    Climate specialists were great! They came out after hours and were able find the problem with my system when other companies could not diagnose the problem. They were able to temporarily patch the problem. They ordered the parts needed and came back to repair the system. Very competent and friendly service.

    Matt/Climate Specialist is awesome. During the February 2021 storm he managed to get a new heating element installed for our rental property during some of the worst winter conditions we have ever seen. I am so impressed with his professionalism and follow up during this difficult time. I can only imagine the service you would get on a good day! I will definitely call on him again for any HVAC service for our homes.

    My AC was down for a week while two other AC companies attempted repair but failed because they couldn’t get a replacement unit. Thankfully, I found Matt at Climate Specialist. He went well beyond the usual effort and found a replacement unit for me when everyone else was saying two to six weeks! He kept me in the loop the whole time and when the unit was available to install, Matt and Justin showed up right on time and completed the installation without any issues. I can recommend Climate Specialist without hesitation. Very good experience!

    Our commercial HVAC unit in the Bee Cave area was no longer blowing cold air and Climate Specialists helped us out the same day. I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. I spoke with Matt over the phone to discuss the system and Josh met me at the property. Josh was able to quickly investigate the issue and fix it during the same service call. I look forward to working with Climate Specialists in the future!

    The other reviews have said it all! If you want to get the best in Austin, you will get Matt and Climate Specialists team. I have finally found an HVAC company that I can trust and I am happy to do business with.I hired two highly rated HVAC companies (based on Yelp) before Climate Specialists to look into leaking ducts. The technicians from both companies simply offered expensive options to replace the entire HVAC system. The second actually broke my furnace lighter, and then went further by red-tagging the furnace for rust and hairline cracks. When Climate Specialists visited, they confirmed that there was no rust, fixed the lighter, and confirmed through tests that everything was in working order. My mistake was not hiring Climate Specialists in the first place.Many thanks to Matt and the Climate Specialists team for their prompt, trustworthy and excellent customer service.

    I own The Goddard School of Lakeway ,and Climate Specialists is our go to provider for all of our HVAC system needs. Matt and his team are very reliable ,and do excellent thorough work every time. His family owned business has provided us with superior service in comparison to other companies that we have used in the past. They never cut corners and I feel confident in the level of service they provide.

    Great to work with. Matt was knowledgeable and very responsive. I have a Pentair pool heat pump and it had been difficult to find someone to diagnose and repair. He had someone out that day who fixed it and Matt followed up to answer my questions about the repair. A really good experience.

    Climate Specialists came out today to repair our Pentair pool heater. They got to us a couple of days earlier than our pool company predicted, and they got it done quickly. Josh, the technician who did our repair, was prompt and respectful. He got right down to business, diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed on his truck, and he repaired the heater in record time. Thanks to Josh and Climate Specialists, we will have a warm swim tonight. We will definitely use Climate Specialists again.

    Matt went above and beyond to get the job done. I had to deal with other AC companies before this and this experience was better hands down. I’m extremely satisfied with the attitude and work of this company. Don’t waste your time with the larger corporate companies that are just there to upsell you and create problems to fix. If you want good work go no further.
