    The technician arrived on time as promised and listened to my request to update the cleanouts and float switches on my heat pump units and generally prep them for summer use. He offered some suggestions and we came to an agreement. Work was completed in a timely manner and, at my request, he checked the cap on the older outside unit and advised the capacitor was failing. I requested he go ahead an change that out as well. He cleaned up, and was friendly and communicative the whole time. Ive never had a bad experience with Centroplex, both for my homes and the business I worked at in the past who had used them a couple of times. I am the worst with names or I would be dropping his with high praise. Great experience yet again. Thanks Centroplex!

    5 STAR all the way!! Great service and communication! They are not cheapest in price, but you actually get what you pay for. They came and fixed the the issue very quickly. The technician answered all of my questions and gave me great advice moving forward. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a straightforward company that is on a mission to fix the problem and get you cool again.

    We have used Centroplex Service Company for over 20 years and recently had to replace a 15 year old heat pump. As usual, the service was quick, professional, and everyone who worked on the project were friendly and treated us with respect and politeness.

    The tech fixed the problem fine. But!He mis represented the problem to the home warranty agent. He called a wornout part a manufacturers defect.It cost us an additional $250, since the warranty will not cover a manufacture defect.When we called the company that sold us the policy, they looked at the notes and said that the warranty representative tried to get the tech to alter his diagnosis of the problem to a worn part but the tech would not use a different diagnosis.The owners of Centroplex stepped up and made things right!!Well use or recommend Cetroplex to anyone.Rick R.

    Our AC went off after a tune up last week with another local Company through our home warranty, they could not come back out for a week and its so hot! Three days after having no ac and trying numerous companies, I call Centroplex. The lady who answered the phone was so friendly and extremely thorough. She promised she could get someone out today and gave me an estimated time. The friendliest HVAC tech ever shows up right on time, fixes my unit, charges me an hour (minimal charge) and I could not be happier or more impressed than I am right now. You guys are amazing. Ill be sure to recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you so much for today, not only did you save us from the sweltering heat but you showed us that their are some awesome local Companies around still.

    TLDR: Same day availability, great technician, quick repair, and reasonable final bill, but couldve done without the surprise $20 service fee.They were able to come out the day I called, when I called first thing in the morning on a busy hot day. Showed up just after lunchtime, just as estimated when I called. Technician found the problem straight away and had it fixed in about 20 minutes or less. He gave it a pretty thorough inspection once the obvious problem was solved to make sure there werent any other issues, and took time to give tips on keeping it running optimally. Now they rounded up pretty significantly on the service time. Fair enough on a quick job like this. Maybe they have a 1hr minimum, but just thought Id point it out. I was told on the phone that I would just be charged for the time on the job, no inspection fee or minimum mentioned, and there ended up being a $20 service fee on the invoice. Not sure what that was for, and I wasnt shown an itemized invoice before paying. The part mark-up for the capacitor that went into my unit was over 100% of the price I found for the same part (same brand) online. Not sure how that compares, but it was on the truck, so a convenience mark-up is expected. Finally, my invoice says I could have saved $19.35, and I have no idea what I couldve done to get those savings, as it wasnt explained anywhere.

    Centroplex is a very honest and dependable company. I have used them on numerous occasions when my AC system had issues. They are quick, fair-priced, and will check warranty status on your unit before doing any work. I highly recommend them, and encourage anyone to contact them with their AC/HVAC needs. They are also super friendly and easy to work with.

    The service rep called ahead to see if he could come early; I appreciated the phone call rather than showing up unexpectedly. He was courteous and asked if he should remove his work boots. He found a wiring issue at the condenser unit outside and when he showed it to me, I could understand the need for the immediate repair. Im very impressed with Centroplex, not only with on sight service but the office staff as well.

    Patient while listening to my issues. Knowledgable with possible causes to the problems i was experiencing. Honest about getting my problem with my unit diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible. Prompt with agreed upon time for service call including a phone call to verify no changes to my schedule. Justin was both professional and thorough at finding, repairing and inspecting entire system to ensure issue was resolved.     Fantastic service, called late Friday, tech was there as promised early Monday. Julio serviced our inside and outside unit, found a bad capacitor, discussed it with me, even took time to show me on ohm meter bad connector, and I didnt even ask, thats personal service A+.Julio also took time to explain your VIP Service Club to me, with no high pressure selling.He was very informative, professional and a complete joy to work with. Great employee.Ive known the Richardsons for years, we traveled with the Robinson Band during our kids school days, between Steve and I, there was always a victim available for he and I to pull pranks and jokes on.     Justin saved us today! Our capacitator went out overnight last night and we woke up in a hot and humid house. Justin came out this afternoon and had our AC running beautifully in almost no time at all. Centroplex is a local, family-owned and operated business that provides top-notch service, I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

    Don Savage came out to assess our dying air conditioner when the temperature was about 103 degrees. He gave us a firm estimate and promptly replaced the unit after we approved the estimate. He also cut a new intake duct to improve the air flow. The new A/C blows super cold air now. I cant say enough good things about his professionalism, speed, and the quality of the unit. We wish he had replaced it 3 years ago when it started to give us problems. Thank you, Don and Centroplex Service Company!

    Can’t say enough good things about this experience. The person who answers the phone, and listened to my problem was so polite and pleasant. Someone was able to come to my house within two hours of my phone call. They fixed my problem within 30 minutes from arriving. The service technician could not have been more professional and friendly! Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
