They Answered my questions, were mindful of my home and office surroundings while doing the install. Took away all the debris and cleaned up the job site.     Choosing to replace our aging AC system, we searched reviews and product information before choosing Burnworth’s. What an amazing experience! A one day installation, a check back in after a few days, and Hunter who sized and quoted our system comes over and tweeks the air flow and balance but shortening some ducts, elongating the plenum, tidying up wiring and really wanting to make sure we were very pleased with the whole system. Such attention to details and customer satisfaction. Most companies just want your money and do what they want to do. Please check out Burnworth AC/Heat. We have technical backgrounds and this family is the next level of AC experts. They do emergency repairs too and very efficiently. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them. We took advantage of zero% financing on our new system too!

    Burnworths A/C is always super quick to render service! I called them Monday morning and they were here a little after noon same day. Part was warrantied (variable speed blower motor) and once it came in they installed and gone in 30 min! I bought my system through them and I have them do the yearly maintenance. 5 ⭐️ service!

    I have a lot to say about Burnsworths A/C. Im an 100% disabled veteran and when I called Burnsworths they came immediately. They let us borrow 2 window units. Which was a lifesaver to me and my wife. Then yesterday they came and installed a brand new unit inside and out. Let me tell you when I say they were professional and clean.     A close friend recommended Burnworth’s to me after several years of helping me keep my old AC going. We decided that full replacement would probably be the best. From the beginning, dealing with Butnworth’s was a pleasant experience. Hunter came out and had a nice visit and conversation about my expectations and requirements. He gave me multiple options to consider and I decided on a “middle of the road” option. Once we had established a plan of action, Hunter ascertained the availability of the equipment and Monday of the following week they got to it. Finishing up Tuesday, the guys made sure everything was buttoned up and that I was satisfied. As with most things, I could have done it cheaper but I don’t know if I could have done it better. Between the financing and warranty, I hope I don’t have to make use of it but I’ll be glad I have it if I do. If you find yourself in need of fair pricing and compentent service, give Burnworth’s a chance.

    Had my blower quit at about 2AM, called at 8AM and had a great tech on site before noon. Identified the issue and had it repaired within an hour, would definitely recommend.     Very professional very timely. The two guys installing our unit were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time and answered all of our questions we had.     This is the best Ac/heat company I’ve ever had work on my central heat/ac unit. The technicians are qualified and diagnose the problem within minutes and are able to fix any issue you have. I am so luckily I discovered this company prior to having 3 different companies coming out and doing nothing to fix the problems I was experiencing. These guys are excellent bar none.

    They are very well knowledgeable of their field dealing with HVAC, and they are dependable and will work with you when it comes to negotiating a reasonable and competitive price. I chose Burnworths A/C for a second time to install a new complete unit, both indoor and outdoor, in a five year span, because of their exceptional proficiency.I had a personal experience with one of their technicians that I didnt appreciate at all. I contacted management and was told that it was addressed to the employee. My opinion, the company should have taken further action than what was explained to me. Well, its not my business/company, but it was my business to report the incident, if you follow me. Factoring the one bad personal experience, keeps me short of giving Burnworths 5 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.Despite the bad personal experience with one of the technician guys, I decided to continue to do business with Burnworths A/C because of their expertise and reliability. Besides, after all what Ive been through the past three years dealing with hurricanes, Covid, personal issues, insurance, contractors, displacement, family issues, workplace issues, I honestly cant entertain the thought of trying to look to find another HVAC company.     I recently used another local A/C business to service my unit but I did not feel that really did anything other than try to sell me a new unit. So I called Burnworth. They came out re-did the work the other company was supposed to took pictures and included it in the invoice of them doing to the work. They didn’t try to sell me anything. When I asked about recommendations they simply recommended a UV filter system. The other people wanted me to buy a $20,000 system and suggested if I didn’t then I didn’t care about my family’s health.     9/5/23 - when I got home at 3:30 I found water was again leaking from my ceiling. I called and Burnworths had tech here within 15 minutes. They found the weld on copper tube broke so they replaced the whole tube. Since it was a return call they didnt even charge me! I LOVE Burnworths AC!!!8/14/23 - Had issue with line carrying water outside. Hunter was technician and he was fantastic. He was also able to fix air vent installed in bedroom by company out of Moss Bluff who had been here 3 times trying to fix this without success. Hunter obviously knows what he is doing as opposed to other AC company. I LOVE Burnworth!!!(6/23) Allen responded quickly and provided great service. He was able to answer all my questions. I am very happy and wii use Burnworth AC again!!!
