Jasonand Kyle showed up within 2 hours of the call to Calvary they were professional , and knew their stuff ! They were able to break it down to me what the issue was. Bottom line the heat pump was making some noise and we did not know what it was. my wife was concerned and we called . The heat pump does what it is supposed to do ! Paying the service fee was definitely worth it to get piece of mind on this day when it’s 16 Degrees outside !

We’ve been using Stark Services (now Service Experts) for years and years for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. They are very responsive and do good work.For this particular plumbing event, we had a pinhole leak, as it turned out, in a hot water pipe located in the wall between the back of our kitchen oven stack and our stairs. It was in a very inconvenient spot to locate and repair, necessitating the removal of our installed oven stack (double oven and microwave).Master Plumber Stacey King from Service Experts did a great job of locating the leak, making recommendations and outlining next steps. Following some interim steps that included having the oven stack removed and getting the drying out process started with the flood mitigation company, Stacey was back to finish the repair of the copper pipe and ensure that everything was working properly again. He even troubleshooted a flow issue to the upstairs shower and got everything flowing properly again. Thank you, Stacey!!We highly recommend Service Experts!

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Conrado diagnosed my problem and clearly explained my options, including both repairs or just replace the system. Due to the age of my system and coat to repair, I decided to just replace. Jerry and Jason did my install. They arrived on time, wore booties/masks the entire time, etc. They started at 8a and were done by 3p. Before they left they walked me through the entire system, clearly explaining what everything was, how it worked together, and what I should be watching for. Overall a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Tim from Calverley Service Experts came today to complete the maintenance on HVAC system. It was determined at the regular scheduled maintenance on 1/22/2025 that a fuse had blown on the Heat Pump System so Tim arrived today, 1/27/25 and replaced the fuse and demonstrated the proper way to control the temperature on the system. He showed me of how to control the thermostat through my phone. Tim was very knowledgeable and took the time to insure I knew what was needed and answered all my concerns.

I began to use Calverley Air Conditioning in the 90s when Rick Calverley owned the company. He has been gone from the ownership for a long time but the quality of workmanship, dedication to customer service and reliability of products and excellent employees have remained. I was unfortunate to have my a/c go out in the middle of July, but fortunate to have Calverley ready to get me back in the cool immediately. TJ, Jerry, Moises, and Chris did an outstanding job, in barely 4 hours to replace my whole system! And since my system (except for the compressor) is in the attic, they had to work in what was probably 130 degree conditions, all with great attitudes!! Thanks to them all!

Sam and Jorge were incredibly helpful and kind to us when they came to fix our AC. It was a classic June Texas heat wave and they arrived within an hour or so. Moises and Zach showed up early in the morning, and worked tirelessly to get our new system installed. We replaced an aging Rheem Classic XII blower and Tappan in-cabinet stack with entirely new units, a multistage system with a new smart thermostat. They were well-organized and stuck around to explain the work and the new thermostat controller as well. So far the experience has been a good one, and definitely welcome after our old system went out on a 100 degree day.

Ive had them for 2 years doing Spring/Fall tuning. They send a salesman with the tech that goes through your system and gives recommendations as to what might break soon. Youre then given an option of subscribing to their monthly fee club so that you can get a discount on repairs when the parts break. I decided against their monthly fee service and save that money. They do a good job and Id prefer not to get a visit from their salesperson every year when i need the Sprint/Fall tuneup.

I worked on a large scale plumbing project with Chad Stanley over the past two weeks and he was incredible. It was a commercial project where we had to keep the facility open during the repairs. To prevent any issues inside our facility, they tunneled the plumbing from underground and made all repairs without disrupting our business. Calverley sold me a new heat pump system in July 2021. Im completely satisfied with it. It has been saving me money every month since it was installed. I made an appointment for a spring tune up and Micah Green arrived within the window of time allotted. Micah was very professional, courteous and respectful of myself and my house. Being an Engineer by trade I was very curious about the cooling system and what was involved in this Spring Tune Up that Calverley offered. I asked Micah many questions and he took the time necessary to explain in detail what he was doing and why. My AC unit stopped working last night in this Texas heat at 12am. I called and got them scheduled to come out as early as possible. Tim called and showed up at 7am. He was able to fix my unit in no time. He also inspected everything, cleaned it all up, and charged me a fair price (especially after hearing what all the competitors were wanting to charge me). This is a great and honest company. Because of how great Tim is, I signed up for a membership where they offer great deals and come out and inspect 2x a year to help with being proactive so that you don’t have an emergency! Our AC technician, Robert, was AMAZING! He was able to solve our AC issues, was very thoughtful, friendly, and cared about us as customers. We felt comfortable having him in our home and would recommend him and the company to family and friends. Robert, if you see this, thanks SO much for all your help!Update: We have had two technicians come out since Robert. All four have been great and easy to converse with. The second technician replaced the AC motor, which cost us ~$750. A month or so later the AC wasnt getting cold, so we called Calverley. The most recent technician, Sean, quickly diagnosed the issues as 1) an old capacitor needing replacement and 2) a new compressor needed. That along with the refrigerant would be $13,000 to fix our AC. So yeah, $81 for their time/diagnosing the problem, and $15 a month for their membership program, which Ill need to find a way to cancel as apparently its time for a new AC unit. Friendly people, just out about $1,000 with them over the past couple months and a new AC unit needed.

Yesterday, Marcus called me 45 minutes prior to his arrival to give me the heads up that he was enroute to my home. When he arrived, he immediately recognized me as he had been here before when I was having a problem with my thermostat. Marcus asked follow up questions regarding his last visit. While checking my heating unit, he also looked at my entire system and found the UV light was out and needed to be replaced. Although Marcus did not have the light on hand, he quickly set up a follow up appointment for today and returned to replace the light. I appreciated Marcus professionalism and attention to detail.
