It has to be exceptional service for me to leave a review. This is one of the rare times!They went above and beyond disassembling old unit in the attic, reassembling and reconfiguring new unit, ensuring protection on walls and stairways while moving components. Outside lines were ran in places not easily reached and concealed well. They went above and beyond to help in things not directly involved in the install of the system. Kennedy was managing the great work of the install crew and performed and participated himself! They deserve a well done and THANKS!

Thanks to Adrian & Austin who came & did an air duct clean & dryer vent clean (very overdue). These guys were extremely polite, meticulous in their job & we actually enjoyed having them in our home for several hours.Thanks out to Bobby that told me about the special, & he, as well, is very professional & a joy!Thanks to David Hargrove for hiring exceptional guys to be the “workers”. I appreciate the staff calling to set the appointment and being flexible to my schedule. Very friendly people and nice to work with. Technician showed up on time and took care of my spring PPM. Don’t want to see them again until fall :) but if I do they will be the ones who I will call.

Kennedy and his team were beyond excellent! Everything from the first walk-through to determine what suited my home best, to the final inspection was smooth. His team was very respectful and punctual, they kept their material neat and trash was picked up as they worked. My service call was handled with what I call “Professionalism”. Greg once again looked the situation over dug into the wiring and found a wire that was burnt at the contractor which caused the breakers to trip averting any more damage. He replaced the contractor, cut off the burnt wire and I was back in service . He is a credit to Colley Refrigeration.
