Chimney Rock has been servicing our home for the last four years and they’ve been fantastic. We had a 6 day old newborn and our AC wasn’t working well. Matt came out on a Saturday night at 8:30 to check things out. We ended up needing our entire unit and furnace replaced, and they were quick at getting that done, only taking about three hours. We will absolutely continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs!

Brian and the team at Chimney Rock have been a godsend since I moved in my new-to-me but aging home last year. Every person on the team has been prompt and professional when I’ve called for regular maintenance or repair. They’ve fixed shoddy work that the contractor my home warranty sent over did on my AC and when the system finally died, we’re able to quickly get me set up with a new cooling system with an excellent warranty on parts and labor. Best of all, I trust them to do good work and not upsell me on products or services I don’t need. Can’t recommend them enough!

I like that they have been in business for so long and can absolutely be trusted. I really appreciate that they change my filters and clean the vent as a courtesy. (Updated) I am updating the post below that I left a while back and am reaffirming the 5 stars. It finally became time to replace my old system, which was nearly 20 years old. They just couldnt bandage it up any more. I did a complete system swap out (heating and AC). The Chimney Rock guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. They did the install, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled everything away. I love the new system. It is much more energy efficient and the AC unit is much quieter (it is on my patio, so this is important to me). I can also control my thermostat with an app on my phone\ipad. It is really cool.I have been using Chimney Rock for over 10 years for all of my heating and AC service. They are always on time, have always been honest, and have never tried to sell me something I didnt need. Luckily, I have not needed a new system yet, but when I do, Chimney Rock will be my only call.

Chimney Rock Service is a high quality and honest HVAC contractor. I had a complete change out installed. When I got home that evening everything was professionally installed and I never knew they were there, the cleaned up was spotless. I have had this unit for a year and half and everything is still working like it is suppose to. I was recommended a 2 speed unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars on my electric bill while it keeps us very comfortable. I highly recommend Chimney Rock Service if you want quality, they may not be the cheapest nor the most expensive. There prices are fair and are inline with everyone else.

I moved to the Bellaire area recently. My AC started blowing hot air on Sunday. I looked through Goggle MAPS on Monday and found “Chimney Rock Service” and noticed the good reviews. Well I tried them. I called them in the AM on Monday and they came by in the PM. They called me at work before they came by. No we will be there before noon or afternoon sometime waiting. I gave the technician the scoop on the AC, he went outside and quickly discovered that the capacitor went out. A few minutes and a reasonable cost later and I was in AC again. He showed me the capacitor and the damage. “Chimney Rock Service” is in my Book of Lifelines list.

Two AC,s went out at the same time, maybe caused by a power surge. One came back on in about 3 hours but the other didnt. I called Bryan at Chimney Rock Heating and AC at 4:35 in the afternoon and explained my situation. He said he would have someone there between 8:00 and 8:15 the next morning. Matt called about 7:45 saying he was on him way. He arrived 15 minutes later. Suspicion of power surge was affirmed when he found a circuit board damaged. He left and returned with the part, replaced it, then did the semiannual wellness check on all units. Great service at very reasonable price!
