    Pleased with the service - Mr. Rains arrival was within the window indicated. He took great care in putting on protective covering for our flooring and he was very informative as well. He informed us that a different type of vent in one of our guest rooms might provide better distribution of heat/air and made note to replace during the spring check.

    Our tiny guest home was having trouble heating. Donnie came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Outdoor temp too cold to add the required freon but Donnie gave us some things to do until outdoor temp warms up enough to truly fix the issue. Very happy that he found the issue and that he gave us a temp solution to get by for now. He also waved the fee for the call which was very much appreciated. This is the 3rd time that Classic Air has been out to look at multiple systems and they have done a great job at fixing without excessive fees. Will be on my list for all my hvac needs.

    The service from the technicians as well as the office is why I continue to use this business over competitors for the past few years. The Technician who came out today by the name of Garrett Rains was easy to talk to, personal, professional and honest. The honesty from him was and is very much appreciated as HVAC systems are a very large investment. I look forward to getting my system replaced as I know the craftsmanship, due diligence and hard work will be set to the highest standards.     Our heater was blowing cool air when Garrett arrived. Punctual and professional with a positive attitude, he quickly got to work inspecting and diagnosis the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue with ease and made the repair right on the spot. Turns out, the original installer (absolutely NOT AT ABC or Classic) years ago, made a poor wire connection which ended up being the issue.Goes without saying, but that certainly eased our worries of the potential costs we could have incurred.Sure, he could have said the whole furnace had to be replaced, or another large cost to incur, but the honesty and integrity he conveyed earlier today just secured his company a lifetime referral from this household to anyone in need of service in DFW.It’s quite evident Garrett conveys professionalism at all degrees (no pun intended) with how he arrived, got to work, and provided a solution. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and solving problems.Well done sir. I hope your boss’ boss’ boss etc all see this and genuinely recognize your value you have as a HVAC Technician.

I didnt shop around, but from what I could tell from past experience, they were competitively priced, and they did good work.     Classic Heating and Air Co. is 5 stars! Wow! Im seriously blown away by their professionalism! I know everyone has heard the term that you just cant find good help these days right? Wrong, these guys are top notch, top of the line! From the moment they stepped foot in my house wearing booties (shoe protection) clean cut, very knowledgeable, very clear on maintenance, and how to program the thermostat, etc. I had them do an attic conversion from wall to attic, and I am so impressed with their work. Like I said Im just blown away by it seriously I am!! They even sent me a gourmet box of chocolates as a thank you for hiring them! I wish I would have saved that card that came with it because those chocolates were to die for lol... I will always hire them and recommend this company for future projects and to all my friends here in Frisco, McKinney, and Allen TX.. Keep up the outstanding work guys!!     Classic Heating and Air is the best HVAC company that I have ever used. From tune ups to repairs and everything in between they can’t be beat. They’re honest, fair, and truly care about fixing whatever issue has come up. Clayton was at my front door within 25 minutes of my call to schedule service when both of our units quit on us. He walked me through every step and what I could expect next. He fixed our issue and made sure both were working properly until he left.     Classic Heating & Air…Perfection.Our AC went out in the heat of summer of course. I called lots of places and they were giving me appointments for a week out. I called Classic Heating & Air and the lovely lady on the phone said “Today or Tomorrow.” I was shocked at how fast they had an appointment. I scheduled for same day. Our tech Mark gave us a curtesy call (as I was told) when he was one his way. He looked at our unit and knew what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and our house was up and running again and at good price too. Double thumbs to Mark Harris. for his amazing service and friendly personality. We will definitely be using them again for any AC or heating issues.

    We have two homes in Mckinney, and have used an A/C company for years, and even purchased their yearly maintenance plan. Twice now, they take a very long time to respond when we have issues (purchased 3 full ac units through them too) so weve called on Classic. Jeremy Brown, with Classic, is fantastic! He exceeds expectations, shows up early, is quick to diagnose, they always have items on hand to fix it, and we are up and running in no time. This last time, we had a capacitor go out and he was here 8am, fixed in 30 minutes. He is always so kind, helpful and efficient. We will be switching our homes to Classic! Fantastic company and I cant say enough about Jeremy!

    Finally after being on the last leg of living, the old AC died! Whom to we call, after several great references we called Seth and Dane with Classic. Seth said he would send his Senior Tech Danny out to do an inspection. He thoroughly explained (and showed me) in laymen terms what the problems were. 19 yr old in AC/Heat is like 90 yrs to us. I agreed it was best to have a funeral for the old AC system. Scheduled same day install and working Great! We decided after checking out their prices to go ahead and get the 2nd AC system replaced. (it was 20yrs old.)Pricing was and their reputation were key components in our decision. Great installation crew! Would highly recommend !

    I think Classic Heating and Air is just a great local business that cares about their customers. It shows by their effort.My first experience was with Dak who correctly diagnosed my issue during the big winter storm of Feb 2021.Next, about 18 months later Danny diagnosed and fixed some AC issues but suggested to really fix my issue long-term that I would need a new and specific system that could meet my houses needs. After running into more issues I decided to move forward with a new system. From that point on, I worked with Dak, Danny, and Dane who answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them), provided a quote, and completed the install.Time will tell how my new system performs, but the communication and service from their team has been great so far. They offer a good warranty and continual service. Highly recommend giving them a chance.

    Last December my furnace reached the point that I could perform no additional patchwork fixes, I needed a pro, but which one? I read a few reviews and thought that I would call Classic. I am glad that I did! The tech who came out was awesome. He explained thoroughly why the old unit was not repairable, and offered to schedule for an installation. I accepted his offer since I had already done some price research and the amount was reasonable. What surprised me was that he was talking about installing the new unit that same day. By 5:00 that afternoon, I had a new furnace, new damper system, and heat in the house like we had never had before. But it has been the service since then that has really impressed me! The Classic techs have been responsive, prompt and most helpful in tweaking our new system to get the most out of it. I know how hard it is to select a company for A/C services. There are so many, and one gets overwhelmed with hearing about the next best deal ever (particularly in radio ads). But if you are looking for a company that treats you with respect, and deals with you honorably, call Classic Heating and Air.

    Classic Heating and Air is awesome! We had our entire system replaced (AC unit, furnace, duct work, etc) in August 2016, so I guess you could call this my 1 year review.First off, their prices cant be beat, and if you find a better deal, they are willing to work with you. During the install everyone on their crew was very professional, and they were in and out in a few hours. Great experience overall!In the past year, we have had 2 routine maintenance calls (unit check, filter change, etc), and they make an effort to get out within a day or two of our call.Today, we actually have an issue, and they responded and are on their way to the house right now! Same day service! Cant beat them.... Classic has proven go be the best in my book!

    Very happy with my experience! My outside compressor unit stopped spinning last night and I was getting no cold air inside. I called this morning and they were able to have someone come in a matter of hours. Mark was incredibly helpful and got it back up and running quickly. Daniel Turner was the tech that came to my house and was very courteous. My parents experienced an AC failure recently and we immediately called Classic. Someone always answers the phone and their crew is dispatched and on site within hours.     The service is incredible. Joseph arrived very prompted at my house after just a couple of hours from the initial contact. Immediately started diagnosing the issue with my furnace. Found a couple of larger issues (cracked heat exchanger, Circuit panel). Joseph showed absolute professionalism when walking me through the options of fixing my problems. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I went with replacing my entire 18 year old system with a new system. Joseph also went above and beyond by making some recommendations on re configuring the air flow for my house. The install crew showed up prompt and was very professional during the entire install. Joseph returned to my house after the install to walk me through everything and make sure I was satisfied. Dane and his crew are the definition of best in class customer service. Great Job all around. I would recommend Classic for any HVAC service.

    I have used Classic for 12 years now for our regular service as well as two new units. I had a company tell me I need a 2400 dollar fan motor. Classic came out and serviced our unit and in 10 years it never needed a motor. We moved to a new building and had Classic put in two new units for us.     Great customer service! A/C went out in July. They gave me options, I could patch and probably patch more in the next couple years, or replace. Decided to replace unit was 11 years old and they had 36 months no interest financing. They fixed me up temporarily with a single-room unit so I could sleep and they were there the next day to replace. Great installation, great cleanup. Their service and follow-up have been absolutely wonderful.

    Our air conditioning went out on Wednesday night, after calling several other places Thursday, who couldnt come check our system, we found Classic Heating and Air. They came out within two hours of calling, and scheduled a complete system change for the following day. They brought by a portable air conditioner so that we could comfortably sleep in our bedroom. Everyone at the office is very helpful and professional, Ross answered every question we had, and Seth came by a couple of time during the install to check on everything. They kept the house clean during the install. The pricing was also very good compared to other companies we spoke with. Highly recommend them!

    I have a home owners warranty, which only covers companies which have no desire to provide service. Classic has responded quickly at every emergency. When the temps hit 15 our heat went out. They were there in only a few hours. They quickly made a temporary repair to get us heat and scheduled to come back. They didn’t even bill us until the final repairs were made. They had to make 2 trips including the emergency and our cost was minimal. They are always polite and very educated on their job. I have confidence in the honest information provided. They never try to up-sell and are happy to give you all the options. I’ll never use my home warranty again for A/C and heat.

    These guys truly go the extra two miles! Its about 9:30pm and their technician just left after being here way past what I would have expected. We just moved into our new home and on day one the Ac unit went out on a 100 degree day. These guys came in as soon as I called and serviced the unit to make it run. They are returning first thing tomorrow morning to finish up the repairs. I cant say enough about their customer service. Just awesome.Update - day 2 and they were here early to do all the repairs. By the end of the day our house was cool and comfortable. They even helped trim a tree that was overgrown. And again their senior technician returned in the late evening to make sure we felt comfortable with all the work. Just a wonderful company. Highly recommend!Update - Again, Danny Turner was at my house in the middle of the night helping fix my a/c. He made sure we could have a comfortable night of sleep. Then detailed out three options moving forward. I felt no pressure one way or another. We decided to replace our entire system which was done in half a day. System works great. Their gold warranty is very impressive. They definitely go the extra mile.

    Amazing Service!!My wife & I woke up to a broken AC unit this morning (Sunday). Started calling AC companies around 11am to see if anyone could come out And fix it today. I called 4 companies that I see driving around town in their perfectly wrapped trucks, who advertise emergency service on the same day. 2 companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, one never answered my calls, and the other told me they’d call me back, which took 2 hours.I remembered using Classic a year ago, and should have remembered immediately. As soon as I called them, they took my info, told me they had a tech on call and they would gather info, and setup a call, and call me back. They called back within 15 minutes and told me Ty would be enroute and on-site in 25 minutes.Ty arrived around the expected time, entered the house with his PPE on, and got right to work. He found the issue in the attic. It was a short in the thermostat wire. Initially it appeared to be a fried circuit board. It also seems that the heater and AC unit have been running simultaneously for a few months and putting a lot of strain on the unit. After the short was fixed, everything ran fine.. better than before in fact as my heater isn’t running anymore while my AC runs. Ty didn’t try to up sell me for anything I didn’t even need. In fact I asked him about the monthly program they offer for maintenance and he told me I wouldn’t need to worry about that until we reach about 10 years on the system. I was charged for a standard service maintenance call. No additional charges.All in all, amazing service from a company who values the customers like they’re family. I won’t ever use anyone else. Highly Recommended!!!

    Have used these guys since I moved in a few years ago and discovered my 15 year old furnace needed replacing.     My husband and I recently replaced our HVAC system. I had three companies give us an estimate. All of companies had really good customer reviews (e.g. Angie’s List, Google reviews, Better Business Bureau). However, Danny with Classic Heating and Air quoted a price that we couldn’t refuse. The estimate even included 3 years of free maintenance and a 10-year service warranty. Wow!!All of this being said, it was Danny who closed the deal with us. Danny did not come across as a high-pressure salesman, but rather a knowledgeable and trusted neighbor. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.As far as actual installation is concerned, the HVAC technicians did a nice job protecting our carpet. I was also impressed by how quickly Classic Heating and Air was able to replace our air conditioning and furnace. After installation was complete, Danny inspected the job, explained how to use our new thermostats, and made sure that we were very satisfied customers. Classic Heating and Air is definitely on top of its game.

    I have worked with Classic Heating and Air for about 7 years now. They have worked on my personal home, several investment properties, and close 10 of my personal friends residences. I will tell you the same thing that I tell all of my friends when considering A/C repair and service:Classic is not the cheapest out there, but they are hands down the best and provide customer service that is seldomly found in todays society. Their prices may not be the cheapest, but they are comparable and competitive, but what you get is also a company that will be there for their customers at any time day or night when needed. You get what you pay for, and this definitely holds true in this case.I would rate them 6 stars out of 5 if I could because that is the level of effort they put into servicing their client.My personal story about finding Classic for the first time:In 2010, 2 years after we bought our house that was constructed in 2008, our A/C went out in the middle of a hot texas summer. Our internal home temperature had gotten up to 92 degrees while we were at work on Friday. I called Classic as soon as I got home and explained my situation to him and Dane immediately came out to diagnose our problem. He had found that the copper line from our compressor had failed and provided us our options of fixing or replacing the unit, but he said he would not have an available technician until morning. He said that he would go back to the office and return with a temporary fix. Dane returned to my house around 10 pm that evening and dropped off a mobile a/c unit so that we would be able to at least cool 1 room which was imperative since we had a 6 mo. old at the time. The next morning a technician showed up and replaced the unit and we had a cooling home by 10 am the next day. Since that day, I have never called or used another a/c company and I continue to suggest them to anyone I can because I believe that their company culture is what makes them not only the best a/c company to do business with but one of the best services oriented companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.If you are having trouble heating or cooling your home, give Classic a call. You will not regret it.

    Ive used Classic to replace the HVAC systems at two different houses now. Theyre always prompt, polite and professional. They were able to work within my budget and get me the proper system for my house and needs. (AKA Seer rating X would be overkill for your house).But any company can install, its their after-the-fact service that makes them stand out above the crowd. I rely on their twice-a-year tune ups to make sure my systems are in tip top shape, and when Ive had problems, theyve always come out that same business day. Danny and Dak are the techs Ive mainly worked with and never had an issue with their promptness or professionalism.Ive never had a middle of the night-type of issue yet, but I assume I can count on them for that too.Ive recommended Classic to any neighbor that asks.

They are very professional and prepare their work/work area well to minimize any potential mess.     The AC in our office was completely out and we were having a party! Classic Heating and Air fit us into their schedule, then Michael came and fixed the air.     Read no further!! Dane and his crew have the best customer service of anyone in Mckinney Tx or North Texas could ask for! My A/C went out this past Saturday and I had company over at my house from out of town. My landlord wouldnt answer the phone after calling and leaving messages. I knew I had to get my A/C fixed and called Classic and they were out there in a hour to fix it. Today I sent my landlord the invoice thinking that atleast he could do is reimburse me since it is not my responsibility as the tenant for a failure of the A/C. She said no. That was a tough blow when I knew I was out $400 that I wasnt expecting to be missing this month. Told Dane the situation to see if I had any options and he said I cant do much but I can discount the price a little to help you in your rough situation. I was speechless!!     Classic Heating & Air is one of the best companies we have EVER worked with. A couple of years ago, we had an old unit that was running non-stop and huge bills in the summer. We had no idea who to choose, we knew nobody in this industry. As luck would have it, I went to Google and pulled up AC companies in the Rockwall area and Classic Heating & Air came up. I contacted the company and it was after hours. I spoke with Dane MGinnis. He sent somebody to our home the next day. The salesman spent hours with us and answered every question that we could possibly ask. We also had another couple of quotes. We had one quote that was a little less and one that was a little higher, but we loved the attitude of this company and decided to go with them. We made our decision on a Monday and they were at our house on Wednesday putting in a new system. Their number one goal is customer service and that is apparent. After the system was put in, we had to have them out a couple of times just for tweaking, they came out the same day. The techs are all so professional. They say they will be at our house and a certain time and they are always there a few minutes early. We have our system serviced twice per year and we still get the same treatment as we did on day 1. This company is a good honest Christian company and I simply cannot say enough about them. Once again, we did not know anything about this company 2 years ago and thanks to a Google Search, we found them. Such a blessing to work with and our electric bills have also been cut in half or more. I have been recommending this company to friends of ours when we know they are having AC issues and we will continue to refer them. We are so thankful for their kindness and HONESTY....

    Classic heating and air is a top notch company. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night they are there to help. We were out of town and my grandson called to let us know. I had classic air number in my phone and they were able to meet us shortly after we got home. My AC was 25 yrs old. Mike said that he could try to find a part but was not sure if he could as it was so old. We told him no we wanted a new AC. It was Saturday and would be Monday before they could startIt was so hot and we also have a dog. Mike said that classic air company had a portable AC that would keep one room cool that we could use.     We had two previous companies work on our A/C unit before Classic. We should have done more research when we originally had our the unit replaced a few years ago because we would have gone with Classic instead of the company who rushed the job and made quite a few mistakes. Classic has been terrific with answering our questions and addressing our concerns from the initial consultation! Daniel answered every question I had and actually showed me what was in need of repair instead of just telling me or noting it on our service record and leaving.     Friday night after work, we noticed water draining a lot more than normal outside the house and subsequently discovered it was from the drain pan. We called Classic told the on-call tech the problem and that we are also on their annual service contract. Dak Jone came out the next morning at 8 am and quickly identified the issue, a clogged drain pipe somewhere in the line. He flushed it out and also checked both units for any other issues. Dak Jones also went the extra mile and wrote on the units to identify the matching outdoor unit to the ones in the attic.     A year ago my mother was told by her AC company that maintained the system that she needed to replace it. Now that she is selling her home, we figured we better replace the system or it wouldnt pass a home inspection. She dreaded the cost. Her realtor recommended calling Classic Air. I called and Joseph Scheibmeir showed up the next day to give an estimate. I couldve swore he was wearing a superhero cape. I explained the situation and he asked me a couple of questions about the system. He thought about it for a second, and then, I swear on my mommas apple pie, he said that he would check the system out and if it was OK he wont sell me a new system.
