    I called Bob Jays to schedule a routine plumbing project. The scheduler was courteous and positive. She scheduled a service visit at my convenience within 2 working days. The assigned plumber, Tim, arrived on time and without delay commenced to do a quality job. The plumbing components included advanced features but Tim readily figured out the proprer way to install my new equipment, while having to work in a small hard to access work space. It was a job well done at a reasonable price.

    I am beyond satisfied with Bob Jays Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Inc. I had a punctured water pipe that connected to the water heater and had to shut off the water immediately. The stress was very high and I was overwhelmed not knowing how long I had to go on without water in order for a technician to show up. All I can say is this company was God sent. I called and within 10 minutes they showed up and repaired the pipe in such a quick timely manner.     We were definitely treated like family. Thank you Dustin Sanders for going up and above. My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gallbladder cancer that has spread to his lungs and back. Dustin not only made sure to talk to my husband and get his opinion on which route to take but kept him involved on future things to look for to prevent any problems while my husband remained in his bed. It doesnt end there we have a very curious little 3yr old baby girl who he entertained by allow her to watch and even asked her questions and got her opinion. He had so much respect and true genuine kindness that we truly needed. I have truly been blessed through this some what unfortunate event that turned amazing.     We called Bob Jay’s when my MIL had a gas leak at her house. They sent a tech over ASAP and we were quoted a much better price than 3 of the other companies we had called. They did the work quickly and professionally. The techs were wonderful to work with. Then, two weeks later, our AC went out at our house at 4pm. I called, they had a tech here with in the hour and the AC was fixed in an hour. The tech was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing. All I can say is it has been such a pleasant experience working with Bob Jay’s. I appreciate their techs and how quickly they’re able to get us back up and running. We will continue to do business with them and will recommend them to friends and family.

    Im so thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the young men that worked on my bathroom drain. They were very upfront and honest and explained everything in a way anyone could understand. They gave my renter tips on how to catch any leaks and also how to maintain the plumbing.     I have to say I’m a fellow user of Bob Jay’s air conditioning heating and plumbing, but their prices have gotten so outrageous. They’re gouging the customer someone that has given them a lot of business. I had to do a plumbing sewage clean out just snake it and the price was $400. I contacted another Plumbing facility anfter the repair was done by Bob Jay’s and they said Mike would’ve done that for 150. I cannot and will know Ilonger use Bob Jay’s. They’re just too damn expensive…$$$$$MaK,

    My unit began blowing warm air and after calling the business I normally use and them telling me they couldnt get out until late Monday, I called Bob Jays as they are one of 2 authorized dealers for the HVAC brand I have. Jimmy was here within 30 minutes. He did a thorough check of the unit and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was professional and personable. Parts are still under warranty. Between the after hours fees, the diagnostic fee, and the labor, I believe the cost was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future!

She took the time to listen to the problem I was having, she never rushed me and took time to ask questions to fully understand the issue I was having. They came out the house the same day and the tech was able to diagnose my issue within 5 minutes of showing up and he had it fix quickly. The tech took the time to show me what the problem was without being condescending and even showed me how to check for the problem and how to fix it in the future if I wanted to! He not only addressed the immediate problem but he cleared the entire drainage system from the trouble location to the City sewage system.
