Clayton is a true professional and craftsman. I purchased a DYI Mr. Cool split system but later decided I needed the help of expert for the install. Most HVAC companies will only install their own equipment. After days of searching for help I finally came across Claytons information. He was super courteous, affordable and easy to work with. The best part is how clean and tidy he made the lines and hoses on the exterior of our building look. Thanks for the great job!

Id like to give a shout out to Clayton on a job well done and quick response!! I called Clayton at 12:16 to see if he could come look at my unit that was having some issues. Within minutes he was already headed to my house and had the cold air going since my wife works from home!! Thank you for the service!!

Bought a new ACand Heating unit from a local business and the return air was very loud. I went by office to get someone to come out but was told they were so busy but they would put me on schedule 2 weeks later called the office they told me they had to talk to owner. 1 week later I went by office they told me they would put me on schedule. The owner came out and said the return air was to loud and that even though they were real busy they would take care of it. 2 months later never heard a word from them. I called Justin and he came out,suggested what needed to be done. He put me on schedule and he and his crew fixed the problem and did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

The Loose Screw Craft Beer House and Garden was in a pickle. Our beer cooler wasn’t cooling. In the beer business that is the kiss of death. Justin at Clayton HVAC was recommended to us and I gave him a call well after normal business hours. He was out first thing in the morning and had us up and running in no time! Could not recommend this guy more. He and Chad were incredible thorough and professional! Don’t mess around and just call these guys first!

Mr. Justin Clayton is very professional in his work and a very honest man. We called so many companies before him, but Mr. Clayton really took the time to explain everything. He is very personable and reasonable with his prices. Couple companies came to our house and one of them scared the living daylights out of us. What the person in this company said to us ended up being just a scare tactic to charge us more money. Mr. Clayton recommended very simple handlings for the cleaning of our vents. We immediately did ourselves what he recommended, and we now have very clean vents. He also helped us installing a smart thermostat and he included that in the price of the installation of a new air handler. He did not have to do that. His exchange with the client is in abundance and you know he is not in your home to take advantage of you. You can tell he really cares for his clients.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to CLAYTON HVACR!!!! When I got home from work around 5:45 PM, I wasnt home very long when my AC decided to shut down. I called Justin Clayton around 6:24 PM to tell him what happened, well as soon as I explained it to Justin, he knew right away what happened. I really didnt expect him to come as late as it was and him being in ROUND ROCK at the time on his way home from another job. He told me that he would be at my house around 9 or so as long as that wasnt too late for me. Justin was at my house before 9, came in, fixed what he knew was wrong and got it taken care of with in 5 to 10 minutes. AC kicked on and working well!Thank You CLAYTON HVACR services for coming out so late when you didnt have to, so we could have AC last night!We HIGHLY recommend CLAYTON HVACR services, they are very reliable and very professional and get the job done!They say 24hrs they mean it, they really care about their customers no matter if its RAIN, SLEET, OR SNOW they will do their best to get to you.One Happy CustomersJeff & Nannette Niemann

Justin was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job installing my outdoor condensing unit. He is such a nice person. I would highly recommend him. I wish I could have given him a higher rating than 5.

I manage 3 national chain restaurants in Austin, Tx. The first time i met jason was on the roof of one of my units on a hot Sunday morning where an RTU (roof top unit) AC had a failed. The customers and staff were miserable. He made the diagnosis, had the replacement part on his truck and saved the day. His charges were very reasonable, especially considering it was a weekend. Over the years we have utilized his expertise a countless number of times and he has won over our full faith and confidence with his accurate diagnosis and with the sophisticated state of the art technical equipment he uses. This gentleman is a true craftsmans and an expert problem solver. His corgile personality makes bad equipment failure situations much easier deal with and you dont feel like you got raked over the coals when you see his invoices.

Showed up early to an after hours call for broken unit. Very professional, polite and to the point. Seems like a true expert, fixed the problem in less than five minutes. 10/10 would hire again
