    Gabriel recently fixed our air-conditioning unit during the peak of summer and we couldn’t be happier with their service. The entire process from calling to scheduling an appointment with Deli. The consultation to repair and customer service was seamless and professional, Delis patience working with my schedule was so wonderful. Their customer service and support is top-notch and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Comfy air oh and the membership!     The entire experience was outstanding. The initial call to remind me of a service for system check, (that I had totally forgotten), to the reduction in cost of my initial purchase, resulted in a 2:1 improvement.Now Gabriel, the more than qualified technician, not only checked the system over completely, he also recommended a very cost effective and easy to do procedure I can do to further prevent any future expenses for maintaining the system.I cannot recommend Comfy Air more positively. I will highly suggest anyone with a split system, as well as, regular AC system to call and experience the quality of care they have more than demonstrated and Gabriel specifically. 👍👍

    As a small business in Wimberley, we are delighted to have had such an amazing experience in using Comfy Air to service our Tasting Room and Inn.     Yep, here it is 2024 and Im still calling Comfy Air to take care of my ac/heat unit. Gabriel came out and checked both systems, recorded all the work done, complete with model numbers and picture. Im on a maintenance plan with them and feel totally ready for any weather. Thanks!Several years ago: When your AC goes out in July in Texas, these are the folks to call. The office staff (thanks Kim!) was very responsive and Junior, the tech, was able to get the system running quickly. This is a great company to work with.

    We like Daikin AC. They have well know products. We also like this Comfort Crew. At the hot weather, our AC went down. Comfort Crew company tried their best to install the new AC system very soon. They are very professional and did great job. Our old AC foundation was too low. They did extra work to level up. We are so happy found this company and highly recommend to all they need new AC systems.

    Comfy Air ricks! From Delly, the customer service/admin person to Devin the repairman, they were excellent! Came to fix my heater in this winter cold snap the same day that I called them and able to fix it at the first visit! Fairly priced! I highly recommend them!

Dealing with our home warranty was such a pain, so much back and forth and with our AC out theres only so long you can take 100+ days.Comfort Crew stepped up and was able to get to us quick.     Called Comfort Crew to establish routine HVAC maintenance for our home system. Matt B arrived right on time for our inspection and was very professional and provided excellent customer care. Matt did a thorough review of our system and went over his evaluation with my wife and I. Matt told us we have a couple items to keep an eye on but nothing that needed immediate action. Based on our initial experience we would highly recommend Comfort Crew and Matt.

    I had an ongoing problem with my AC. At least 3 other HVAC companies came out over the years and they always put a Band-Aid fix on it, only to have the issue return later. I reported the issue again to my home warranty company and this time they sent Comfort Crew. I thought, great, here we go again. Comfort Crew sent Juan out the next day and he ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! He showed me exactly which part was failing and why. Its been perfect ever since and that was almost a year ago. I highly recommend Juan at Comfort Crew!!

    I am very pleased with my experience with Comfort Crew. My air conditioner broke on a Saturday evening. I was able to get in touch with the owner, Eddie Glidewell and he took the time to come out that evening and take a look at it. Eddie got the unit running well enough to make it through the weekend and scheduled an appointment for Monday to do a more thorough assessment and replace parts. My A/C unit was about eight years old and was leaking freon and had some bad electrical parts so instead of fixing it I just decided to replace it. Comfort Crew came out and replaced both the unit in the attic and the outside unit. In addition, they cut a new air intake to accommodate a larger unit. The work was done professionally. When you set up an appointment with Comfort Crew, they will set up a time with you and will send you a text message when the technician is enroute. They also show up on time. My technician was Toby Carden and he was the consummate professional. When the work was near completion Eddie came out to ensure that everything had been done to my satisfaction. In addition, Comfort Crew does all the warranty paperwork for you so you dont have to worry about it. Overall, a very positive experience. I would recommend Comfort Crew to anyone needing A/C services.

    If you read the reviews already submitted for Comfort Crew, you see some very positive feedback from customers. I am new to Texas and have learned this summer the vital importance of Air Conditioning. I agree that Comfort Crew did an excellent job at our house and I have seen a slight decrease in electic bill since that work was done. Our A/C air exchanger was the original and with the inspection done by Comfort Crew, we decided to replace it and upgrade to the latest technology. Nice to not worry about a/c during these hot times.
