My AC system suddenly stopped cooling due to system drainage failure on my unit (severe water backup into the plenum). I had previously hired another company to come out. Yes - they identified the issue but offered no practical solution other than to completely replace my entire 7 year old system. Sales rep then comes out to provide me with quotes and I never hear back from said company.Fast forward weeks later and I find Franciscos company C & G, initially meeting with tech Bryan then later with co-owner Francisco. He came to take a look during the afternoon (his mornings were booked with a large scale project) and troubleshoot my unit, offering his first class expertise. Within minutes the issue was resolved and I returned to living cool and comfortably in my abode. Francisco also offered easy and simple suggestions to prevent a repeat of the problem. (Shotty jobs by previous install techs will always come back to bite you in the behind.)When that big name AC company fails to deliver the best, call on C &G to clean up their MESS. Im extremely greatful for such an honest, transparent and genuine HVAC mastermind. C&G Mechanical came out to install my new A/C unit promptly. Very professional, completed the job very quickly, great communication, extremely quick to respond, excellent quality work! (very important with this Texas heat!)
