Will also be utilizing them for maintenance going forward.Easiest scheduling I have ever done with a repair company in Austin. The pricing was fair and I was especially impressed with my technician Anthony.He was communicative, extremely thourough and diagnostic. He was able to fix both my heater and ac in one visit. He even noticed I was missing a cap on my roof that was causing a leak in my attic and grabbed a part at Home Depot.This was extremely thoughtful considering the winter storm approaching this weekend.I was impressed by the customer care and look forward to utilizing them again!

AC quit working when it was 103 a month ago. One company came out, charged $300 for refrigerant and told me I needed to replace whole system. It quit cooling the next day. I called Anthony and he came right out. Showed me everything that was wrong, fixed it up and charged half the price. AC has been running great ever since. Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Prior to calling Central Techs, we had two other providers come out and give us the runaround. One vendor told us we had to replace an entire outdoor condenser unit that would’ve cost close to $11,000. Another provider came out and made some repairs but there was still a leak in the unit. Central Techs came in, assessed the situation and made the repairs to get our system back and running with minimal costs. They have definitively earned my business going forward! They were prompt, reliable, cost-effective, and truthful about the recommended repairs. I would highly recommend Central Techs if you have any HVAC repair or maintenance needs.
