BEST! I tried these guys out after being with my old company since 2016... They stole my heart! I am a landlord and they are so amazing to the families that live in my homes and at offering suggestions without high-pressure sales. They always give me options of less expensive or high-end but tell you why one works and one doesnt. I didnt tell them about the issues I saw on units that were caused by the old company and they picked them all out immediately. Very smart, very reasonable. I gave them a shot at one of my rental properties and I quickly hired them to do allllllll of my rentals and then replacing the unit in my mothers home. There is zero buyers remorse over here.

I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. They were able to get my shop from 100 degrees to 74 this summer allowing me to work comfortably without fans going. Since then, they have performed several jobs for me. Family owned, extremely nice, professional, affordable and licensed. No job has been too big or small.

I had water pouring out from my inside unit. I text Mr CHAVIS at 8:12PM. He was at my home by 8:45PM. Had me up and running, the drain cleaned out, and everything checked in less than an hour. While it was not an immediate emergency, I did not have to shut off my unit for days on end waiting on a repair man, I did not have to take off from work, and he did not kill my bank account, more than reasonable! He will continue to be number one in my book!

It doesn’t matter what time it is or what day Chavis Air will come and get you back up and running. The most honest HVAC known to the 409 area!!!!
