    My name is Lisa Herron.I want to thank Mr McCoy for recommending DADS Thermostat (Steven Bailey Jr) to me. During the month of June 2024, all hell was breaking loose with broken A/C Units & Air Handling Units in Killeen TX. I called 3 companies. The wait time was about 1-2 weeks. Meanwhile, inside our house was about 90 - 100 degrees. Steven came to my home at or around 5 pm to help us. He temporarily made sure we had A/C until he could get to us and install a new system. AWSOME! He went out of his way to do that. After a week, it took him ONE day to install us a new system. Its GREAT, QUITE and blows out more cool air than the last one. I purchased the DUCAN LYNX 4HP18V Air Conditioner Unit with High Efficiency Split Heat Pump Sys. Awesome. Very Quiet. I am sooo grateful. The price was very reasonable and affordable & 10 year warranty on both inside & outside units. The crew was awesome and very knowledgeable.

    I have done business couple of times with this corporate and in particular with Jonathan! It is the best in Killeen and definitely 5 Stars plus. Jonathan is honest, reliable, fast and he definitely knows what is doing at a fair and reasonable price! He is the most knowledgeable AC technician in the area.     The team from Dad’s Thermostat has nailed it again! Both of my units have been replaced in my home and serviced solely by Dad’s Thermostat for the better part of four years now.The team is always punctual, and provides fantastic recommendations to fit the needs of my older home. My older thermostats were inefficient and outdated and recommended a new product (EcoBee 3 Lite). Both new thermostats were installed and I was walked through step by step on controlling these systems into detail.I can’t say this enough… FANTASTIC and professional job gentlemen!     Dad’s Thermostat is truly an outstanding HVAC contractor. When I had to change our appointment time, they were incredibly helpful and responsive in order to address our AC issue expeditiously. Phillip kept us apprised of his arrival time and on the job he went above and beyond, working in our 150 degree attic until he was sure all issues had been identified. He was extremely professional and personable, provided excellent insights and advice, and he fixed the problem quickly and effectively.

    This company is quick, efficient, and informative!The owner (I believe thats who he was) has a very friendly, trustworthy vibe to him. Like, you just know with some people, and hes one of them. He also showed me how to actually use a thermostat the right way...after 33 years of life on this earth 😅Phillip was the first to arrive to remove the old unit. He was sweet for insisting on cutting the weeds that formed around the old unit. He didnt have to, but he did so that I didnt have to because it was incredibly hot outside. Thanks for being a gentleman, Phillip!They had my trust from quoting to the completion of the work, which is rare since I have been scammed out of money too many times in this area. They quoted me a lower rate for one of the top brands (I did my research) than what others quoted for subpar units.Its been a long week, but I am so happy to have cold air in the home again!I love the name of the company, by the way!     So my A/C went out on June 13 went through 2 other repairmen one was not contracted through my insurance company the other does not exist “ I tried calling the insurance company tried calling and I finally went to their address they don’t exist.” Finally I get DAD’S.Gentleman is very professional and will text you and call you to keep you updated on the situation. Very knowledgeable. He won’t try and get you a smaller unit than what you really need for your home. (Yes it happens more than you know) Needless to say he got my house cooled down again. As soon as he got my new A/C he went out of his way to get it Installed that day knowing that my family had been without A/C for literally a month. 110% recommend this man and his business. He also did my insulation in my attic. I won’t hesitate to call or do business with him again.

    5 STAR work always. I wish I could give more stars.Once again they came trhough and did great repair work on my A/C. I have an old AC that constantly needs repairs. DADS Thermostat has been coming out for several years keeping my AC alive. Always fast to show up, and fix. They never over charge or do extra work that is not needed. Better priced that mane other A/C companies around. I will always call them when I have A/C work needed. They are always friendly and are happy to answer any AC questions I have. I also love how this is a local business instead of a huge chain.New add on. Called Dads Thermostat 8/22/24 because my AC stopped working. Wonderful serviceman came out with in a few hours. I am so sorry I forgot his name, I think Phillip, I am so bad with names. He was great. Found the issue and fixed it fast. Turns out my thermostat went bad. Less than $200. You guys are my number 1 AC repair company. Thank you, thank you, thank you.2022 I went down the list calling A/C repair companies. I was constantly told that it would take 3 days before they could come out. It was 95 degrees outside today and 91 inside. When I called Dads Thermostat I was told that he would come out today. When Steven arrived, I explained what was going on with the A/C and he knew exactly what happened. He had my A/C working in an hour. He had to replace the motor and one other part. The price was great, $300 less than what I expected. Very fast and friendly. Thank you so much.
