Since 2012 I have been using Country Thyme AC with several houses. This summer I needed multiple repairs on my 17 year old R22 AC system and it was struggling all summer and going down every few months. I was hoping to get one more summer out of it, but alas the compressor went out this past Monday. Old R22 systems are getting very expensive to keep going.I cant say enough good things about Country Thyme AC! They have always been honest and up front and when the time came to replace my entire system (outside unit, furnace, air handler, etc) I asked around for advice and everyone said to call Country Thyme. Mike came out hours after my system went down and was able to put together a very fair estimate. Less than 48 hours later they were here installing the new system and it was blowing snowballs by lunch!They took very good care during the install making sure not to damage the lawn and they worked like a well oiled machine. You can tell by the work that they know what they are doing.Bottom line...if you want honest service, fair prices, quality work and parts (and a long warranty) THESE are the only people you need to call. They are right here in Manor and are Veteran owned.

My initial request to repair some duct work was met with excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I was referred from our neighborhood community, spoke with Anthony, and was put in touch with Mike. From beginning to end Mike [owned] this service order. An initial site survey was conducted, that led to discovery of other issues, and agreeing to a game plan Mike took care of all the deliverables and necessaries. I was shown his findings, educated on a few things, and after job complete was provided a de-brief with recommendations. Im very pleased with this experience and believe the price was fair and acceptable - highly recommended!

Recently, we were experiencing some AC issues, so I put a message on our community page asking for recommendations for a trustworthy contractor. Multiple neighbors responded with Country Thyme AC & Heat. Before I even had an opportunity to call, Trevor (the owner) reached out to me offering his services! Trevor happens to live closeby, and was at our home within an hour on a Sunday evening! He fixed the problem, at a very reasonable rate, and even offered some helpful advice to my husband. I highly recommend Country Thyme! We had an incredible experience and will always call Trevor with any future AC & Heating needs!

Trevor absolutely saved the day! It was 40° outside and we wanted to turn on the heat. Our Nest thermostat started giving us an error message and the vents were blowing cold air. After calling about 10 other HVAC places that all gave me the run around in some way, I called Country Thyme and am so thankful I did. Anthony, who answered my initial call, was so polite and was the nicest and most coherent person I talked to all day. He got me scheduled, and Trevor showed up quickly on the same day and diagnosed the issue and replaced what needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond and got our system back up and running in no time at all!The prices are so reasonable and fair for the quality of work he does. Im relieved that we now have a reliable company we can call with any heating/AC issues we have in the future. I 100% recommend Trevor and his company to anyone who is looking for someone honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. I cant say enough great things about Trevor and Country Thyme!

Trevor was extremely helpful during our home buying process. We made it through our inspection (on the last day of the option period) and our inspector recommended we have someone come out and take a look at the AC. We were pretty frantic as we knew the chances of having someone be able to come out in that short period of time would be next to impossible. I immediately messaged Trevor that afternoon and he made the time to stop by the property on his way home from another job on a Friday evening. Thanks to Trevors quick response time, we were able to get our repair request made to the owners in time and save ourselves some money as well! Thanks again, Trevor. So my air conditioner went out the night before and I was able to get them to respond, One of the owners, Trevor, sent me the two people here in Manor area to call or text. Anthony was spot on, he was able to send out his technician right away, He told me he would text me. HE DID!! (Started texting 745am and to my house by 9:30 in the morning. Very nice outfit. Mike even said that he did a tune-up and checked everything upstairs, checked all my levels. If I wanted to do 6 months I could call them.I have used them before when we had the snowvid 2021, one of the owners Trevor, kept telling me the turn of my emergency heat and nothing would happen, he couldnt believe it so he came over the check and saw that I did not have heat strips, only one, Christianson did such a poor job installing, and that the ceramic coil was busted because the metal flapper that covers the hole only had one screw in it which it should have had four.He did that visit for free as a neighbor.For me, as a woman, upstanding care.

If anyone needs AC repairs you should call Trevor at Country Thyme AC. He did a great job explaining to us what was wrong and took the time to answer all our questions. We needed a quick response on what was wrong and didnt file through our Home Warranty but later found out we could make a claim if the technician who came out would call in and give them the information on what was wrong and Trevor was glad to make that call for us. In Texas, you can’t have AC. We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling correctly and all it took was 1 call to Trevor & he was out that same day. Has us fixed and running and cool again. Definitely recommend using his services. Super Professional & nice too.

Had heard great things about this company from other Manor residents. Had a sick a/c unit on a very hot day. After calling them, they arrived rather fast. Took care of a problem they werent obligated, as well as all my a/c needs. Inspected and tested every part of my a/c and heating unit. As my unit is an older one, they didnt try to force any extra services or sales on me. But pointed out things to look out for, should it not be running at peak efficiency. I know other companies that wouldve charged me a lot more for half of the time and service that I received from these guys. Theyre professional, they know their stuff, and know how to take good care of their customers. If you want your a/c unit repaired, get great customer service and feel youve been take care of very well, and the price you paid for their services seemed more than fair...this is the company to call first every time. Ill use them again when need be and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know that needs these services. Theyre the best! Period!

This company did a wonderful job for us. I called Trevor after I had a national service company check our system. (It was bad news) He sent a technician the next day to check it again. Sure enough, we were unlucky and really had a worn-out compressor. The difference was that Country Thyme charged us half what the other guys did for that visit PLUS they gave us a replacement cost well over $1000 less. Im not kidding. The technician did a great job installing the new condenser. They were quick and courteous and beat the tar out of the other guys price. I already told all my family and friends, but I wanted to write an online review, too.

Firstly, I do not normally write reviews at all. I was scheduled for service on a Friday and on a Tuesday I believe Trevor called and said they were available to come out then if that was okay, which it was. He kept in touch the entire time letting me know he was close. He checked the AC unit outside and said that it was perfect and then came inside so that we could let him feel what we were talking about. He inspected the duct work and everything was in order. He offered some recommendations on how to get some better airflow to the back end of the house which did help. Gave us some other pointers as well and some info we did not know about. The whole time he was very professional and helpful even said that if it was still having issues to let him know and he would be back out to see what else that he might be able to do. I would highly recommend Country Thyme AC & Heating and Trevor for that matter. Great company and very professional.

I have had multiple HVAC technicians and companies come out for service over the last couple years, and once Trevor came out, I never looked anywhere else again. Owner came out and told me straight up after checking our outside unit that we didnt need anything, he said the noise was normal for a Goodman AC unit. We had a home warranty so he could have easily suggested something that it didnt need. If you are looking for an honest hard working Veteran to work on your unit, this is the guy! 100%!

Great company! Anthony was quick to fix my unit! When my AC first went out he came out right away (11pm!) to check why it wasn’t working and tried to get it running immediately! Unfortunately the unit was at the end of its life! But Anthony was able to get me a great price ($1000 less than other quotes and a better unit) and quickly replaced the unit! I appreciate the flexibility, ability to work quickly, cost efficiently, and professionalism in changing out the unit in the summer heat! I want to take a moment to say how thankful I am we have Country Thyme AC in our area. I have a 3 year old system that Im sure its lemon and Ive not found anyone I could trust until I called Country Thyme A/C. Trevor helped diagnose an issue that I was able to get the installer to fix for free. Even though he did not do the repair he came out the same afternoon to verify it was done correctly. I cannot say enough how lucky we are to have this company and Trevor to fix our HVAC systems. If youve not used Country Thyme AC I say call them as you cannot go wrong! I will now be using Country Thyme AC for all my HVAC needs!

On one of the hottest days this summer, our AC stopped working. At 8 oclock at night, it was 88 degrees outside, but 98 degrees in my house! I called Country Thyme, made an appointment for the following day (the soonest they could come, but understandable during this heatwave) and Anthony arrived almost an hour earlier than expected. His text messages and speaking with him on the phone made it clear that he both cared and was concerned. It is so rare to have such personal and reassuring customer service nowadays. We will only be seeking out Country Thyme for all our AC and heating needs, and their prices are unbeatable.

Country Thyme AC was the cheapest and fastest option for diagnosis, repair and replacement of my condenser coil unit when it died last July. Fast-forward to just over a year later and the capacitor went out on a Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and a technician was at my house within hours. Diagnosis was quick and correct. The labor was still covered under CTACs own warranty, and as a show of good faith on the newly expired parts warranty, the technician replaced the part free of charge.Also, its worth noting that they treat every day like normal business hours; there is no after hours fee or weekend service call charge. Seeing as how my HVAC issues only occur Friday-Monday, thats a huge relief to my family and I who will get to sleep comfortably tonight thanks to the honest, hard-working folks over at Country Thyme AC & Heat.

After getting an overwhelming number of recommendations from people in my neighborhood, I called Trevor with Country Thyme A/C. My ac unit was freezing up and not cooling the house properly. In this heat wave I thought Id have to wait a few days but he was able to come out the next day, at the time of my choosing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest; very humble guy. He didnt try to upsell; in fact he said my unit was working great and just needed freon (although I might need a new coil soon). His prices were more than reasonable, and I love the fact hes local to my house. Ive found my go-to a/c company from now on!

Very impressed with the service provided. They were able to provide same day diagnostics, and had the HVAC unit ordered/installed all within five days (including the weekend!). Price was reasonable and in line with expectation.I cant comment on the pricing/reliability of other HVAC providers in the Manor, TX area, however based on my experience with other services (e.g. handyman/electrical) and having to deal with their flaky and overpriced services, Country Thyme AC & Heat is definitely a breath of fresh air.Unfortunately it is unlikely Ill need any HVAC services in the short term as the unit they installed comes with a 10 year warranty. I am definitely excited to have them as my primary go to for any other household/repair services they may provide. Highly highly recommended!

All I can say is wow! I dropped in on my elderly parents this afternoon and quickly learned their A/C had not been working for a few days. It was 96 degrees in their house.I had no idea who to call and googled AC repair for their area. Country Thyme popped up, Trevor came out within a few hours and got them cooled down enough to get thru the night then promised to come back and finish the repair after he gets parts.He wasnt even going to charge me his service fee, which was super reasonable, he said I could pay for all of it at the same time. We called Country Thyme to come out and hook up a thermostat to our office, because the one we had was not working. We tried ourselves with no luck for weeks. Anthony told me he could come out and was on time, and so efficient, he found the issue right away and fixed it. He was able to hook everything up. Thinking it would cost an arm and a leg to have it done, I was pleasantly suprised of how fair on price he was. It was great to be able to call a company that wont charge hundreds of dollars just because. He was friendly, knowledgable, and got the job done right and for a VERY reasonable price. We wont use anyone else after this. Not to mention, I then referred him to a friend thats AC went out and he went right over and got her taken care of as well within a day. She was also pleasently suprised at how great he was, and price couldnt be beat for the Quality of Work! Definitely recommend using this company

Ive lived in Manor for five years, and it seems that I will have an issue with my AC at least one time in the summer. Dead capacitor, A/C fan, etc. Of course this will happen on a Friday or Saturday in July or August. Country Thyme has always fixed my AC within a day, and for a fraction of the cost of quotes I see on line. They can handle anything from minor repairs to replacing the whole AC unit.When my AC unit fan went out last month, I braced myself to replace the unit. After looking over the unit, he told me that replacing the fan was all that was really needed. How many serviced companies will do that for you? Im telling you that if you live in Manor these guys cant be beat. So give them a call and dont worry about it!!!

Im a Texas girl but this heat is no joke! We are new to the area and working the long dealership hours the last thing we expected to deal with was our A/C going out. After a day of trying to figure it out ourselves first thing Monday morning I googled numbers to call. Seven voicemails later, three hours later and two cold showers I was on the verge of tears when I googled one last time. Trevor answered and came over the same day and we have a working A/C unit when we got home that evening. He fully explained what happened and made sure I understood. There was no lack of customer service and best of all his price was extremely reasonable. Im sure many businesses would have taken advantage of my situation given the urgency in my voice but that clearly wasnt the case here. Honest and hardworking is what I saw in this young man. I came home on a Friday afternoon to find my heater wasnt working. A friend recommended that I call Trevor. I got ahold of him around 5pm and he told me he was on another job, but would be able to come by late that evening. The job he was already on ran longer than he expected, but he still came by very late and took care of my problem. He is a man of his word It turned out just to be a bad thermostat. He gave me a great deal on both the service call and the thermostat that was cheaper than another company was going to charge me for just a weekend service call the next day. If you need a/c or heater work, give him a call.

They were great. The tech had broken his arm the day he was supposed to come out. He reached out to me and let me know. He came out the next day and still got me taken care of.I had previously called Air pro. They had cut the wire on the capacitor and tried to tell me I needed a $480 blower motor. Im an electrician and was able to test the motor and the capacitor and both were fine.

What can I possibly say that hasn’t been said already? If you are anything like me, you’ve read the other reviews. Yes and yes, they are ALL legit. Communication was flawless. Anthony came out and checked the hot box we called home. Turns out our ac blower motor decided this worldly place was too much. If the summer heat with no ac wasn’t enough, we found out our manufacture warranty had recently expired (insert Homie Simpson “doh” here). Anthony got a new motor and installed it with lightning speed. He was professional, knowledgeable and had no interest in upselling anything. Real heroes don’t wear capes, they go by the names, Anthony & Trevor. If you’re still reading my review at this point, do yourself a favor. Wipe the beads of sweat from your forehead and give these guys a call. Not only are you supporting a local business..it’s a damn good one.
