    Cool Champs was the end of a long journey with my 20-year old HVAC. When it was clear that full replacement was the only option, I got estimates from 4 different well-reviewed shops. Justin guided me through options the others hadnt mentioned or didnt fully explain, and put together the best custom package at a very competitive price without trying to upsell me. While we waited through a supply delay, he made sure we were comfortable by performing complementary maintenance to buy us a few more weeks from the old unit. Extremely happy with every step of the process, all communication, and installation. They show how much they value customers and integrity in how they run each part of the business.

    Cannot recommend these guys enough. Had a bigg name company come out and spend 2 hours telling me my A/C had to be completely replaced or it wouldnt work. Justin with Cool Champs came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and had the A/C running in 30 minutes. 10/10 this is my A/C company moving forward

    Recently, when my ac unit stopped cooling, the home owner called Cool Champs, and a tall gentleman named Regan came out to look at the unit. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When the homeowner green lit the ac unit replacement, Regan and another gentleman named Nelson came out on Saturday ( Bless their hearts) and didnt mind the two yappily dogs in the home. They worked hard and fast to replace the ancient unit, and now my room went from 80 plus degrees to a cool 72 degrees. I highly recommend these gentlemen!

    Cool Champs is absolutely amazing!!! The care and commitment to customer service that Regan and his team has is beyond compare!     My family and I came home after a long week to a burning hot upstairs. What a nightmare on a Friday night! I called multiple companies that had limited availability. We had accepted the fact that we would be sweating out the night. Then, Reagan from Cool Champs had just finished a job and called me back. He came over at 10:30 pm to fix my unit. 10:30! What company would do that?! He was professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. To top it off, he brought his doggo Atlas. I will never call any other company for AC repair.

    Cool Champs performed a great install for my homes HVAC system! Our outgoing system was approximately 20 years old, so after a significant repair estimate we decided it was time to replace it. After conducting numerous interviews, we settled on Cool Champs. Regan talked us through some of the different units available and provided a competitive quote for replacement. It didn’t stop there though - Regan (along with his helper) performed an efficient and professional install, taking time to explain the points of failure in our previous system and how to care best for our new one. Regan offered transparency through the entire process, a feeling I only got from a few select firms. I intend to continue to use Cool Champs for our heating/cooling needs and will refer anyone who asks me to them!

    Regan at Cool Champs is passionate and knowledgeable about the HVAC world.After receiving a ridiculously high quote from a competitor, I knew the answer wasn’t as cut and dry as replacing our entire system (as suggested).Although it wasn’t a clear cut issue, Regan took the time to get to the bottom of it. By took the time I mean two hours. TWO HOURS. Y’all the competitor charged me $90, told me my only option was a brand new $20k system and was gone in 20 min. Regan looked at my system like it was his own and treated it as such. A rinse of the condenser and a couple hundred dollars of Freon later, we’re back in business.Needless to say I have added Cool Champs directly to my phone contacts and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

    Lived up to the name Cool Champs! Cool dude got my A/C charged up and ready for the summer.     We did a remodel down to the studs. The job that Cool Champs did for our house was outstanding. We had a complicated setup with a vaulted ceiling. They worked countless hours to get it done and listened to ALL our needs. My uncle is a retired HVAC guy and had many things he wanted me to get done for this job. The Cool Champs we super accommodating with his requests as well on our behalf. Everyone I worked with a Cool Champs were professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Pricing was excellent as well. I highly recommend them.

After being jerked around in just about every direction and receiving quotes for new systems as high as $25k, Regan came out and was able to repair our current system same day at a much more attractive price. He’s a genuine local business owner with quality service and affordable prices. I’d recommend Cool Champs to anyone who is looking for HVAC repair or replacement. If you want to pay an arm and a leg for something you might not need, go talk to one of the big HVAC companies.

    Regan saved our sanity the weekend of our baby shower. We discovered flooding under our carpet and flooring, and by the time a plumber came by to tell us it was actually an HVAC issue, it was the evening before the shower and we had to shut off the AC to stop the leaking. Regan came by just a few hours before the shower, figured out the problem right away, and patiently walked us through it, even taking the time to teach us a few basic things about our HVAC and how to be proactive about mold management. The cost was beyond reasonable (like we couldnt believe how reasonable given it was an emergency weekend call) and we havent had any issues since. Cool Champs are our HVAC guys forever.

    I first met Regan from Cool Champs while he was working next door installing a new HVAC system at my neighbor’s full house remodel. I didn’t know I would need his services a week and a half later when the fan controller board in my outside AC compressor literally burned up. I contacted him and he came by that morning. He was able to MacGyver around the burned-up board to keep my AC up and running while the replacement part was on order. Regan is a hardworking expert with HVAC systems. We highly recommend him and his team.

    I used Cool Champs after a referral from my brother-in-law and was very grateful that he referred me to them.Our AC had been out for about 2 weeks as we waited for insurance when I reached out to Cool Champs. Other providers, including the service provider recommended by the warranty company, quoted us a higher replacement cost compared to Cool Champs and would not be able to replace our AC within a reasonable amount of time. Upon reaching out to Cool Champs, they were able to fit us in to their schedule the same week (I’m talking 2 days after we reached out to them) and replaced our whole AC and heating system in a day! Throughout the whole process, Cool Champs communicated consistently and delivered exactly what they promissed! Our 10 month old twin girls were happy to be back home to AC blowing cooler than ever before all thanks to Cool Champs. I would recommend them for an honest and timely company for all your HVAC needs.

    We could not have asked for a better person to come into a very scary moment with my HVAC, breaking down right before the heat wave. I am an elder and the market is not what it used to be. So, the thought of replacing my HVAC right now was definitely giving me anxiety! After having one reputable company come in and literally give me an $11k bid on changing out the whole system. I needed a second opinion and Reagan came in like a Superhero and saved the Day!! We didnt need to change the system, there was just a wiring issue, which he was able to repair in less than 48 hours and we were back in business!! Very weird because the issue apparently had been existent since the unit was installed, I had questions. But at the end of the day, Reagan made sure I was up and running and ready for this summer heat! I cant thank you enough Reagan! I will refer you every chance I get! 😎

    Called these guys up after hours with my thermostat reading 50 degrees in my house with no heat. Another HVAC repairman quoted me $175 just to come out to my site on the weekend. Regan answered the phone professionally, knew the exact right questions to ask (it was like he was in my house looking at my system with me), and offered me some things to try before he sent somebody out. Cool Champs solid customer service, knowledge of HVAC, and pricing is hard to find in one package these days. Highly recommend.

    Regan is one of the best HVAC guys youll ever meet. He was able to do my HVAC replacement job at a much better price than anyone in town (and with a bigger system). He followed up numerous times to make sure everything was still working great. He is super knowledgeable about all things HVAC (and has an Engineering degree from UT to back it up!). He even found an error in the original installation of the gas line to the furnace. If you live in Austin, Regan should be your A/C guy.

    Regan is fantastic. Honest as the day is long in the summer. He has repaired A/C units at both main house and a rental, and replaced a unit when the compressor failed for thousands less than the American Home Shield vendor quote. After the Snowcopolypse, even helped me to repair a tankless hot water heater, when plumbers were not available. Another time when a vendor tried to cheat me, Regan helped me to not get overcharged for frivolous work. He goes above and beyond and has earned my business for life. He is my favorite repair guy - trust him with my A/C, my house, even makes my kids smile.

    Our service provider, Regan, did a great job. A previous company had ignored an initial sign of trouble with our system, but Regan explained clearly what was happening and why, and then fixed the problem.
