We moved into our new house and quickly realized the AC and duct work was in way worse shape than we thought. Our house was humid and smelly and just not a fun place to be. Chris came out quickly, gave us a great quote, and replaced everything quickly. He was also wayyyyyy better priced than the first company we contacted. I can’t recommend Centex enough.

When it comes to diagnosis and finding the root to your AC problems, Centex is the place to call.I called 3 different places that all were giving me large quotes and trying to schedule appointments days out. Centex answered the call and was ready to go and arrived quickly.They were able to give me a diagnosis, figure out what was going on, and provide a resolution and fix that left me feeling happy and worry free.Very respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what was going on and fixed my AC issue. I can now unwind and enjoy the weekend knowing my AC is working perfectly.I will proudly recommend this company to all my friends or anyone who may run into AC issues because they will definitely get their issues fixed with Centex.

Could not be happier with Chris & Co.!!Called Thursday to request service for an intermittently working A/C. They showed up less than 24 hours later and fixed our unit.Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced (even with temperatures in the triple digits!!). He also explained to us what we should do maintenance-wise throughout the year.We would not hesitate to recommend Chris and will definitely use his services in the future.

I am very happy with the quality of service provided by Chris and his team from centex a/c. Centex a/c is priced right, honest, and reliable. Chris was highly recommended, and now I know why! I will be a life time customer! My AC unit completely died over a holiday weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies and all of them wanted to push the work out or charge significantly more to do it sooner. It’s hot! I did not want to go 3 more days in the heat or break the bank. I contacted Chris in the afternoon and he had my new unit completely installed the very next day! I will recommend Centex a/c to everyone!

I can not say enough about Chris and his team. My AC was not keeping up and so I called Chris out to go over my options. From the moment he came out he took his time explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I know how busy this time of the year is and he still took his time and made sure I was aware of everything and never once felt like I was rushed. From the beginning to end everything went smooth. We decided to replace the inside and outside unit and on day of install Chris and his guys came in and everyone of them was professional, kind, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. My pad that my AC was on was not even level and so they installed a new pad to make sure the new AC was level. My new outside unit is nice, level, new, and keeping my home cold :) The thermostat they installed for me works great and I can control it from anywhere. They were respective of my home and cleaned up as they went and at the end before they left. This alone is fair more than I ever expected and top notch but not only was that service good but they also made sure to reach out after the install days later simply just to ask how my new AC was. I can not say enough about every individual I came in contact with from Chris’s crew all showed complete professionalism and respect and it is clear that is part of their daily lives and it starts with the top and reaches all employees. I am so grateful and will use them for any of my HVAC needs from here on out. Thank you guys!!

I called Chris Saturday evening, July 1st when AC in trailer wasnt working and it was 85 in the house. He came out Sunday morning, as promised, identified the problem, replaced the part and had the AC up and running in no time. Chris with Centex AC Specialist once again proved his company is the best! We called Chris cause our house wasn’t cooling and out AC unit was running for 12+ hours a day. He came out the same day and explained in detail what the issues were. He gave us multiple options for repair or replacement.Having trust issues with with this type of stuff, at first made me hesitant. But Chris’s approach to our situation made me trust him immediately. We went with getting another unit, a bigger one. And he had it installed the same week. He also ran some return air vents and ran two air vents to our bathrooms.This is a guy you can trust! I’m so glad we found someone so trust worthy like Chris!! I will recommend his business to everyone I know!

Chris was very professional and responsive. My TXV valve on my A/C went out on Sunday afternoon. I was referred to Chris that night. It was late on a Sunday afternoon when I called and he answered. He told me he would be out on Monday morning. He was out on early Monday morning as promised to confirm the issue and immediately put in request for part. Chris communicated that part was received and Chris and teammate arrived in this morning as promised and replaced the TXV in a very timely manner. My A/C was fixed by today Tuesday around midday. Good value, good quality, professional, responsive, and on time. Thank you Chris and Centex A/C for getting my A/C working and cooling again! I will recommend and refer Centex A/C to others.

Buying an AC unit is an expensive purchase so I wanted to make sure I selected the right company. After talking with Chris from Centex AC, he made the decision very easy! I contacted them a day in advance to have the air conditioner fixed, and after checking the next day, they replaced the capacitor. They were very kind and fixed it very quickly. They were very helpful in answering questions I asked and kindly explained things like the location of the air conditioner filter. The price seems reasonable too. Highly recommended ^^
