    I first got to know C&S Air as a renter in Mansfield about 6 years ago. Now, as a home owner in the area, I’m thrilled I can still trust them to be my go-to. My heat went out overnight and I called C&S first thing this morning and I’m back in working order by lunch! Chris was very professional, kind, and explained what was going on each step of the way. They are upfront about prices and very fair. I recommend C&S Air to anyone in the area.

    My thanks to the guys at C&S air for digging into my unit. Was hit with a power surge and it was a puzzle figuring it all out. Dylan was very knowledgeable and had to sort through many issues. So friendly and up front with everything going on and all was reasonably priced. The last piece was discovered by Cole where some rats made a meal of my wiring in the outside condenser.     Cole was the greatest help last week. We discovered an issue on Thursday night that would have required a shipment of a part (and delay of the fix), but he didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to get the replacement part we needed himself. He drove across town to make sure it was fixed that day so my 91 year old mother had AC over the weekend. He was very kind and kept us updated throughout the process.     Cole just went above and beyond assisting me get my AC working again. It was late evening, a brief 30 second power outage caused both my units to stop blowing cold air. Calling C&S after hours got me a call back from Cole almost immediately. Was willing to come out tonight, but was able to get me going again, talking me through it on the phone. Definitely having him out to service my equipment, and getting their maintenance plan. This isn’t the first time C&S has saved us. Highly recommend this company! I should have listened to my wife and gotten the maintenance last year!

    C&S Air are life savers! I woke up on Saturday 07/13/2024 with my home extremely warm. I checked my thermostat and the temperature in my home had risen to 80 degrees, yet I could hear the A/C going but blowing warm air. I must have called about 10-15 different A/C companies and they all informed me that they would not be able to come to my home for 3-4 days. I figured to try one more company, and it happened to be C&S Air. I spoke to their assistant and she informed me that one of her technicians would call me shortly. Within about 10 minutes, I received a call from Cole, one of their technicians who would talk me through a few possible diagnoses before informing me that he could be at my home within about an hour or so. Once he arrived, he immediately went into action and just as we discussed, my capacitor went bad and he replaced it in no time. Cole was friendly, customer service oriented, and overall very knowledgable about his field. I will now move forward with C&S Air for my bi-annual A/C checkup and will recommend them to everyone I know.

    I came home from dinner last night to a warm house. My AC was working, but only warm air was coming out. By 9pm, it was unbearable! Ive used C&S Air in the past and didnt hesitate to call them. Since it was late on Friday, I fully anticipated that I would have to leave a message and hear back from them in the morning. To my surprise, someone not only answered the phone, but they booked a technician to come out that night! Cole called me promptly and gave me a time when he would be at my house. When Cole arrived, he was courteous and informative. He quickly found the problem and had the part in his truck to fix it. Within minutes, sweet cool air was flowing in my house!     Our blower motor decided to stop working on Christmas Eve, leaving us with no heat (or AC).     I was referred by my best friend, she said, “they are the best,” and my experience was nothing short of that! The ladies in the office are so kind, professional, and accommodating. They call ahead and go out of their way to make sure the technicians have masks and booties. When there was a small mistake with scheduling they went out of their way to make it right. I needed my inside and outside unit replaced, they took their time to answer my questions, gave me more than a fair price for the install, the team showed up on time, and finished early. They worked so hard they never took a lunch break. I honestly couldn’t ask for more from a company. I have to say, Heather (in the office) and MacGyver (the lead technician for my job) are amazing! Both of them made my install as stress-less as it could be.     HVAC Repair (Great job by C&S Air) Just wanted to give a quick recommendation for C&S Air in Mansfield. Our main A/C went out last night. Tried a couple local places first thing this morning. C&S Air had someone at the house in 30 minutes, 30 minutes after that we had working A/C! Thankfully it was just a capacitor so wasn’t too crazy expensive. Definitely a blessing since it is going to be 105 today! Technician was prompt and courteous. Would recommend again.

    I had received several estimates on an older unit to replace the coil. I spoke to Derek at C&S Air and he helped me understand what I was dealing with and what to expect for repairs. He also suggested an alternate solution that would give me much more life out of the current unit without a lot of extra cost (something none of the other repair companies even mentioned other than trying to sell me on replacing my entire system).     I have contacted several Air-conditioning companies trying to add a couple of air ducks to and nobody seemed interested. I called C&S Air and they sent MacGyver to my house in less then an hour. While MacGyver was looking over the job he noticed that something was not right and my unit was sucking in hot air he immediately took care of that issue.     Best residential HVAC company I have used yet. System went down on a Saturday and the price was the same for a same day emergency service as waiting for a weekday appt. I was impressed enough to have them back for an evaporator replacement which was done under budget and very fast. The work was impeccable and have great customer service.     Macgyver Gomez came out to do service on all four units. One unit kept tripping the breaker. The compressor had to be replaced. He found a replacement and worked most of the day to get everything fixed. He was on time and efficient. I appreciate all he did. I will continue to use C & S Air.

    Huge shout out to Derek OKeefe and his guys at C&S Air Inc.!!! Derek had someone here within a few hours of my call on Saturday morning. Of course my unit chose to die on a holiday weekend and everything was closed, but they were at my house first thing yesterday morning to replace my system.     This place was recommended to me by my landlord. They have been my a/c people for a long time for my store ever since I opened. They are quick always same day service for no extra charge. They are very trustworthy they will do what needs to be done and don’t cheat you out and tell you you need all this extra stuff done. Just had Macgyver come by because my back a/c wasn’t cooling and he took a look at and changed my filters and let me know that they need to be changed every week for a busy restaurant kitchen. Definitely recommend these guys are the best! Am thinking about calling them out to my house also!!

    They have been nursing our old system (22 years old) but this year it was time to replace it. They came out today and replaced our old unit with a new unit. We have what is called a package unit so it is not just unhook two copper lines and electrical, it is the air ducts too. They had to do so retrofitting but did and excellent job. McGyver was the lead tech and he did some good McGyvering. I am pleased with the work done. McGyver also informed me they can install a UV light to the unit to purify the inside air because of some critter evidence he found. I said lets do it since my wife has breathing issues.

    Excellent Service! My moms AC went out Sunday (today!) so I called. My neighbors had used these guys and were pleased with the service they got. What a surprise to get a real person (Michelle) on the phone. I asked if they were open and was told they werent, but theyd get my info for tomorrow (Monday). It was the best I could hope for... at least wed be first on Monday.The next thing I knew was that my mom was calling me to tell me that someone called her back and said they would try to make it out.
