I had some reservations about some plumbing work that Claiborne had done recently. Ended up being able to talk to the owner about it, that’s the kind of service you get with a nice small company like this. The owner was very nice and reasonable over the phone.

Very professional team! They installed my new Carrier HVAC system and helped me answer any questions. I learned to make sure your filter arrow points towards the heater, and the way the air flows. Friendly and hardworking people here!

Water heater was acting up gave them a call. office staff was very friendly let me know they would have someone out as soon as possible. They had a tech out within a hour. He diagnosed the problem let me know what he needed to do to fix it. Cleaned up everything as he left you’d never know anyone had even been there. Very professional would highly recommend.

Honest company. Couple years back we were told we need a new everything. Had Claiborne come and give an estimate and they told us that we didnt need new. They fixed our compressor and cleaned the main inside. Nice people. They do charge per mile.

I discovered that I had a major water leak on Sunday night at my meter. I called EPCOR Water immediately. They turned water off and informed me the leak was on my side of meter.My responsibility! I called Claiborne the next morning and by 12:00 PM Daniel had made repairs and I had water once again!!! I can’t express enough how pleased I am. Claiborne has been there before for me and once again they came through, repaired my problem and exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

After getting quotes from other HVAC companies to fix my AC and improve the duct-work, Claiborne (namely Ken) was the only one that clearly explained the rational behind the recommendations. Kens years of experience makes him an expert. I believe they are honest and sincere about doing quality work for their customers. In a small town such as Clovis, they get to pay a premium for such quality and professionalism. I believe it is worth it. Oh, and the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. We no longer live in the area but were sure to stop by to say hi when we recently passed through. As a home owner, Claiborne is one of Clovis finest treasures. This may sound exaggerated unless youve owned a home in Clovis and realized how difficult it can be to find a tradesman who will even answer your call or respond to a voicemail.

Our furnace went out Saturday morning. Claiborne responded within 1 hour. Victor, their tech was very knowledgeable and in less than an hour had it diagnosed as a bad combustion fan. Monday morning parts were on order and Wednesday, Eve of Thanksgiving, Victor completed the repairs. For a small town of 38,000 people, this is exceptional service. I am truly grateful, as extreme cold weather will hit us Friday with below freezing temperatures throughout the day. Labor hours were reasonable and fast service was provided, I am really impressed. Thank you Claiborne and Victor for getting my furnace back in order quickly!

Claiborne has kept me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The company I purchased my heater/ac from were local ,rude, and did not want to service it . I called Claiborne and I would highly recommend them to everyone ! Only call Claiborne if purchasing a new unit or wanting an existing one serviced !!! Always friendly and will thoroughly explain everything to you. Thank you, CLAIBORNE !!
