    After an issue with a circuit breaker in the main cut off box I elected to have the main switch upgraded instead of just a fix.I now have a main circuit breaker, a subpanel circuit breaker and a main switch surge protector.Because of a shortage of electricians at other businesses this company was able to handle my issues.In my opinion it was a high cost but I guess that’s what happens with supply and demand, when the customer needs something and there is a limit on who can provide it.Not happy with the cost but pleased with the employees who completed the work and the overall results was what I needed to have complete.Before and after pictures included.

    An amazing service call. My heater broke down on a holiday and it was one of the coldest days. Jonathan and Stephen came and managed to find the part they needed.     CWS Services is the real deal! We had a major issue with our AC right in the middle of a Texas heatwave this past summer, and they came to the rescue. Their technician was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the repairs. The work was done quickly, and our system is running better than ever. You can tell this company values customer satisfaction and quality. They could have upsold me on a part but were upfront with my system not really needing something I was previously quoted for.

    Our AC heat stopped working in the middle of Texas “winter”. Anthony (technician) came to our rescue and was able to get us back up and running in no time.     Juan and 3 other guys showed up on time and did a complete work load of new service pole panels and rewire of my home. These guys were out standing. Everything pass all the inspections, and I was taking a hot shower by 630. They had to dig a 10/12 foot trench in rock. This company did a great job. The price was a lot less than I thought it would be..Thanks for your service.

    Following the breakdown of our air conditioner last summer, CWS demonstrated exceptional professionalism and technical expertise in addressing my concerns, ensuring the prompt delivery and installation of a new air conditioner at a special reduced rate and attractive price.

    CWS Services responded promptly to our request to have one of our garage circuit breakers replaces after a particularly strong thunderstorm. Having had experienced less than timely work from another electrician in the area for some different work, we were prepared to have to wait up to a week after talking to the receptionist. I got a call from Juan in minutes who asked if the next day in the morning was fine, and of course it was! Juan and Chris arrived at our property in Copperas Cove and quickly replaced the circuit breaker in the garage that provided power to our pool and pergola patio lighting. They checked the GFCIs for both the pool and pergola lighting and replaced those since they had burned out, very apparent to even me when they did not reset properly. The GFCI for the pool lighting required some drilling out of a rusted machine screw, all during less than optimal conditions (it was raining!). Finally, they identified and replaced a burned out GFCI at the pergola and replaced it, but they also brought to my attention the incorrect and dangerous rewiring the previous owner must have done that bypassed the faulty GFCI and had another outlet directly wired, potentially lethal to any of us plugging something in while wet from the pool. Juan and Chris also pointed out some incorrect installation by the previous owner of some electrical outlets that can defer to another day, but definitely have my attention for replacement.Juan and Chris got all of this done, much of it in the rain, in about n hour. The service charge was more than reasonable as was the parts and direct labor. We cannot speak more highly of or recommend more the superb and timely service from CWS by Juan and Chris!

    We were having trouble with our outdoor switches constantly tripping. Thomas came out and was able to quickly determine the issue and replaced, fixed the problem within a very short time. He was very professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain everything in great detail. Great work Thomas. Fair prices and we highly recommend this company.

    Its taken me a year to write this review, but I wanted to make sure that people know what an awesome job these guys do! Last summer, I had Juan come out and install a pendant light above my kitchen sink, and asked him to re-route some switches and plugs so that the switch was in a convenient place - he did such a great job, and even put in an outlet with 4 plugs plus two USB ports for charging our phones!! I get compliments all the time about the light, and they always ask who I had put it in - CWS of course! Juan also fixed our dining room switches (there was an extra switch for some reason) and installed a dimmer, so now we can have romantic dinners at home, lol! You cant go wrong using these guys, they go the extra mile and are very good at what they do. Thanks again Juan!!

    Jonathan from CWS was amazing. Ive had problems with my AC unit since my house was built in 2019. Ive had 3 other companies come out and look, including the builder, with no results. Jonathan came out, diagnosed the problem, and it was fixed within a week. Highly recommend them if you need service!

    Wife called CWS on Monday, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. 1. They showed up several minutes early which is FREAKN AWESOME!! 2. Juan installed a ceiling fan and took him literally no time at all. 3. Chris quickly diagnosed the outlet issue and replaced the outlet then showed me that each outlet in the room worked.Now comes the exterior lights...the first diagnosis was the outlets were bad so Chris and Juan replaced with exterior lights with updated LEDs that REALLY improved the lighting and look of the house. They were one light short so they called Zak (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) who arrived very quickly. The three installed the lights but still no power. Turns out, when I installed the outdoor RIng flood lights I DISCONNECTED the exterior lighting. Nevertheless, when all said and done, Juan , Chris and Zak were professional, expedient and thorough. Thank you guys so much for your work and fixing my mistake.LOVE the way the new lights look on the house!! Thank you guys so much!

    Great experience with CWS. John installed an evaporator coil at our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of service we received and the cost for installation was very affordable.     I dont write many reviews but I have to give kudos to Jonathan and his partner. They were such life savers when they responded to my call that my thermostat wouldnt go below 88 degrees during this weeks extreme heat conditions. Jonathan explained the problem in detail and what needed to be done to fix it. And within the hour my air conditioner was functioning better than ever. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable Jonathan was about his profession and the advice he gave me to prevent future problems. Great rates too. Strongly recommend CWS Services.

    We had a new unit installed. John was very flexible about working us into his schedule. He let us know that we did not need to replace our duct, which another company had told us that a new system would destroy because of added air pressure. John let us know that this was not true, our duct system was strong. He also let us know we should have a system with a heat pump to save on our electric bill. When John and Steve came to install the new unit, they were on time, professional and completed the job in the day.

    I needed to add an outlet to the exterior of my house and another one in the garage. I looked through Google to find a dependable business. I read the reviews for CWS and was happy with what I saw. I called CWS and was given a reasonable quote, I was quickly and easily booked for an appointment.On the day of the appointment, Juan and his assistant showed up on time. I showed them what I needed and they promptly began work. They finished the installs quicker than I expected and left the areas clean. They were very courteous and professional throughout the whole exchange. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

    I am so happy with this Company ! Quick efficient and didnt cost me a arm and leg. I literally called them today and within minutes they had their employees Juan and Chris come out. These two gentlemen were very professional and also let me know what the problem was with my outlets and how they planned on fixing it. I especially liked the fact they already had the part they needed to fix inside their work truck and i didnt have to wait a few days for it to come in. Great Customer service and Id defiantly recommend them.

    Had a new HVAC installed by Jonathan Smith...absolutely fabulous work, I couldnt be more pleased.     Juan and Zach did an excellent job! They came to our new house to go over things that the inspector put into the report and identified what needed to be done. They gave be an estimate which was MUCH less than what we were expecting. Once we got the estimate they were able to do the work right then and there. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that they explained to me everything that needed to be done. If we ever need electrician services again, or know someone who does, CWS Services will be our first call and recommendation!

    I called CWS for a lighting problem at my office. The appointment was set for 5 days from the call, but the nice lady did mention if the techs had a cancellation or an opening before then, the tech would call me.     I can not compliment them enough for the work theyve done for me. I had Juan do some work for me at a home in Killeen and he did such a wonderful job explaining things and being so efficient while at the same time be productive and professional. I had another home in a different city almost an hr away and called to make an appointment to use him again. He came out with Chris and let me say they will be my electric company if I ever need anything. They came in and what was a 3 hr job turned into a 1 hr job. At the same time educating me what to look for and adding more jobs to the list that I didnt even specify for during initial call. They were so polite and efficient. They never stopped. Asking if I needed anything else. Love them and definitely recommend them!!

    We called CWS after the power went out around 9 pm on 10 January and troubleshooting led to the need for an electrician. The after hours number was answered by the HVAC tech who said he would relay the message to the electrician (Juan). Juan called back within a couple minutes and arrived within 10 minutes. He checked every box, breaker, fuse and the amps coming from them. He was extremely professional and it was easy to see he truly cares about customer service. Once power was restored he let me know to contact him if I needed anything else. Two days later on 12 January we found out the water heater had caused the power problem throughout the house. A plumber was called out and he stated I would need an electrician (I just had one out so it couldn’t be an electrical problem) the property management company put in the work order and it happened to be to CWS. Juan returned with I believe Zack and again they were true professionals and very thorough. They found that whoever wired the water heater stuffed the cables without properly connecting and one of the wires burnt through the other. They disconnected and re-wired the water heater properly, rechecked all the power supplies, fuses, breakers, boxes, the same ones they had checked multiple times already, very thorough! I cannot thank them enough for finding this issue out as it could have been much worse, we could have had an electrical fire. If you need an electrician, you should call CWS, Juan and team are second to none.

    The repair service was performed on 10/13/21. Scotty and Tim provided excellent customer service and repairs on several issues in my home. They replaced two light switches and performed repair to multiple ceiling fans. They were punctual, friendly, and personable. They were also able to provide additional information to my questions regarding possible future lighting installations and electrical concerns. I was completely satisfied with the repairs and expertise, and will contact CWS Services for future electrical repairs/installations.

    Juan and Chris came out to give us an estimate on installing some new outlets in my kitchen and recessed lighting in my living room. Their estimate was extremely reasonable and affordable. They gave me suggestions and helped me make some decisions I was uncertain of. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and I did not have to wait to have the work done .     I have to say that CWS provided top notch quality service for my family and I. My AC had a leak and it ruined my carpet and some other areas of wood where my AC sits. As it continued to get worse my house tem stayed above 80 degrees. CWS brought Mr. Jonathan Smith and Kenny to come to my house.What I appreciate is that the were very polite, professional and explained everything that caused the situations with my AC and taught me what to look for and why the model AC I have is a little difficult because of its age. I couldnt have asked for anything better because they Jonathan and Kenny explained the seriousness of not taking care of my AC and how it could hurt my family if I was not careful.Jonathan stated we always go through our checks and balances before we determine any other issues. If thats not quality service I dont know what is.I said all that to say for those who read this review CWS Services is a quality providers that will bring quality service to the people they serve.I spoke to Mr. Barry the owner and he heard my testimony about his company. I encourage others to do the same.     I used CWS to upgrade my electrical service from a 60-amp Stab-Lok service panel to a 200-amp General Electric service. The pricing was reasonable, and they did not try to simply get away with the path of least resistance on the installation. Juan and Chris worked very well together as a team; it was as if they had rewired my exact house 100 times before. When you find a good company that provides quality work, you put them in your phone. It takes all the guess work out for the next service call. These guys completed the job in about 6 hours, the city inspector and Oncor arrived shortly after they finished, passed inspection and had service restored to my house with no problems. All of this on a Friday.

    Outstanding service and professionalism, I sibmitted an online contact request late in the afternoon, they contacted me early the next morning, their tech. arrived early that afternoon and my system was up and running within an hour. Aaron is a true profesional, and there was no waiting on parts because he had what I needed on hand in the Company truck. I would definitely recomienda and call them again when I need any AC or electrical work done on my residence or business. This time was a commercial job but Ive used them once before for a job at my residence with the same excelente results.

    AC went out at 5:15 on Saturday afternoon. Temp outside was 102 degrees. I checked and saw that the condenser fan outside was buzzing but not moving. I called several service companies, all highly rated on google. CWS was the 3rd call and first to answer. Jonathan told me hed be by my house in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he pulled in, made an inspection, and immediately found the problem (bad capacitor.) Jonathan repaired it within 10 minutes, including checking freon level. While he worked we chatted, and he is as friendly as he is knowledgeable. Bottom line: late call on a weekend that was repaired fast and at a reasonable price. Thanks Jonathan! CWS will be my go-to company for future service.

    I hired CWS to install my Christmas lights, Scotty & Tim did a great job. They tested them and everything was working well. That night the lights would not come on. I called the next day and Scotty & Tim came back out and figured out that it was the lights. They fixed the problem and they look great! We have used CWS many times and they have never failed us. Willie thank you for being our first point of contact and helping us to discover it was not just our breaker that was bad, and thank you so much with helping us get our new unit. Thank you to Jonathan and Steven who brought out the new heat pump and installed it, you took the time to tell us how to keep the unit up, use it, the thermostat is great and thank you for all your helpful hints. Within just a few hours the unit was installed and cooling our house.     Very pleased based on my one experience. I had a problem with a breaker and had called 3 other places and was repeatedly told that the next available appointment was 2 or 3 weeks out. I called CWS and they were able to come out later that day. My tenant (I wasnt there) said they were very professional and courteous. I did talk to them on the phone and they answered all my questions and explained the problem. The amount charged was very reasonable. I plan to use them soon for something else I need done.

    A/C wasnt cooling. Called and got Kenny. Kenny said he would be here in 20-30 minutes. Guess what, Kenny was here within 20 minutes. He was honest in his findings and said he would have to return the next day due to the condition of my unit. Said hed be back at 9am. He really showed up by 9am. Got the unit back to blowing nice and cold. I appreciate Kenny keeping his word and being there when he said he would. He gave helpful info about keeping the unit going and info about purchasing a new unit and what the install would be like. Im thankful for his help and will definitely recommend CWS in the future.     Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months.     Wish I could give additional stars! I tried the 2 other top reviewed A/C repair service in the Killeen area but they were all booked and would not be able to dispatch a technician until the next day. With my wife and 7 year old off for the summer break I needed the A/C up and running ASAP. I called CWS and the lady that answered the phone was amazing! She empathized with my situation and though they were booked promised to have a technician give me a call. I got a call from someone (I think it was either the owner or the manager, not sure) 10 - 15 minutes later who assured me that a technician would follow up with me shortly. 10 minutes later I had a call from Willie and it just so happened that he was close by. He pulled up to my house less than 10 minutes later. Armed with a suspicion as to what the issue might be based on the information I provided to the lady that answered the phone, he confirmed his suspicion then went and got the part from his truck. He was at my house less then 15 minutes! I know my situation may be the exception but from the initial call to CWS to signing the work invoice after the job was complete was less than an hour. I had reviewed the average price for A/C repair in the Killeen area and thought CWS price was already very fair but then Willie threw in a military discount that wasnt even discussed. Great service and customer support!

    I hardly ever do these reviews but Im hopeful it will help someone out whos trying to decide on whom to hire for your AC needs. The problem was my AC wasnt cooling properly. I had someone come out 6 months prior whom I wont bash since thats not what this review is for but they just put freon in there but there was obviously a leak. My techs were Nathan and Zach.. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable! They told me what It would take to do the job and not only did they do it.. They walked me through everything and even taught me some stuff along the way.. They were patient with my questions ( I asked so many) and their bedside manner was very excellent. Would I hire these guys again? You bet! Its not just about money with these guys.. they love what they do and they do what they love:) Hope this helps someone!

    Juan and Chris did an absolutely outstanding job on the electrical upgrade of my 60-year old house. First, Juan installed a new breaker box system bringing my home up to code. Then they upgraded my entire home with new wiring. They crawled under the crawl space and climbed in the attic space working tirelessly, often missing lunch, and came up with helpful ideas, installing lights in the pantry and hallway closet.     William did an awesome job! When I made the appointment and told him that my main breaker had been tripping multiple times over several days, his first thought was that the main breaker part just needed to be replaced. However, when he got here and began testing various things, he found that that might not really be the problem. Things just were not making sense with his findings. He could have gone ahead and replaced that and charged me, without really fixing my problem ... Which would have led to me calling a different electrician to try again and me lieaving CWS with a very bad review! However, William kept going until he found the REAL problem in the outside air conditioner breaker wiring. I was very pleased with his skills, his persistence, his attitude, and his work ethic. I highly recommend William and CWS! In the future, if I need an electrician, I will not hesitate to call CWS and to request William!

    Im hard to please. Im easily disappointed in customer service. Im impatient and do not like following up with vendors to see when Im going to be a priority. I WISH I could give CWS more than 5 stars! Its that old fashioned, under-promise/over-deliver model!! Remember that?!??I brief synopsis of my experience with CWS. My AC went out in the home I rent. Rental agency called another company to fix the issue. Part were needed and company A said it would be the end of the following week. My rental agency then enlisted CWS as their prices were better a couple days later. Kenny, from CWS, arrived and diagnosed the problem. Parts would still need to be ordered. CWS stated they hoped the parts would come in Thursday but stated Friday for sure. (Even with being brought into the problem a couple of days later, they were giving the same timeline as the first company! A couple of days is an eternity if you are living in a 90 degree house.) I was skeptical.Kenny, from CWS, called me Thursday morning to let me know he had checked the morning deliveries and my part hadnt arrived but he would check again in the afternoon. Wait, what?!? Just a status update to build trust. It was like I stepped back into the 70s, when companies valued their customers. Skepticism was gone. I knew I was in good hands. True to his word, he checked the afternoon part delivery and received my part. Was at my house within a half an hour fixing the AC.AC was fixed on Thursday! Before the first company promised and before CWSs own timeline. Mind-blown.Dont call anyone else if you have HVAC work. Call them even if you dont need HVAC service but just need a reminder of what good customer service is when companies created value by their customer service.Thank you CWS for creating such a wonderfully pleasing company culture!     I tried seven other places before finding them. It was a Saturday, and the other companies were either trying to rob me blind with their Saturday rates, or didnt even answer, though their websites claimed they were open. The actual problem did not present itself right away, so when the system shut down the next day, I called back and they were at my house in an half hour free of charge and were able to fix it no problem.
