    I am grateful to have contacted Central Air City. The technicians came to my house for a second opinion on my furnace, and not only they did a thorough inspection to pinpoint the issues with my system, but they found the problem for which the other company was trying to sell me a new system for several thousand dollars.     Central City Air provided an outstanding service. This is our second time in many years to use them. Linda in the office communicated very effectively and efficiently and was very professional. Javier and Sam came to assess our situation and Javier returned with Miguel the next day to do the job. Their craftsmanship and quality was outstanding. They went above and beyond, making sure that we as a customer had great quality service. They were very polite and eager to do a great job for us.     I have been doing business with Central City Air for 20 years. My husband learned about them from Tom Tynan’s radio show. Anyway, they are first rate! From the very efficient and friendly office staff to the installers and the same technician who has been doing my system checks twice a year for many years! They are an honest company!

    11-21-24 Central City Air is such a great company. They remind twice a year that I need to set up a time for them to come out. I get a reminder call that the tech is on his way. When the tech arrives, he is always polite and considerate. He goes straight to work gets up in my attic. Takes care of everything that needs to be done. Explains to me what he has done and what hes noticed up in the attic. If anything needs following up on he checks the outside of the air conditioning unit and hes just the best. Technician, I have ever had to deal with. When it comes to air conditioning and heating systems, Central City Air is awesome and I would recommend them to everyone..

    Central City Air just completed the replacement of a 21 year old HVAC system that was originally installed by them and was still running fine. It was a guess as to whether it was best to replace it now when the weather is mild or take a chance and replace it when it maybe fails during the hottest months. The crew completed the work in about two days and did a great job and the installation looks like a first class properly designed system.

    I have used Central City Air for several years now. I noticed that my previous HVAC company that I had used for many years always found something that needed to be replaced or fixed. My neighbor recommended Central City Air. Central City does not try to sell you something you don’t need. They check your units and give you an honest estimate of what if anything needs to be done. I had them replace all the ductwork in the attic ( our house is 34 years old) and I can’t believe how much that improved our heating and cooling.

    Communication and service was awesome. We had another company come out three times and couldnt fix the issue. These guys came out and were very thorough and found several small issues that were contributing to the problem. By the time they left, the AC was running great. Highly recommend.

    We have used CCA for over 10 years. We had our builder grade HVAC replaced only 5 years from move in. Yearly service since then. Technicians are professional and thorough. They show you what needs to be replaced (usually the capacitor) and why. The few times we needed service before yearly inspection, Linda made sure to get someone out ASAP.After 20+ years, we had the furnace and AC replaced. Got several bids, but decided to go with Central City. Were they a bit higher, yes. Why did I go with them? I know they will do it correctly and professionally. Just had the yearly service for the furnace. Technicians showed up on time and did their work.You can choose the rest, but we’ll stick with the best!

    Weve used Central City Air for many years, and have been happy with their work and their customer service. On Wednesday night, our AC stopped working. I called the next morning (July 4th) and left a message. I got a call back Friday morning early. The technician came to our home that afternoon, told us we would need a new unit. It would be installed the following Monday. In the meantime, its sweltering and miserable. The owner called me Friday afternoon, and drove out to our home to bring us some portable AC units. What a difference! We are cool and comfortable while we wait for our new unit to be installed. This is outstanding customer service! We definitely recommend Central City Air to our friends and neighbors.

    I came home last Friday after being gone for 4 days to find my air conditioner not working. It felt like 106* that day. I called Central City Air and was told they could send someone out that day. First, I was happy to hear a voice I recognized; and second, it was better news than I expected to get. Central City Air did what they said they would by sending someone out that evening. The person had been at my house before and fixed my problem quickly. They also did the job for a very reasonable price.

    Central City Air replaced my A/C Coil, Condenser, Thermostat and added a zippered Hood to my attic ladder. My A/C broke down 2 weeks ago and they came the same day and implemented repairs that fixed the problems until the coil blew a major leak the following Tuesday afternoon. They came back that Tuesday accessed the damage and recommended their engineers make some proposals for replacing the coil. Wednesday they arrived to install two temporary portable A/C units, Free of charge, to help tide me over until I could approve 1 of the proposed solutions and they could get the equipment ordered for installation on Thursday.They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to expedite the financing and the repairs. Their team were professional, courteous, compassionate and quick. With 95-97 degree heat, they were literally life savers with their efforts. Everyone involved demonstrated they cared, from the dispatcher, the repairman, the installers, the finance department, and even the owner of the company treated me like I was part of their family with the concern they demonstrated for getting this emergency resolved.I cant say enough about their customer service and the care I was given all along this process. I give Central City Air my Highest Recommendation and Endorsement...;-)I am extremely satisfied with this company!

It is a complicated place to cool in Houston weather conditions.Both systems were replaced in less than 4 days time and they work perfectly. I can control the systems via the internet and my cell phone which is convenient when away.Suzanne and her team did a fabulous job installing the systems ( which included use of a crane to hoist the 2 condensers up to the 4 the floor). My house was left untouched by all the workers going up and down the stairs and using the elevator.This is my 3rd time to use Central City - the first was over 25 years ago.
