June 20, 2015 This contractor was assigned to us by American Home Shield Home Warranty. Their office called promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. About 40 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment time, their technician Chris called to say he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem with our heating and air conditioning unit, ruling out options until he discovered the cause of our problem. Once identified, he fixed the system quickly and was on his way. He was able to fix our problem for the cost of the service call. .Chris was knowledgeable, polite and very personable.

I got tech Chris to come out and fix my heater. The blower motor was burned out. Chris quickly confirmed my diagnosis and ordered a new blower motor. Just remember when you use a home warranty, you deal with three people. The home warrenty, the contractor, and the home owner. The process takes a little longer. If the contractor orders a part the contractor has to get approval from the home warrenty before the contractor can order and install the part. After a two wait on the home warrenty part, Chris came and installed the motor in no time and did a professional job. Chris also assisted with some other minor questions I had. The service fee was collected via Mastercard. I was never asked to pay cash. I guess I got lucky with Chris. I was scared after reading all the previous reviews.

We got great service from them and the service guy was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Believe me, weve had our share of really crappy companies assigned to us thru our warranty company..this wasnt one of them!

An amazing company, gave the first available appointment and were extremely kind. Fantastic customer sevices from technicians and phone operators!
