    JR and his team were excellent. They kept my moms heating and cooling running for years and when the original system finally gave out they came immediately and did a thorough assessment including pictures of everything and a detailed report with reasonable estimates for several options and provided consultation regarding the various options. They even provided a space heating unit for my mom to use that same day. They started working quickly and did a full system replacement in one day. They were professional and courteous even remembering what pets she had and checking each was secure and safe during the installation. After the installation JR sent a follow up debriefing of the installation process and maintenance schedule for the future. I would highly recommend using ComfortPro Solutions!     We love Comfort Pro! Our business has used them for multiple years now, and really appreciate the thoroughness and quality work they put in. They also came to our rescue during Snomeggedon 2021 when our house heater went down, braving the snow and ice to come to our aid! Wow! We have found their work to be professional, excellent, with no shortcuts. Quality all the way! And, no, they dont just restrict their business to Huntsville. They hit the road quite a bit!     We needed a new AC condenser and coil for our home. We looked at many different companies that didn’t fill us with confidence that we’d get good service. give us a good feeling. Following a recommendation, we called ComfortPro. We met with JR and he talked us through all the issues we had and the various options available to us. JR provided us with a loaner portable AC unit to help out while the new system was ordered. Our comfort was a priority to JR.The day came for the install and Shane & Cory arrived on time to fit the new system. The got to work quickly and diligently. The old system was quickly taken out and the install was underway. I cannot praise the efforts of Shane & Cory enough. They worked hard, we’re extremely polite, considerate and professional. Shane took time to explain exactly what he was doing, why and what difference it would make to the performance of our new AC system.The work was completed in a very timely manner and Shane ensured the system was working perfectly before they left. Shane & Cory were very clean workers & made sure everything was left clean at the end.I highly recommend ComfortPro for your next home project/repairs. They are a great company with great caring staff. Your comfort is really important to them.

    I called JR at Comfort Pro to have some electrical work done at my house and he did a great job! He is very professional! and knowledgeable about what he does! I was so happy with his work I called him back to have a split unit installed in my house. JRs work associate Shane installed the unit and he also did a great job! and was so helpful! You definitely need to call this company if you are looking for an electrician or new AC unit! They are phenomenal!James and Corey did a great job repairing an air duct in my attic. They were very professional, polite and on time! I will definitely continue to use comfort pro solutions and highly recommend this company!

    James took such good care of us! Our AC was still working but working hard. We requested routine maintenance before the summer got too brutal. We moved here 3 years ago and had never had it serviced. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained to us what we didn’t know to ask. I love the service contract for only $19.00/mo offer. Our AC is now much quieter, runs much smoother, and actually turns off during the heat of the day. There was also a payment plan available if we needed it. I’m so glad we chose the right company!

    Brad did an excellent job! He worked ryuntil 8:30 in the evening getting our aging AC system working again. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.Update January, 2022JR and his team just installed a new heat pump system to replace our very old one. The install team was extremely professional in every way.They did an excellent job. The owner, JR, made many trips to our home throughout the process in order to monitor the progress. He even loaned me a space heater to use while I waited for them to finish. 5 Star work in every aspect.

    Our house that we were renting had a broken furnace and a ton of repairs that need to be done. ComfortPro solutions is an excellent company and I would recommend them to everyone. Bob, Brad, and James were extremely polite, professional and hardworking. Bob was a very nice guy and walked me through step by step all the repairs that needed to get done. He even went a step further and helped clean out old debris and dust that was left behind by previous owners which he did not have to do. Amazing customer service, thanks Bob!

    Excellent service and would definitely do business with again! JR responded to an Angie’s List inquiry almost immediately, and came out to look and answer questions the next day. I had a unique HVAC installation situation and JR presented several options and went above and beyond with helping me out. Once the system arrived, Shane and his crew showed up and did an excellent job installing everything. Shane explained things very well, answered all of my questions, and gave great advice on other projects I was working on as well.     ComfortPro has been servicing/repairing my HVAC for over a year now. JR originally came out to address multiple problems concerning my dehumidification and fresh air ventilation (all problems dating back to the original design/install from new construction in 2015). Weve worked through most of the issues with my house by starting with the simplest and least expensive strategies (as recommended by JR and appreciated by myself). ComfortPro has also addressed typical problems such as a bad condenser motor on one of my systems and handled warranty repairs on my dehumidifier. James has been the technician to perform most of the work and he is top notch on all fronts… does an excellent job and seems to always have to work in stealth when my baby is napping.In short, I wish ComfortPro had performed the original design and installation of my entire HVAC system during construction. I rarely leave reviews and like to do so when I feel like Ive found an exceptional company that I will call for decades to come.Hire with confidence!-Braden

    JR and his team were awesome to work with. They were very attentive to our system challenges as well as frustrations with a 14 year old unit that caused us issues for several years. He took the tine to evaluate what was best for our home, and provided us with multiple options to consider based on the need, leading technologies, and our budget for both current times but also for the future reliability. My family has said, our home has never been this comfortable in the 14 years we have lived here.We definitely recommend JR and his team!

    This team was awesome all around. Great technical knowledge and professional work. We had an old heat pump system that needed to be upgraded/repaired. Sam was prompt and courteous while scheduling all the interactions. James came out and did an initial check and assessment for us. Sheldon provided us with detailed options for replacement and helped us find some previously unknown design faults in the old install that were lowering our efficiency and potentially damaging our ceiling, if gone unchecked. Shane and his team corrected those problems and installed our new heat pump. Only took a single day to completely remove the old system and install the new. We are very happy with the results.

While he was in the attic he offered to hand down our Christmas decoration boxes! Such a generous blessing as my husband is healing from surgery.     Great customer service and an incredible job well done! Our 15 year old AC unit and heater/air handler finally went out last week and it was time for a whole new install (no change to duct work or vents). The team was very friendly, informative and went above and beyond the “average” call of duty (so to speak). While they were here, we were also able to get a quote on having 3 outdoor outlets installed on our back porch and they were able to complete the entire HVAC install and the exterior outlets all in one day. We are very impressed and would highly recommend this company - you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much to the Crocker Family, Shane and the whole installation team.

    My appointment was scheduled for today between 12 and 1pm. They called and said they were on their way and was on time. James and Fernando were both very professional. Proved to me that they were with the company and what they were here to do. They did the check-up and did all the upfront work and then told me what was needed to be done.     James came out and listened to my input on the issues I am having with my AC and Heat both were running at the same time diagnosed the issue and fixed it right up in short time. I had used another company twice who ignored what I believed the issue was cleaned the outside unit TWICE and never fixed the issue. That is not the case with Comforters Solutions. They listened and fixed the problem 1st time out. Highly recommend.

    I first contacted this company when I was away on a trip. A fried was at my home and was staying to help being a care giver. She called me to say the AC was out and it was 10:30 pm. I googled 24 hour AC service. After calling a few which were no help I reached JR, Comfort Pro. It was very hot in the house and on top of that a person who was very ill. He told me he had a couple of others but it would be 1.5 hours. It was a prayer answered. And I have recommended him over and over. And love his monthly reminders for filter change. He is the best and very trustworthy and friendly.

    Brad and the ComfortPro Solutions team are polite professionals that provide a great service. After, two months of having no A/C, I noticed mold and mildew starting to grow on the cabinets and walls, making my initial plan to power through the humidity with ceiling fans pointless. I ended up finding ComfortPro Solutions, through the Home Depot HVAC tuneup service. Everything went well, within three to four days Brad diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. The parts are not cheap, but are necessary and required for a good functioning A/C unit. However, by becoming a $29 subscribing member and getting help from Brad, the price became more tolerable. Ultimately, they had to replace a broken condensing pump, a failing capacitor, a burnt contactor, and an old disconnect. Additionally, they weren’t too pushy or selly on there recommendations, giving three quotes of what to fix.

He is very respectful and cleaned up in around the area he worked in and removed the box and packing material came in.
