The entire experience with Cross Country was a pleasant experience. I called them and spoke with Shannon. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He scheduled our install of a new condenser and inside coil. It was quick, efficient, and seamless. The service technicians arrived and instantly began the install. I could not have been more pleased with the technicians. They kindly explained every step along the way. Once installed, they double checked the system to ensure its efficiency. Needless to say, my mothers new ac system runs flawlessly. One more thing, they came from Abilene to Lake Ive for the installation, and economically speaking, we saved more than we spent, compared to a quote from a local competitor. As mentioned above, I could not be more pleased at the level of service provided by Cross Country Mechanical. If you have AC problems, save yourself the hassle and give them a call. You wont be disappointed.! -
