    This is the company to use! Very reasonable on pricing and the service is simply amazing. Pedro came to my house the same day after hours for a service call.     I have known Pedro from way back in the day before Cool Comfort and he was always and remains the Best when it came to HVAC (My Man).I was very impress with Brandon when he came to check out the problems I had with the AC.     I have used them for several years now, and Pedro has always been exceptional and knowledgeable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and honest young man. I was confident in his evaluation. After a few more days, decided to get a quote on a new unit. Pedro arrived on time. He was experienced, transparent, and honest. We were never pressured into purchasing anything. Everything he said they would do was done. I am more than satisfied with the install.     Called 1st thing on a Monday, had appointment for the very same day, early morning appointment!! They provided a window of service. Arrived within the window and notified when on way to my home.     Called them out to locate a leak in my system. Pedro is as honest and professional as they come. He offered me multiple solutions without trying to forcefully sell me something I didnt want or need at this time, while also explaining the risks. After inspecting the system, I chose to repair the leak that was found on the condenser coil and he did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service from beginning to end. Pedro’s daughter answered my call and was super nice and professional. She gave me an appointment within a few hours of my call and also called back once she confirmed with Pedro on the time. I also received text and emails on the status of my appointment and his expected arrival time, he was right on time.When he arrived he asked what my issue was and proceeded with all his checks.     Cant tell you how difficult it is to find an honest reputable Company these days. Brandon was kind courteous respectful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He serviced my unit very quickly and explained all the possible problematic parts. He gave me tips and pointers on how to keep my unit running efficiently.     I noticed my AC not cooling the night before the next day around 2 o’clock. It was completely not cooling it was 78 inside my house. I called Pedro and he had me on the schedule for a technician to come at 4pm that same evening. By 6 pm my AC was cooling again and knew what the problem was. Gave me two options on how to fix it.     Noticed our air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it usually does. We had read several great reviews from other homeowners in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. I called around 3pm and they had me scheduled for that evening. I got a text to let me know they were on their way.     About 3 months ago we had the pleasure of dealing with Cool Comfort Solutions. Our AC went out & after researching AC repair companies in our area we chose CCS. They came to our house the day we called them, gave us a fair & reasonable quote, gave me a military discount, & literally went to work that day. Evertthing from up in the attic to the outside of my house was totally removed & replaced with the latest & greatest multi stage AC system & was cooling again that day. There was 1 hiccup & this is where my expectations were blown away. The upstairs heater components did not match up with the unit that was installed. The owner got on the phone, located one, drove to Lake Charles, LA to pick it up, came back to my house & finished the install. They came back the next day, went over the entire system with us & were on their way. Fast forward 3 months to 10/30/2023 when our 1st cold front came in. The wife tries to turn on the heater, & nothing happened. I called CCS, they were @my house within 30 minutes, they rebooted the digital thermostat & the heater fired right up. I tip my hat to CCS along to their over the top customer service. If u r ever n need of AC or heating repair or service I highly highly recommend Cool Comfort Solutions.

    I hired them for an ac tune up. They were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly and were very punctual the day of the appointment. The technician was very thorough in explaining to me what he would do to my systems and how this should improve my comfort level.     My wife & I were very impressed with the professionalism, and courtesy that we received from Pedro Castro who is the owner of Comfort Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating. He is very cordial, and easy to do business with, and he is very concerned with every aspect of the installation. I have an A.A.S. in HVAC, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of his trade. He has competitive pricing, and does excellent work. I highly recommend him for you HVAC needs.Update: Two years later my A/C breaker starts tripping off after running for 10 minutes on a 104F day. I called Cool Comfort Solutions on a Friday evening. The owner, Pedro, contacted me the next morning, and told me that he was out of town but would try to get someone over to check out the problem. He contacted me shortly thereafter to say that he couldnt get anyone, so he would be personally coming out from Conroe to help us out. He showed a couple of hours later, and checked everything out & said that the problem was the breaker. I have limited electrical experience, so I opened the breaker and removed the cover to find a fried lizard 🦎 at the 40amp breaker. I removed it and tightened the connections, and the A/C breaker hasnt tripped since.Pedro is definitely my HVAC guy! He is friendly, fair, and honest. I consider him a friend, and I am a very satisfied customer. If you have HVAC needs then Cool Comfort Solutions is who you need to call. 🙂👍P.S.
