    My cold air stopped as I got home. I used the online tool for an appointment and with 20 minutes they called and setup an appointment. This is all after 5 pm which the tech arrived at 8:30 pm, found the issue and had the part to fix.     Adam was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and make the repair quickly. I highly recommend this company if youā€™re having AC issues. They answered the phone immediately (which is an issue nowadays with many businesses) and scheduled me for service right away. I found out theyā€™re a family business, which is probably why theyā€™re so efficient- they actually care about customers!

    Adam did a great job of servicing our a/c unit. The keep us up to date the whole time, from the time I make an appointment, when they will be here, when they are on the way and time of arrival. They explain everything they are doing and are real easy to talk to.

    Andy was wonderful. He had us up and running again in less than 5 minutes. Air conditioner repairs are supposed to ruin your day. I was all prepared to have to argue a new system because thatā€™s what you do with the ac guy right!??? It was far less to fix than we thought and it was the fastest fix our home has had. Plus he was super super nice and explained it all in normal people words I could understand. Thanks Andy for not ruining our day today. We sincerely appreciate you!I forgot to mention.     I cannot speak highly enough about this company! They worked with us to find the best possible AC unit when ours died in the middle of the July heat. They had our new AC installed within the next 2 days. They offer 5 year labor and 10 year unit warranty. All the techs that we have interacted with are highly knowledgeable and very respectful.     We have been customers for a long time and have never been disappointed with their service. I am writing a review today because I am still very impressed with how quickly and effectively they respond. Most recently Houston was our tech and responded after hours at 11:30p. Houston showed up with a positive and professional attitude and was able to repair our unit. A few days later we had a separate issue and Houston returned again, to help us out. Once more issue was addressed and the cool air is flowing! Thank you Cotes and Houston for taking great care of your customers!

    Andy to the rescue! Our AC unit has been working nonstop this summer but would never get below 80 degrees. I texted Coteā€™s, Bekah sent Andy out within a few hours, and he discovered the problem within five minutes! Andy was upfront about the cost of labor and was able to get us financed to get the unit repaired ASAP. I recommend Coteā€™s biannual service for everyone and for any HVAC repairs!

Andy went to one of my companys locations in Watauga, TX, and fixed the problem with the HVAC that no other company could seem to do!     What a fantastic company! Completely exceeded expectations. Responsivity 24hrs a day blew us away. Nice, friendly and informative management and technicians. Appointment schedule and tracking texts were clear and timely. They ended up replacing complete air handler and they scheduled a return trip the followong day just to verify how its working and make any adjustments if needed. This company is top notch!     Update 02/05/2021We have since moved to a new house in another city but we still live inside Coteā€™s Mechanical service area.We have been so thankful for this comp y and their steadfast commitment to treat people fairly and do things right the first time. When we moved to our new home, we knew we had to have Coteā€™s come out and check the system. It was a relief to know that we had a trustworthy company tell us our new system was in good working order.Fast forward to today when a Coteā€™s technician came out at our request to see why our system wasnā€™t heating properly. After a little while, the technician was done and our system was back to heating our home as needed. The technician wore a mask the whole time he was in our home and practiced social distancing.     This was my first experience with Coteā€™s Mechanical LLC , and it was very helpful!! Zach the technician was on time, friendly , knowledgeable , checked all the details . He answered all my questions , since I recently move to this house and didnā€™t have any information about this ā€œhigh efficiency ACā€ unit and also helped me to set up on my phone as well how to use the smart thermostat to help the unit run even better!     Cade is the real MVP! We were waiting for 5 hours for another company to only be told it would be 11pm before a tech would arrive. Coteā€™s was called at 8:15pm and at our doorstep at 9:00.     Accidentally cut the power wire to my outside part of my a/c unit while removing a vine. Gave them a call and they were so understanding because I felt like an idiot for doing it. Apparently not uncommon. Usually weed eating gets them . They came very quickly and the tech was great. They are excellent!!!

    Saturday night catastrophic failure of our HVAC system. Found Coteā€™s Mechanical on the internet. The website is excellent and I was able to fill out a service request online at 7:30 Sunday morning. They open at 8:00 AM 7 days a week. At 8:06 I received a call from Behka (an angel on earth) and she dispatched their wonderful technician, Houston. Houston was immediately able to diagnose the problem. The solution demanded a hard to find part. The office began texting me on Monday morning to let me know that they had found all the parts necessary and that Houston would install them Tuesday morning. The professionalism of this entire organization is impressive. Houston wore a professional uniform, he was extremely articulate in explaining our issue and he took numerous photos and videos of the damage so that we could see for ourselves what needed to be replaced. He had us up and running by lunch time on Tuesday! Great people make a great company. Thank you everyone!!!

    Our furnace stopped working, of course the day that we hit sub 0 windchills. I called Coates and they were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician was Adam, and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes. He didnt have the part that our furnace needed to be fixed on his truck, it had to be ordered (no fault of his own) but he was extremely apologetic. The next day the shop kept me very informed of when the part would arrive, and gave me a text update that Adam would be out between 5pm-7pm.     Earlier today, my wife and I woke up to a hot and stuffy house. We had no idea what the problem was or who to call. Fortunately, we found Coteā€™s Mechanical. We made the call about 9 am and immediately they (Kristi) scheduled us for a same day appointment. She clearly explained everything to me and it is my understanding that they are a family owned business. With that said, their tech ( Cade ) was on the scene just 2 hours later. We were initially told 12 - 3pm, which was great, but when Cade arrived at 11:15, needless to say, our expectations were exceeded! He fixed our AC in about 45 minutes and now we are blowing cold again. I cannot thank and recommend this company enough. We had an awesome experience! Everything from the professionalism and courtesy we received from the initial call to the prompt service and great customer service from the tech, our experience today was nothing short of outstanding! As a consumer, I know absolutely nothing about AC repair and in a position like this, youā€™re always concerned about price hiking and honesty.     I called Cotes late on Friday night of the Labor Day weekend after returning from a long vacation. My expectation was that it would be Tuesday before they would show up (who wants to work on a holiday weekend, right?) Not only did Amy answer the phone (no recording!) but got me a tech for arrival first thing Saturday morning. Robert arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor in the attic blower, something the highly TV advertised company couldnt do and, in fact, told me I needed a new unit and furnace! Glad I called a reputable, reliable, honest, highly knowledgeable company (meaning Robert although Im sure all their techs are good). One last thought, if you didnt make Cotes your first call, make sure they come out to give you a 2nd opinion. Cotes saved me over $18,000. You can email me if you want to know which company said I had a dead compressor.The tech had to come back and back a slight adjustment on their initial repair which took about 15 minutes. He was here first thing the day after I called. These guys really know their business and I highly recommend you consider their service. They are straight shooters.

    Nick and Chris being so diligent and customer service oriented I will give Cotes an A+! Nick and Chris came out the very next day to install an entire new system. They worked very hard to get it installed and make sure everything was right. My furnace is in my attic so this was very hot and not easy. They also cleaned all the ducts in the house and were very careful to put towels down, cover furniture and make sure everything was clean when they left. They even swept out my garage! They made sure I knew how to work my new thermostat from my phone and that everything was functioning properly before they left. Fantastic customer service! Its only been 2 days but so far, so good. The house is extremely cool. I also like that I get a 2 year parts and labor warranty where other bids offered 1 year. They also included a 2 year service contract that the others did not.     I cant say enough about my experience with Cotes. Limping along with an sub-par HVAC unit wasnt going to cut it for my wife and I with a baby on the way. Upon recommendation Foster came out and explained everything we needed to know about new era HVAC. He wasnt pushy, didnt use hard sales tactics, but was informative and uber knowledgeable about his product and industry. The next day Andy showed up with his team to install my new HVAC unit.     NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR YOU A/C NEEDS. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am a hard person to please when it comes to my home. But this company has by far exceeded my exceptions. They are very professional and timely. They help us pick the best unit for our home and worked with us on some improvements to make our system work more effectively. Their team was very respectful of our home and very friendly. This is by far the best customer service and professional work that I have ever seem from a company. This is a company that I will always use for my A/C repairs and service for now on.

    Very impressed with the service provided by Cotes Mechanical and Bill Ketchell. When one of our air conditioners went out, I called at 9:30 pm in the evening and expected a recording. Cotes answered, put us on the schedule and Bill arrived around 11:00 am the next morning. Turns out it was a bad motherboard and they had to order the part. The factory delivered the wrong part though, so Bill followed up and ensured the correct part was ordered and tracked it through delivery. We were continually appraised of the parts progress, and when it arrived, Bill retrieved it from delivery and installed it immediately. Great job Bill, and Thanks!

    Service technician was prompt and friendly. He systematically isolated the the problem to a blown fuse and checked probable causes, deciding in the end not to replace a part that may, or may not have contributed to the failure of the fuse. The unit works now and time will tell if the problem recurs. At least we have not paid for an unnecessary part replacement.

    With my home warranty you never know what youre gonna get. My bff has the same warranty as me and highly recommended Cotes. Robert was kind and courteous. He replaced the motor on our 32, yes 32 year old York ac. He suggested a new ac but was not pushy about it. He gave us his card and said when were ready, give him a call to replace unit. The office staff is the best! Summer was very helpful and kind.

    I have to say this is a great company to do business with, we lost our A/C on Thursday and the 1st company wouldnt even come out till this Tuesday. We used them 5 weeks ago and they just put a bandaid on the problem because they werent getting enough money for the job. Our warranty company was paying for most of it. Cote came out Friday before they were supposed to and fixed it Saturday morning. We are in our 70s and couldnt be without air.     We purchased our system several years ago...we had a problem and were very upset. Cote himself took the time to come out, speak with us, and help rectify the situation.     Our AC went out in July in Texas (yikes!), and these guys were out ASAP. We did our estimate Friday night, and they were here with units on Saturday morning by 9:30. The install was done before 4:00, and the crew was quick, clean, and professional. Michael and Keith were the crew leaders, and they were awesome. The quality of work was awesome, and working with this company has been pleasure. I highly recommend them.

    We cannot state enough how much we appreciate Cotes Mechanical. Our old system was 17-years-old and on its last legs. Foster came in (wearing a mask) and gave us a thorough estimate (with PowerPoint presentation!) for different options. We picked one and two days later a crew headed up by Mike was here to install the new system. We purchased a Trane heat pump with an air purifier. The crew was awesome, everyone wore masks when they came inside and when they needed to talk with us. They worked as a team and within 4.5 hours, they had taken out our old system and had the new one installed and running. This purchase and installation seemed like it would be a huge ordeal, but in their hands, everything went smoothly. No problems at all. Thank you, Foster. Thank you crew: Mike, Tommy, Pork Chop, and Zack. On a final note, I made sure to mention that these guys wore masks. We didnt ask them to, though we would have if they werent wearing masks. We appreciated the fact that they cared enough to wear masks in our home and whenever they were around us. That gesture spoke volumes.

    Coteā€™s Mechanical is always fast and thorough. I needed some help on an old AC unit and they determined the system was working fine, just old and installed improperly from the home builder. We determined that the system needed replacement and updated. They had a sales person at the house that afternoon and we had the new unit installed the next day.     Robert was my tech and he was fantastic! Great customer service! I was told he would be at my house somewhere between 1:00 and 4:00 and he was there at 1:03. He checked all the easy (cheaper) options first, which I appreciated! He was super informative, great personality, had the part in his truck, and was gone in less than 40 minutes!     Cotes Mechanical has serviced our HVAC systems for the past 6 years. We were very satisfied with their service and when we wanted to replace our old inefficient systems we had Cotes do the work. They were competitive with their pricing, but it was their warrant that put them ahead of the other proposals. The install was completed without issue and we are extremely satisfied with the system operation of the high efficiency equipment installed. During the recent severe winter storm and resulting power grid issues, the compressor fan on one of the units failed (power surge issue). Cotes came out, quickly identified the issue, ordered the equipment and had it back and running within a week. More importantly, all was covered by warranty! I want to give a special shout-out to the service tech, Bill. Bill is very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I give Cotes Mechanical 5 of 5 stars!

The installers did an excellent job with protecting our carpets as well as cleaning up when they were finished.     AC went out sometime during the day but didnt notice until 8pm. Upstairs was HOT, and that is where all the bedrooms are. šŸ˜• I called about 8pm and they answered the phone and sent Tom out within an hour! Tom was very respectful and professional. He had my AC working in no time and less than two hours of the heated discovery, my AC is already cooling to a comfortable level. Cant say enough good about this company. Ive purchased two units through them and have been treated like Im their only customer!     Our tech arrived on time, even a little early. Friendly smile, and professional. He vacuumed up any mess and was done. COTEā€™S Team, and we have seen a lot of different ones over the years because of factory installed system was horrible. They have all been great to work with. We started using them 10 about years ago, and finally we had then install a completely new system in 2016. They come out every 6 months to check that all is working well and change out 6 month filter. In 2017, after we had our new roof installed from the hail damage that March, our tech found and repaired issues the roofers made, and then ignored that could have caused carbon monoxide to flow into our living space. Thank goodness we hadnā€™t had to use our heater but a couple of times before this was found and fixed. Very scary!
