Dale was the best! I called about my upstairs air conditioner not working on Friday late afternoon and he offered to come out that evening after his appointment even though he was over an hour away. He took the time to explain what was going on and he knew within 10 minutes what the issue likely was. I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and he truly took care of me with minimal cost. I was impressed by his honesty and integrity and would most certainly recommend him to anyone needing a repair or just a summer tune up!

Amazing service. We woke up to our A/C froze up on a holiday and Dale was very responsive, came out same day within a couple of hours and did a great job extensively cleaning out unit. He showed us everything that was wrong and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend to friends and family.

He even discounted our cost after an incident, which he couldn’t control, affected the scheduling of our install. Dale and his team were exceptional! Dale first came out 6 days ago for a routine checkup to discover my 14-year old unit had leaked substantial Freon and recommended replacement. He provided me with options and context to help me make my decision. He and his team came out 6 days later to replace the unit and handler, and even took their shoes off in the house because they knew I preferred it. Dale also helped register my warranty to make sure I’m covered for the next 10 years with my new unit! No more searching on Groupon for a great A/C company with reasonable prices - Dale’s my guy!

It was 7 degrees outside and our heat stopped working at midnight. The temperature inside began to drop rapidly. We literally feared for our mom’s life. She is paralyzed from a stroke and we care for her in our home. We began calling ac/Heat companies that said “open 24 hours”. The first two companies went to v.m. & never called back. The third call was the charm. Dale at Crystal Air & Heat answered immediately and was at our home in 15 minutes. He didn’t have the part that was needed to fix our unit, so he worked for over an hour to temporarily get the heat back on. It stayed on until he returned, as promised, first thing in the morning with the part. He has proven to be honest and trustworthy. We are very grateful that Dale came to help in the middle of the night with brutal temperatures. We definitely recommend Crystal Air & Heat!

Dale and his crew installed a new AC system and duct work. The price was phenomenal. He scheduled the install very quickly after we initially talked. The diffrence between my old AC system and new system and duct work made all the diffrence in the world. All the rooms in my house stay cool now. Dale inspected two AC units for me today and I am so pleased with his work. He was punctual, professional and did not try to upsell me something I did not need. His prices are very good and his work is top notch. I have found him to be very trustworthy and will be happy to use him again and recommend him to friends and family (he has also just installed a new unit in my moms house and did an incredible job on that, too). Dale is awesome! Last summer we had trouble with the AC and he quickly came out and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. This morning (Sunday morning) we woke with no heat. I called Dale and within an hour he was at the house and within 15 minutes he had fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend his companies services for your HVAC needs.

He fixed a broken drain line to my AC unit in my attic that was damaged by AT&T technician during a fiber internet installation.Dale completed the repair in no time, and charged far less than he should have.Thanks for your HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, PUNCTUALITY…I could go on and on.If you need any help with AC or Heating repairs, installation, etc. give Dale a call. Dale is SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!! So professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered my call after hours, came to my house as promised, and patiently walked me through why I had lost heat and what he had to do to fix the problem. I had lost heat another time and the guy that came just fixed it but never tried to figure out why I had lost it in the first place. Dale went the extra mile to actually find out why this happened again when my unit is brand new. Being a single mother on my own, I also appreciate that he didn’t take advantage of me in regards to the price of the repair. He was honest and fair - and that’s hard to come across these days. Next time I have an issue or need a tune up, I will definitely call him!!

Over a year ago, my husband and I were relocating to Texas. The home that we had bought had an ancient HVAC system, and we needed to have a new one installed before we arrived, because we were arriving in the middle of the summer heat. Our friend recommended Dale, and we are so grateful that she did. The day our house closed escrow, which coincided with the day we were arriving to Texas, Dale and his crew showed up at the crack of dawn to remove the old system and install the new one. We had amazing air conditioning by the time we arrived. Dale does high quality work, and is a total professional. His prices are more than fair, and there isn’t anyone else that we would use for our heating and cooling needs.

Our AC stops working suddenly, called some other services, but all of them are fully booked. Only Dale was trying to squeeze us in his schedule on that day I called. I mean, when AC is broken in hot summer, everyone wants it fixed as quickly as possible. Really appreciate Dale could make it. He came in the afternoon, very knowledgeable. He explained the AC system and where could break very thoroughly to me and gave fair suggestions. I would definitely consider his service at the time we need to replace our AC system.

Dale has been in the AC business for 30 years, and is VERY knowledgeable and competent. Furthermore, he likes what he is doing and is determined to give his customers the best value for his time. He is focused on repeat customers, and will be honest and shoot straight with you. If there is nothing that needs to be done to your unit, he will also tell you that!After he inspected our unit, he pointed out a few things that the AC installers had done wrong (accompanied by pictures and clear explanations) but suggested that I call the installers to see if they would fix their mistakes (as they SHOULD) before booking him for the changes. Meanwhile, he added more freon to my system and cleaned/explained what he was doing.Couldnt be happier with Dale or Crystal Air & Heat!

Dale came and performed an ac tune up for me. Contacting him was easy. He explained services ahead of time and was flexible with scheduling. He called before arriving to confirm the appointment and give a heads up for his arrival time. He was extremely courteous and timely. Once here he offered to wear shoe booties and was clean when doing his work. He performed the services quickly, and cleaned up after himself. Once the scheduled services were over he walked me through his finding and all the possibilities to address should something fail. He agreed nothing was needed immediately given the age and condition of my unit and did not get pushy trying to add on additional services. He even looked at a wall unit for me and helped me get it working again free of charge. 10 out of 10 would recommend and do business again.
