I absolutely appreciate the service and care received by Conquer Plumbing and Air and would recommend this team to anyone in need of their scope of practice. From the customer service over the phone, updates through texts and the technician who fixed the issue.I had a very old water heater leaking all over my garage and inside a closet indoors. They assured me Jimmy would be here to inspect and resolve the issue asap. Which he got here before noon and immediately saw I needed a whole new unit and encouraged management that it be approved swiftly being I have my two children here.He also checked out the plumbing and AC to make sure it was all running smoothly and helped with an outdoor pipe that was dripping and needed a new spout.He was back with the new unit by afternoon and had it all working and ready to go by later afternoon. All in this Texas heat.Jimmy was so courteous, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful! He also helped remove a larger item out of the garage that was soaked with the water leak.I am so grateful for his service and the company overall. Thank y’all so much again!

Gabriel the serviceman showed up and went straight to work manually excavating the flooded area on the lawn, he showed me the location of the busted pipe and within an hour-hour 1/2 he was done as if nothing happened, with the exception of the muddy patch to prove otherwise. I had a slow draining kitchen sink that didn’t get better after trying household drain cleaners & a 25ft snake.The first company my home warranty contacted didn’t have availability till 5 days out, never communicated or replied to texts, and then called at the *last minute* to reschedule only to No Show. But not with Conquer! They had next day availability, contacted me the same day to confirm my appointment, sent text reminders when they were en route, and got the issue resolved in under 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend! 👍

Jim Mooneyham is a great man and even better plumber! Helped me fix a clogged pipe that was messing up our entire upstairs plumbing in about 5 minutes, and then he went outside and checked our water pressure since he noticed the shower wasnt very good. I was going to ask him to check it before he left but he was already doing it before I could ask! He didnt force any unnecessary repairs on me and just suggested fixes to issues and let me decide. Im definitely going to be using Conquer again. Great experience with Jim.

He came out immediately when I had some outside plumbing problems and he stayed to fix the issue even though it was late last min emergency call and he stayed to complete the work so my household would not go without water in our home overnight/until he could fix it. It was storming out that night and he stayed to complete his work during bad weather! He was very dedicated. After he completed his work (about 3-4hrs later). We really appreciate his commitment to helping us with this situation. Also side note he even came back out to help with the aftermath of the worksite that I feel he already did the best he could do during heavy rain. I would strongly recommend him moving forward! We had a pretty good leak from the main water line running into the house. Our service technician, Jim - I would recommend 10/10. He worked quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. As he worked, he walked me through each step he was taking and why. I truly believe when he stated “the customer first,” that he meant it.
