I am so impressed with the entire Champion team that helped us this week. So glad we switched to Champion last year. When our furnace was out, they brought two space heaters to keep us warm. Thanks to all at Champion from the staff that answered the phone to all service crews. You are the best!!!

Very easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day and fix a major leak. I was really impressed with the plumber, Michael Ashcraft. He arrived right on time and his expertise was evident as he very quickly diagnosed the problem. He was extremely professional and thoroughly communicated repair options. Will definitely recommend Champion to others.

I had my heater inspected by Mr. Miguel Camacho. My appointment was at 10:00 and he arrived on time with a friendly smile and very professional. He checked out the unit, took pictures and then informed me step by step what he had done. He was very thorough and also made some recommendations on how to maintain my system running longer. He truly is an asset to your company.

Work well done. Needed an emergency repair to a gas line and they were extremely prompt. The tech was very polite and professional.Only problem was a hard sale for additional services while I was focused on keeping my family and home safe because of the gas leak issue.

My Champion a/c tech (Jose C.) went above and beyond fixing my heating issue. He didn’t stop until he found a solution and made sure the issue was repaired that same day. Micheal was very nice and efficient. He came out on a Thursday to detect why our heat kept kicking into ALt heat mode. Then came out today to replace my thermostat and blower or pump can’t remember at no cost bc I have had so many people come out (already spent $1300) and not be able to fix the problem.

Raymond from Champion is so meticulous and timely. He checked our furnace and told us the filter which we changed yearly only was for the A/C AND the furnace. Which avoids a lot of dust. He is the best!!!!

I have used Champion Home Services for years. I was having some attic work done and the contractor on the initial inspection noticed an exhaust vent had come loose at some point. They were going to begin the work in two days. I called Champion and they sent out Deron the very next morning to check out the issue before the other contractors started their work. He determined that this vent was not connected to anything and was most likely an abandoned vent. He was extremly knowledgeable and friendly. Deron and the whole Champion team are awesome! This was a moments notice issue that needed to get evaluated prior to the other contractors beging their work and Champion came through again!

Complete Professionalism from both Gentlemen and were extremely knowledgeable in explaining the 3 issues/parts they where replacing on Our HVAC and they even went above and beyond and replaced the Air Filter(we paid for it) don’t want the Boss’s thinking they’re giving away free parts Lol! Had an unusual situation where a previous job was quoted and paid for but never completed. This happened during the time KCA was merging with Champion. Once it was sorted out, it was determined the previous tech was no longer with the company to follow up with, and Champion and Michael made it right by completing the job from last summer with newer equipment at the price i had paid for lesser equipment.

I previously had gotten a quote from a reputable company, but Champion offered a 2 year vs. 1 year warranty, provided the name of their supplier for the equipment, could give the model numbers, had better quality products, and improved what the builder had in place. All my hose bibs were also upgraded which gave me even more peace of mind. You pay for what you get, so protecting your investments with quality is important!Be sure to ask for Joshua, hes very quick and thorough. I was told 2 hrs., and he did the job he was called for and more, all within that time. Im very pleased!
