    Joe and his team did a fantastic and quick job of replacing our AC for something better and at a fair price - I had competitors quoting out at least 50% more for the same or worse equipment - Joe came out and quickly assessed the situation and gave me a rundown on what he would do in my shoes and he clocked something about the drain pan in the attic unit nobody else had, so it was an easy choice to go with them. They were out days later and had the job complete in a few hours and my house is running cooler than ever and with an efficient unit, which is a win win. Im looking forward to seeing reductions in my bill as the old AC was having issues for a while. Thanks again!

    Ive known Joe for many years and have used his services whenever I need anything done for my HVAC. Joe and his techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Joe fixes things to stay fixed. Great communication skills and does what he says. He fixes only what needs fixed no surprises. He will let you know what he thinks and he is honest. Hard qualities to find nowadays. Check him out youll be glad you did.

    Both of my A/C units went out this past summer - yikes. Had 3 companies come out and give bids (including one company that Ive used in the past). Cool Connections bid was $7000 less than the highest of the 3 - and that was including better grade equipment. The crew that did the work was clean and courteous. They cleaned up the rather poor duct work in the attic - looks very nice now. Also fast - Joe (the owner) had the requested equipment and was ready to install in just a couple of days. After installation, Joe came back twice to make sure that everything was working properly and made a couple of tweaks to the system. A very nice quality job at an honest price. Ive recommended Cool Connections to several people already and will continue to use them for service. Thanks - Jim B.

    Great Service and Price! I live in Allen and have worked with Cool Connections twice. Once to replace my outside units fan and capacitor and recently for replacing the blower motor on the inside unit. I was highly impressed with each service call. Joe the owner and the person who performed the work both times is very honest and does not overcharge or try to sell you on things you dont need.I will call Cool Connections anytime I need help with my heating or air. It is not often you find a trustworthy company like them.

    AC began blowing hot air on Tuesday afternoon. I called Cool Connections and the earliest Joe could get there was after 3:00 on Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday morning, and he was able to squeeze me in around 9:00AM. Came by, discovered a wire had burned loose from the compressor. Quick fix, checked other components, found the original capacitor needed replacement. He had me back up and running in no time, and was very reasonable. I will always call these folks. Honest, and doing their level best to take care of their customers.

    I needed a new evaporator coil and had been running into walls dealing with other companies as well as my home warranty company. It had been over 2 months since the coil had busted and I used my HVAC system at all. I was referred to Cool Connections through a family friend and Angel came out to inspect the issue on Friday and came back on Tuesday and replaced the coil. Angel was reliable, honest and communicative. He has earned my both my trust and business for years to come. Thank you Angel and Cool Connections!!!

    The other Excellent reviews for this company are dead on; this guy came in and quickly got my heater working again. There was no talk or sales push to replace major components, like most AC companies will do. I have an older system (10+ years), so it was very nice that he simply replaced the part that needed replacing...without any hastle. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

    Came out within a couple hours and had my outside unit back to cool air within 30 minutes. Only had a minor issue, needed a new capacitor, but still...great and speedy service with a fair price. Will be calling this company again for any HVAC needs.
