I had the pleasure of having the team of Cool Dreams Services come to my house! They were responsive from the start! They showed up and got right down to business. Very professional in my home. I will definitely be using their services in the years to come and I highly recommend them!!

I use Cool Dreams for all my HVAC issues and maintenance. David and his technicians are very prompt to take care of your needs and very knowledgeable. My heating system went out last week on a Friday. David was concerned about getting the unit replaced before this major cold front hits us. First thing Monday morning he called me to let me know his guys were on their way to replace the unit. Talk about the best customer service and showing your customer that they are important. May God continue to Bless Cool Dreams and all of the staff.

He easily could have charged me for a new unit last year, yet he suggested a $39 part and got me back in the cool breeze. This year i was hesitant about turning it back on, but it runs like a champ! Super awesome company! Dont waste your money on that bigger company!
