informative and went right to work diagnosing the problem. Ryan took the time to explain what had happened and what needed to be done. The necessary parts were in his truck and in less than an hour, all was fixed and we once again had heat.Thank you to Daffan and especially to Ryan for a job well done and great customer service.

Only in Texas do you go from frozen pipes to broken A/C in the span of a weekend! Ryan came out first thing and was unbelievable. Had the outside unit taken apart and the issue diagnosed within 10 minutes of being here. Explained what was wrong in an easy to understand way, let me know the cost up front and finished the repair quickly. He gave me options once he had finished that included signing up for Daffans maintenance plan for essentially no cost when the discount for todays repairs were factored in. At my request he offered to have someone come out and give a quote for a replacement system as this one is definitely on its last legs. He was never pushy about anything, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me beyond what I asked for. I cant recommend Ryan Newton and Daffan enough.

Today was my first ever experience with Daffan after being referred to them by a friend, and let me just tell you that my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. They told me my window was from 12pm to 3pm, and the gentleman named Dustin showed up a little after 12 (way on the early end of that range so I was very pleased). Dustin was super professional, and polite, provided amazing customer service, and diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system super quickly. My system was back to blowing cold air in no time, and I will be exclusively using them in the future for all of my HVAC needs!

I cant say enough great things about Chris and the team at Daffan! Moving from Houston, where we had great A/C service techs, it was tough finding someone here in the Aledo area that we could trust. Wed just had a bad experience from another company that unnecessarily replaced some of our factory parts with cheaper parts. I asked a trusted friend for his recommendation and Daffan was his response without hesitation. From the first meeting with Chris, we knew wed found a reputable and trustworthy company. He treated us like friends and gave us his honest assessment of what we needed to have done and, just as importantly, what we DIDNT need to have done immediately. We felt so confident about our experience with Chris that WE asked him about signing up for their annual maintenance program before he had a chance to mention it!
