AC motor went out over Labor Day weekend and I called them Monday not expecting to get an answer so I left a message. Leo called me back within 30 minutes and told me someone would be out in the morning. I gave him model number of the unit so they could get the part first thing in the morning. Technician was out to my house by 9:30 AM and unit was working again within the hour. Technician was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed. 😊

Weve been doing business with Castellanos for many years. Mr. Manuel was the best technician weve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the maintenance checkup. Very pleased with his work and communication.
