Comfort Air is awesome! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Zac came within 30 minutes of calling him . He diagnosed our problem. He gave us options. We ended up replacing our old unit . He was out the next day at 7:30 am. The replacement was seem less . He went over the new unit with us and even filed the warranty for us . Highly recommend Comfort Air . Customer for life ! Just had Zac from Comfort Air replace the previously undersized drip pan and plumbing pipework for my attic air handler unit. He also changed out some of the pipework that when it was installed looked bad and wasnt exactly the best of work by the original installers, about 20 years ago.Really good that he communicated what he was doing every step of the way and also why he was doing it. Cost was pretty much what I expected and they also offer an annual check up plan with one or two service visits a year that isnt too expensive to get onto.

Zach was very professional and very focused. I was impressed with his understanding and knowledge of the ac unit. He offered us a second option to get our house cooling again which was much more manageable for us financially and very reasonable. He is a sharp cookie and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Ive used Zachs services on my A/C unit since 2021. I will begin with the obvious reasons on why I continue to exclusively use ComfortAir: 1) Troubleshooting skills - Zach is extremely efficient at pinpointing the problem. 2) Extremely fair costs - Zach has never overcharged me on any service (no matter how simple or complicated). I would like to provide one more important feedback about Zach - I have provided him with my gate code and hidden key location so he could work at the house while no one was home. Zach would routinely send me text messages and pictures for updates. When my wife and I return home, its like no one has entered our house (except for the nice cool air circulating). You just cant find individuals that are trustworthy like Zach.

Zach came out the first time tlast summer just after dark, (!) when I had lost air and was waiting several days on my last HVAC guy, and got me repaired for the night. He returned next day for additional charging of freon, cleaning of outside unit, and proper sealing of inside unit. He is so clearly honest and professional that I signed up for annual maintanance. He just finished heat maintanance and Im really glad I signed up. I can give an unqualified thumbs up for Zachary Spottswood and his Comfort Air Company. I have learned the hard way with other recommendations that were not reviewed on google, and Zach is good people. Solid FIVE STARS! Highly Recommended.

We have had Zach taking care of our HVAC system for about 3 years now, I think. Every 6 months he comes to ready us for the seasonal changes. Always on time, courteous, professional, informative and offers all options and costs for any repairs or upgrades we might need! We participate in their yearly maintenance plan and have never had a delay in service when there is a electrical or mechanical break down. He has done multiple items on drainage that was not installed to code, he has helped get rid of the nasty smells coming out of our system. We are loyal customers of Comfort Air and Heating! So happy we found such high quality Business Ethics, Customer Care, Integrity and Honesty at a fair price. Not an easy thing in todays world when trying to get needed services for your home. We find Zach to be truly refreshing and it is always a pleasure to see him! Cannot say enough good things about Zach and his company! If there were a 10 rating, He would get an 11!!!! Always above and beyond expectations!

Zach from Comfort Air came to give me a new quote on a new unit, since another company told me it was unrepairable and I needed a new unit. While he did give me quotes, Zach didnt push a new unit on me. Instead, he ended up fixing my current unit. He was nice, professional, and explained everything he was doing in understandable language. Comfort Air is an honest company with honest employees whose first job is to help their customers. I will definitely be using their services again.

We have nothing but praise to give Zach w/ Comfort Air! We didnt even have to leave a message and wait for a call back when we were desperate to find someone to come out on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable and professional, gave us quotes for two different options, and patiently waited 2-3 days while we determined what would work best for our needs and budget. Zachs quote was fair, his work thorough, and he was able to accommodate installing an updated system in an outdated space of an early 90s manufactured home. We are so grateful for his honest work, will continue to use him for regular maintenance, and highly recommend him for your HVAC needs!

Can we just take a minute to appreciate Zach and his exemplary prowess? I bought a new HVAC unit from a prominent local service company and experienced nothing but headaches with the unit. The service company sent out three service people in a five-month spans and all of them failed to fix the issue. Thinking that I had purchased a lemon, I made a last-ditch effort to call Comfort Air and see if a different company could resolve my problems. Zach listened thoroughly to my concerns, quickly identified the problem (which should have been caught upon installation), implemented a solution, and filled it up with freon in less than 2 hours. His service not only provided same-day relief to our family at minimal cost, but also took us through one of the most intense summers in Texas history. I cannot say enough good things about Zach and will definitely go to him for all of my HVAC needs. A resounding five stars!

Air Conditioner was having off and on problems with humidity and air flow after we lost power and were running on a generator backup for 3 hours. the humidity continued to fluctuate, so I called Comfort Air to see about getting a tech out to verify nothing was wrong with the system. Zach arrived within an hour of our phone call. He was very professional, answered all my question concerning what he was doing and why. A/C was low an Freon and Needed a cleaning. Would definitely recommend comfort Air for all your air conditioning needs.
