    I could not have been more pleased with this company, from the first phone call with Debbie, to Randy coming to the house to check everything out and give some quotes, to the install with the whole crew, they were way more than I had expected for customer service and the way they made sure everything was perfect! I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend the Byrd Brothers for EVERYONES HVAC needs. It’s good to know there is a company who truly takes care and values their customers.

    Amazing job all around, received a call from their office within 30 minutes of requesting a quote. Brady came out the same day and sent 4 different options, came back on a Saturday to make sure all the quotes were understood. Was able to get me on the schedule quickly, crew was very respectful during install, finished and cleaned up in one day. 10/10 would recommend.

    ExcellentExcellent job! Byrd Brothers HVAC installed my new system yesterday, and I cannot imagine them doing a better job. The whole team was kind, professional, considerate, and excellent at what they do. Special thanks to Brady and Pedro whom both took extra time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. It was extremely apparent when I looked at the finished installation that Byrd Brothers goes well beyond what other companies do when installing systems.     My ac needed serviced due to having a leak. Byrd Brothers HVAC was out to fix it the same day with very professional technicians. They went above and beyond to find, fix and correct any problems that would become an issue in the near future as well. Couldnt ask for a better local HVAC company to keep our home comfortable.

    Extremely pleased with service and how they keep customer informed and updated with the repairs or installations. They also text when technicians head towards your home.     My generator kept switching to red, they came out and figured out the Generator Superstore installed too small of a battery. They replaced the battery and we are back in business.

    If you are looking for an HVAC company this is it.We had 2 full installs done on our property/farm. One was with a couple mini split units and the other was a full sized unit with duct work to all the rooms in our home. We had several companies quote out the build and they were the most affordable and the most knowledgeable we had the pleasure of interacting with. The crew was very polite and worked around us through the installs and left our construction site/ home cleaner then when they showed up. Our mini splits have been up a year and run amazing. they keep a minimally insulated space comfortable and they do not break the bank. We will be set for years to come and if there is ever an issue i look forward to seeing the Byrd brothers again as i know it will be fixed rapidly. It was a pleasure chatting with the crew and they walked us through the install as well as how it works.

    Byrd brothers was recommended to me by EW Plumbing (another fantastic local business). Im glad I asked EW for the recommendation. Byrd Brothers HVAC answered promptly, scheduled immediately, and the technicians arrived well under the estimated time. The technicians were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient in their troubleshooting. One hour later I was up and running with multiple options recommended for future upgrades, as well as general maintenance advice.I will note also that payment options were easy as far as offering CC reader and iPad in person, as well as cash or check.Communication of the appointment, estimated arrival time, and invoice were all sent via email and text promptly.Great company, great experience. I will continue to use Byrd Brothers whenever I need AC work.

    We have a two story house but only one unit cooling it. Been told by several other companies the unit was too small for our house. Byrd came out and said no the unit is the right size for your home, but recommended to go a different route to save money. Byrd answered all my questions and was completely honest. Strongly recommend to anyone. These guys aren’t trying to screw you and are trying to do honest work.

    These guys saved our lives. Not only did they show up after hours and provide excellent customer service but they were very professional and kind! We received text notification when they were on their way with a photo of the technician that was going to be arriving! Highly recommend and will definitely use them for any future needs!     I had an issue with my heat today, I called at 3pm and they were here diagnosed and got parts to fix my unit in 3 done by 6pm just amazing, Brady was polite, professional and knowledgeable he let me know exactly the issue and what he did to fix it.     Shout out to the Byrd Brothers HVAC. We came home after work to an 80 degree house. My husband called them up and they came right away! They figured out the problem swiftly and had a part already installed in less than 30 minutes...in the rain! They gave us that small-town friendly experience while also being professional and a good value. We know that we can trust them with any future needs that we will have, for certain!

    Professionalism, honesty, and promptness! You dont find all-around honesty and genuine good fokes with great work ethics in todays world, but these guys have every bit of that! Honestly, hands down, even in a bad situation of being stuck with a down AC unit, in this humidity and heat on a Saturday, had a smile and were happy to be there to help us get things back going!     I was looking for a HVAC Co.to replace my old HVAC unit. A friend had told me call BYRD Brothers I Sweeny, so I did. They sat up and appointment, and the afternoon before the appointment, they call to confirm the time and place of job.Showed up right on time, and introduced himself and went right to work. About 30 minutes later, came back to explain what I need done. I agreed, he said, his brother would be getting back to about his recommendation.The next day he called, and we went over everything, agreeing to cost and when work could start.Like professionals they are, they called to confirm the time they would be here, and they were right time.The installation went smooth in all areas of the install.In summoning it up, I can say this has been the best experience, I have ever had with a HVAC Co. I’m 73 years old and have used a lot HVAC in my 73 years.Would recommend this Company to anyone, the answer is FORSURE.
