As Always I gave Brown’s A/C & Heating a call in concern for my a/c unit which, was not working properly as it had started leaking from the ceiling and was not cooling properly. Mr Brown came and immediately saw the problem and gave me a thorough explanation as to why this was occurring. He was so knowledgeable about the situation and immediately went in to resolve the issue. I was very satisfied because it was so simple and he even explained how I could maintain the longevity of my a/c unit in between yearly maintenance as well,“Thank You Mr Brown”, “I really appreciate the information you provided”,He was prompt with resolving the problem. I will definitely continue to use this company for in between routine maintenance.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was VERY informative! Most people come out and just fix this and don’t say really what they are doing but he informed me about what happened to the unit and how it needs to be fixed. I’d recommend to everybody!

I had recently installed a thermostat and things just weren’t right. They came out looked and decided thermostat was bad. Any one else would have tried to sell me a new unit. I’ll definitely be using them again.
