I did not want to bother someone on a Sunday morning, but here in Louisiana, we need A/C. I want to thank Cole air for such great service and thank them for coming out so fast on a Sunday morning.     They came after hours and worked until dark to get my AC repaired. I had been without my AC for over a week. I recently had open heart surgery and the heat is very hard on my breathing. I am so so thankful that they cared enough to get my unit fixed even if it meant they had to work extra long hours. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

    Came home to a hot house after work and called Cole Air since I had heard good things about them before. It was late in the day so I paid the extra overtime fees to have a technician come out the same day, but it was worth the money. Rodney got everything running cold again in probably an hour or less. Will call them next time I have any problems.

    I called Cole Air on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. The Cole repairman was prompt, fixed my problem, and the bill was extremely reasonable. I asked my All-Star plumber, who fixed my tub drainage problem on Monday, if he could recommend an HVAC repair service and he recommended Cole Air. I am very happy that he did. :)

    I have been a Cole Air customer since 2020 when I bought our house. TLDR: I love Cole Air so much I am considering sabotaging my current system so he can install what I need.We were unsatisfied with our HVAC performance and heard great things about Dustin and his crew. He came in and helped us understand why our system was underperforming and we attacked the issue. Starting with duct work his techs came in and completely revamped our ducts and hung them correctly to allow adequate spacing. Next we looked at how air was flowing through the house and found that we were almost over sized and needed to balance the pressure throughout the house better especially in the master suite where the previous owner put too much air flow. The air in our room never had a chance to recirculate and was leaving us with stale warm air. Every time we call for assistance his techs are quick to respond and frankly I can’t wait for the day the system actually goes out so I can use Cole Air to design and install what should be there in the first place.

    I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cole Air! From the friendliness of the people answering the phone to the service once they arrive, everything is top notch! The minute Dustin arrived and I explained what was going on, he immediately knew what the problem was and was very quick to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything he was doing and that everything was perfect before he left. They’re the only people I’ll be calling from here on out! Anyone looking for a friendly, honest, knowledgeable and fair A/C company should give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed.

    These guys were amazing. My AC went out, within an hour I had a tech onsite to diagnose the issue. My compressor was shot, and they gave me a quote that didnt break the bank. They were able to get me a replacement unit the next day, the installation took about 2 hours and the techs were super friendly and answered all of my many questions. From the time my AC went out till my new unit was right at 24 hours. I can not recommend Cole Air enough, I would give them more stars if google would let me!

    Called for the first time when my ac went out this weekend. They told me they had a list but they would get to me. They showed up Saturday late afternoon. Worked diligently to fix my problem. Took the time to explain my problem and the options to fix it on a permanent basis. My unit is old and will need to be replaced soon, but he gave me options to keep from purchasing a new unit. He also told me (as others have, but offered no solutions) the unit is installing incorrectly so it cannot run efficiently. Offered to fix this problem if I decide to purchase a new unit. Courteous, professional, and friendly.

    A friend of mine used Cole air and put in a call for my air conditioning. About 15 minutes after his phone call, Noah called to say he would be at my house in 10-15 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived, checked everything out, replaced it right then and there….did I mention this was on a Saturday afternoon too??? Wonderful company. I asked for a business card and I will continue to use them!!!

    I’ve used Cole Air as long as I’ve been a homeowner. Screwed up once and used Cajun Air to replace my unit after the unit failed and needed replacing. For the next 3 months, I fought with leaks from the air handler housing. After the 3rd visit Nic LaRocca with Cajun Air said it was a plumbing drainage issue with a p-trap behind the wall for the condensate line. Instead of fixing problem, he quit answering the phone.One call to Dustin at Cole Air and he fixed the root cause of the issue. It was an unlevel unit causing the leaking. They replaced the stacked 2x4’s Cajun Air used with proper aluminum feet, tightened the ductwork, and static tested the return with the plenum to get optimal performance.I haven’t had one issue since. Won’t call anyone else. They’re top notch.

    I’ve been practicing HVAC for 20 yrs but I was never passionate about it bc my true love is auto repair & mechanical restoration. I called upon Dustin Cole to assist me in the exposed spiral design duct work in my new place (garage apartment) that I was building which contains spray in foam. He performed a manual “J” and a “blower door test” to determine the correct unit and ductwork sizing/placement. I installed everything according to his product recommendations & instructions. It’s a 20 seer 2stage compressor with a variable speed blower for humidity control which is vital for spray foam insulation. When the time came to connect the thermostat I was a little overwhelmed bc it had 35 control wire connections vs the 5-7 that I’m familiar with. You could land the damn space shuttle with the thing. 2 other companies came out to attempt to connect it and reacted the same way I did, ran..I called upon Dustin and he came out, had it connected and running within 10 mins. As a former HVAC tech I wouldn’t challenge him on my best day! I cant say enough good things about him as he’s super passionate about HVAC and takes it to a completely higher level. Very scientific as well as modest. Unit works flawlessly and I attribute that to him and his company.
