I have been a customer of Mike and Ernest Gonzales of City Wide Services for over 7 years! They are very professional ,efficient and knowledgeable in their services. I have used them for mainly HVAC services.Recently I had a brand new AC system installed by Mike and his crew.Also my AC froze up at 6pm on a Friday and Mike sent his worker Mason out to thaw my unit and fix in no time.Highly recommend City Wide Services for your HVAC, Electric or plumbing needs!!!! A big thank you for coming out early on a Saturday morning to look at my moms heater. With these frigid temperatures, the heater working correctly is a must. Service was great!! My mom is enjoying her heat!

Call City Wide Services ASAP! We give you a thousand stars! I wish we contacted City Wide sooner since they respond faster than any other AC company. We were using various other AC services to patch up and replace parts of the unit with the total cost building up. Once it was discovered that we needed to replace the unit’s compressor, we just decided that we needed a new AC unit. This was the best decision since we now have a 10-year warranty and most importantly peace of mind. I knew our 14-year unit was coming to an end with numerous repairs done by other AC companies this year and the unit kept going out leaving us suffering without air in the Texas heat multiple times. Enough was enough and once we contacted City Wide regarding the situation, they came all the way to Houston, TX to install our new AC unit. We are beyond grateful for the efficient service, professionalism, and rapid response. Thankfully the company was able to take our payment via credit card which other AC services we have used do not provide credit card as a payment option. We are so happy to be stress-free without wondering when the AC unit will break down since we now have a newly installed unit from City Wide Services. Thank you City Wide for providing us with what we asked for, installing a basic unit. You rescued us in a time of need! We truly appreciate the quick response time and commuting to Houston, TX. Moving forward, we will be using City Wide Services. City Wide Services is the best for residential and commercial customers! Look no further to get the AC job done right the first time. Other companies will waste your time and keep charging you more money to keep servicing you. Get it done right the first time with City Wide! After the job was done promptly, we were educated on expectations and received our warranty via email. I wholeheartedly recommend City Wide for all your air conditioning and heating needs. Mike and his team were outstanding! When my AC failed on a Sunday afternoon, Mike prioritized the situation and had his crew at my house by Monday morning to get everything up and running again. His pricing was competitive, the quality of work was top-notch, and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely turn to Mike for future HVAC needs!
