Clayton Lane and Justin Hester at Crawford Services are phenomenal technicians and a great team. They arrived to my house promptly, early in the morning, in the freezing cold, and went beneath my house in the crawl space to assess a flood situation and fix sump pumps that were not functioning properly. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were great at communicating information to me. I would hire them again ASAP, if something else were to go wrong. They are great, honest, hardworking guys who performed outstanding work and fixed the problem in full. Thanks guys + Crawford Services!

Manuel and Jose Zapata and Crawford were great to work with. Manuel and Jose were on time and installed my AC and furnace easily and quickly. Would highly recommend this father/son team.P.S. A few days after I got my new AC and furnace, my water was not hot. A neighbor checked on it and the pilot light had not been turned back on after installation of my new units. This should have been checked when the installation was complete. Luckily, I didn’t call a plumber and a good neighbor helped me instead.

Our experience with Crawford Services has been great! Far better than I couldve asked for! We had a weekend emergency and they were able to get someone out to my home within the hour! Once Joe Tijerina arrived, I showed him the problem and he got straight to work and explained everything in detail as to what hed be doing, our issue ended up a bit bigger than expected, but Joe let us know what it was and worked on getting that fixed for us! Very professional and explained everything in detail as to what was going to be done and the break down of cost! Will definitely continue to call on Crawford Services and Joe!

The installation team and sales representative were great. Gave me a detailed estimate and explanation of what I would be receiving. They showed up right on time and had entire system, inside and out, replaced and running six hours later. The clean up and haul off was excellent and the technician stayed another 30 min or so showing me how everything worked. Programmable thermostat, filter replacement etc. This is a reputable professional company and would absolutely recommend them.

Crawford Services has served us well for decades. Richard quickly assessed our a/c issue today.That was yesterday. Today the fan motor arrived from Lennox and in little over an hour my a/c is running beautifully again. Everyone should use Crawford Services! I feel sorry for those who do not.10/19/24 Armando Delgado is a bright young fellow who is very pleasant and checked on our compressor that was shutting down. It would stop immediately after attempting to start and found that the 3rd leg of the 3 phase electricity was only at 86 which is too low and that led us to the Oncor transformer where a squirrel had electrocuted itself and was the cause of the issue. After Oncor replaced the burned out part and reset the breaker our a/c compressor worked just fine.

Highly recommend everyone I worked with and the company itself for your HVAC needs.Update: Just got our yearly service check-up with Crawford and they were able to fix one component that was making an odd vibration noise due to a minor manufacturing error. Richard Martinez was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and had it up and running in no time. (And it was not an easy part to install..) I cant recommend the Crawford team more than I already have.

Crawford has been good to us. We were connected to them through Costco for their contract offering. We had a lot of issues with our HVAC/AC even though it was only 6 years old. We have a home warranty through Choice and they wouldnt cover anything. We got a flat rate diagnostic from Crawford as a member rate via Costco, though the initial problem identified was not actually correct, they got a new outdoor AC unit and replaced it, and took off the fee for the valve that we paid to replace first since it didnt fix the issue.Richard Martinez was the best of the technicians that we worked with; kind, professional, clearly communicated and provided updates, knew what was going on, and was very efficient. After many tribulations, we now have gorgeous cool air flowing in the house again.We signed up for the Crawford maintenance plan and are looking forward to years of partnership.Thank you!

Several years ago a friend referred me to Crawford Electric when my A/C went out on an August Sunday afternoon. The main unit was pretty old and could not effectively be repaired. Crawford has me feeling like I was priority over all customers, quickly assessed the issue, discussed my options and was able to get a new unit installed the next day. They even installed a temporary, portable and very effective unit to keep my bedroom nice and cool overnight.Since then, I have purchased their maintenance service where they come out twice a year to inspect and “fine tune” the HVAC, replace filters and make any adjustments to prevent the system from working at peak performance.Whenever anyone ask if I know a good electrician, I always refer them to Crawford. They are skilled and knowledgeable and their customer service is beyond compare

My original, almost 20 year old A/C unit retired. On October 15th, Eloy installed my new inside A/C unit. He did a good job, because he had to assemble every piece of it together. Blake mainly worked on the outside A/C unit and it seems to work good too. The A/C unit is running good so far and the return vent was fixed in the bedroom. Only con is my original attic door is no longer working after the A/C installation because they had to go up and down the stairs alot as they worked on inside unit. It was worn out and broken after that. I am currently working with a manager on this matter until its resolved.

Shout out to Crawford Services for an outstanding job replacing the HVAC system in our home recently. Scheduling was quick and easy; communication throughout was fantastic. Their job planner Justin arrived on time, performed a meticulous inspection and evaluation of our failing and antiquated R-22 system, and demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding as he fielded our many questions. He educated us on industry standards, available technologies and warranties, packaged and presented several options that leveraged available manufacturing rebates and other discounts to the greatest extent, and made our purchasing decision simple. He followed up during the install with an on-site visit, and again after to answer additional questions.The father-son install team of Jose and Manuel were absolutely superb. They arrived on time, presented their credentials and a team profile up front, and were polite and professional through the entire process. To protect our flooring surfaces, they placed drop cloths from the front door to the second-story attic access, and took great care while removing the old equipment from the house and bringing the new equipment in from the curb. They worked uninterrupted from start to finish, took the time to make sure we understood the operation of our new system, and removed all trash and debris from our home and property prior to their departure. The quality of their equipment install is far above others we have seen, and is one of many aspects demonstrated that far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sending us this first-class team!

I would like to commend Angel and Rene for doing such a wonderful job replacing our A/C unit. They did a great job, and the unit is working fantastic. Angel was very good about explaining everything they were going to do and any hiccups that came up. At the end, they cleaned everything up, and Angel explained everything they had done and how to use the thermostat. It is refreshing to have a crew like that do work at our house.It turned out that the system was slightly out of balance and two rooms were not cooling down. I called and they came out to check it out. Polo Cortez was the technician. He was friendly and courteous. I showed him the rooms and he got to work. He adjusted the dampers on the colder rooms and increased the airflow to the warm rooms. I hope this improves the temperature in those rooms.I do like the fact that Crawford has been very responsive and addressed these issues so quickly.

Like many home owners may experience, looking for a reputable and trustworthy HVAC company can be stressful at times. Our AC system was not blowing cool air any more and we had another company come out to inspect. The diagnosis was that the evaporator coil in our air handler had a leak and our system had very little refrigerant. We asked for some quotes on replacing the coil itself vs. replacing the entire air handler and since the cost difference was minimal, we decided to go with replacing the entire air handler. However, after asking a few more questions the original company stopped responding completely. That was when we reached out through the Costco system and were put in touch with Crawford Services. Kerry Hutchison was the representative who came out and looked at our setup and gave us our initial options and pricing(which came out to the same as the other company with the addition of the 10% cashback Costco shop card). Kerry was great at answering all our questions promptly and with much detail.After he scheduled our replacement service, Polo Cortez and Ulises Lopez were the installers who replaced our air handler. Again, they were very organized and efficient during the install and took special care to keep our house clean. They worked the entire day to replace our system and answered all my questions with patience and detail. They had to make 2 side trips to pickup different materials(wrong size) and additional refrigerant to fully top off our system. This shows that they take pride in their work and make the effort to do the job correctly and completely. They also gave me instructions on how to do basic maintenance of the system myself as well.After installation, I still had a few follow-up questions and Kerry again was prompt at answering my emails and responding with suggestions and more information. Overall, I am very happy with the great customer service by Crawford Services and the patience and willingness to answer all my detailed and technical questions. The process was smooth and the workmanship is very professional. I will continue to monitor our AC system over the next few weeks and will have no hesitation on reaching back out to them if any issues or further questions arise. Thank you!

For the 4th time our plumbing was clogged up, and this time our repair person was Clayton Lane. He is a young man who in just a few minutes diagnosed that our sewer line had cracks in it. I mentioned it to them and they said, oh that is because the shrubbery was pulled up and sat on your lawn for 2 days, once it gets replanted it will bounce back. it has been 3 weeks now with plenty of rain and my shrubs are dead where they removed them. I called them to rectify this and the girl in the office told me they do not cover the damage. They destroyed it, why are they not going to make it right? These shrubs have been here over 40 years!!! so disappointed.CRAWFORD reached out to me and came and replaced my bushes!! They made it right! they worked with me for a day and time that fit my schedule. I FEEL APPRECIATED! Great company, they will make issues right, you just have to make sure you talk beyond the person who answers their phones (however, they said they would address that too)

A couple of weeks ago Crawford Services replaced my AC/Furnace unit. I contacted them to come over and check the thermostat and air flow strength. Jeff came by Monday afternoon and took the time to listen to my concerns, and check everything in detail and started working on it. He solved everything. He recalibrate the thermostat, and adjust the speed of air flow to make it more confortable. I can not even explained how long its been since I received a service this good. Crawford service is the best. Jeff was so friendly, profesional and focus on solving the issues. They really care, they take the time to listen and they deliver. What else can you ask for. I do recommend them 100%.

Purchased two 18 SEER HVAC units from Costco and was grateful to Kenji for working with us to keep us informed of any specials going on. He was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process and answered ALL of our questions. The company worked with us last minute and sent two crews out in the same day to install two units when it was originally going to take two days to complete. Eloy, Angel, Blake, and Ulysses were all extremely professional and thorough during the installation. They laid down rugs to cover the floor and all stairs. They completely hauled away old equipment and everything was cleaned. So thankful for them making this process smooth. I am very confident in their services and expertise.

Nov 25,2024Armando came to do the fall maintenance and didnt take him too long because I keep my systems as clean as I can and all he has to do is check make sure the burners are coming on make sure everythings functioning properly checking the coils and the current flow into the fan motors so he was in and out Id say in less than a half an hour. As usual, hes done his great work very appreciative of his service and is respect for property. Wish them a happy Thanksgiving and happy holidays and he was off.Nov. 28, 2023 - Its winter maintenance time and of course Crawford services did a fantastic job through Armando and as usual is efficient self had both systems inspected and come up thumbs up.July 27 - Warranty work on 1 of my 2 AC systems just service by Armando and Emmanuel went as smooth as it ever could be. They were aware about using an open flame torch to do some soldering on the system knowing that there is dry fireproof insulation upstairs. They both did a great job especially in the deadly heat this week.June 26,Lost cooling upstairs, Crawford send out Armando. Ive had service from Armando before and hes done a great job in the past and he did another great job this time found the leak its in a coil and has to be replaced. I would not trade jobs with Armando He puts up with a lot of heat everyday and I dont know how he does it. Armando did a great job quick and to the point, found the issue quickly, very respectful.June 6, 2023Crawford continues to provide excellent service quick and efficiently and I couldnt speak enough about the gentleman who showed up today he was quick he was thorough and he missed the rain.Floyd was here the first maintenance visit after we purchased our new Lennox system via Costco and Crawford. I was impressed with Floyd then, honest and quality service minded. Thats why I signed up with Crawford for our after warranty service regular maintenance package with great confidence. I have had no better AC service since we bought our home in 2003 here in Ft. Worth. We have had no less than 4 different AC service companies here... Crawford has been the best!UPDATE - Armando just came by yesterday in the toxic time with COVID in the air and was very much in keeping with suggested health parameters and customer interaction. He and I had a good talk and within a short amount of time and my interference at bay, he performed his maintenance checks on our 2 systems we purchased from Crawfords and was on his way. Our systems are in great working order, got cleaned up by Armando and required no additional freon. Thank you Crawford for such great equipment install, maintenance and service personnel!Edgar is a new tech to us and seemed very professional in carrying out his service. Respectfully and courteous, hes always welcomed back with my acceptance.Armando has been great! He knows his job, does it well and is very courteous. I recommend Crawford to everyone and have no reservations.July 15, 2022 - Armando was his usual self. His quick diagnosis of the efficiency of one of my AC units gives me great 👍 piece of mind especially during this heat wave. Im glad I have Crawford as my heating and air conditioning service provider.
