Great Service. Had 2 heating concerns with 2 heaters in my shop. They arrived and diagnosed quickly and repaired 1 heater the same day and the second heater the next. Fast reliable service and very affordable as well. Recommend them if you have any concerns. Great Job!

Great customer service! From the dispatch to the technicians, every one has been very polite and awesome! I called about my ac not working and the technicians did a great job!! Even recommended a few things. Greatly recommend Catalyst, will definitely be using them again. They where more reasonable than my previous HVAC company I was using.

Hayden and Hector was so awesome!! If you know how the Texas heat is and your A/C not working properly you know my struggle. They came and replaced the unit and didn’t leave until they knew that I would have some blasting cool air!! I appreciate them both and recommend this company to everyone. Takes their time and make sure the job is completed to satisfaction!! Thank you guys so much!! Haven’t even been 10 minutes since they left and blowing snowballs.

Want to acknowledge the team of technicians (Walter Alvarez, Richard Diaz, Hayden & Hector) that came to my apartments ( Domain on the Parkway ) to fix/replace my a/c unit. They worked from morning to midnight to make sure the new a/c they installed was working correctly. great job - i highly recommend this contractor.

Cannot say enough good things. No one is having a good day when their ac is out, but you might forget that with these guys.First, theyre legit local, not a sub aggregator.But more importantly, fast, thorough, figures out the simplest way to get you back to cool.I needed a new fan motor and it was a special order item. They installed a temporary one for me at no cost while we waited for the part to come in.The techs were friendly and thoughtful, so was the office staff.I absolutely would recommend them to my friends and family

Walter and David are AWESOME! I called 37 HVAC companies for an emergency service and I kept getting terrible customer service and poor scheduling. Catalyst HVAC Is the best service I have received hands down throughout the Houston market! Please trust me and give them a chance especially for emergency needs!
