SIX STARS! 🤩Our warranty company called out Blue Sparrow to come fix both of our broken a/c units. We had never met them before or given them any business, but we were treated like loyal customers. One a/c unit needed more parts than originally estimated, and Danny Romero worked very hard to get it all approved. He also promised to come back on a Saturday to troubleshoot an ongoing issue we needed extra help with, and sure enough, someone showed-up at 8:00am on a Saturday. The owner is a man of his word. I highly recommend this reputable company!

Jesse came out to look at my AC unit because it was not cooling. In just a few minutes, he was able to identify the problem and fix it.Jesse was very courteous and took the time to show me what the issue was and offered advice on how to maintain the upkeep of my AC unit.Thank you for your time and excellent customer service!

Great service. Danny was quick to reply, on time, professional, and very thorough in my rental inspection. Most people when providing a second quote would simply go by what the previous company said, but Danny made sure to triple check everything and not only confirmed some previous issues, but found additional cause for concern all in a timely manner. If you want the job done right the first time, call Blu Sparrow!

Danny has been absolutely wonderful. I found him on Angis list after my hearing went out. He was able to come out the very next day, and did the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen. He caught things other people have missed, and his prices were very reasonable. Since the first trip I have had him come out again, and his levels of professionalism and knowledge have shone once again. I’m happy to have him come out to service the unit at any time, and would unequivocally recommend him to anyone. Thank you for excellent service!

☎️We called 3 AC and Heat companies to get estimates and quotes to fill our central unit with refrigerant (I call it Freon lol) and all their quotes were super expensive 💸or they did not call us back or didn’t even show up. This went on for 2-3 weeks.Then, we looked on Nextdoor App for companies closest to San Jose Mission area, 78214 and took a chance on Blu Sparrow. I’m super happy we did. Daniel quoted us the least price of all 3 companies. I texted him on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 4:45 pm and he responded soon after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, Sunday, May 29 at 10:30 am… keep in mind that this is Memorial Day weekend. 🇺🇸He is very professional and explained every thing that is needed. We will use his services and recommendations to help us with our other house in the Riverside area.Now, the house is cooling and much more comfortable. Thanks again for helping us Blu Sparrow and family.

Cant say enough good things about this company. Danny is honest, up front with the costs, and extremely helpful. He held our hands thru the process and when all was said and done, our ac was replaced with no issue. Please, if you need an AC person, Danny with Blu is the person you need to contact.

I hired Blu Sparrow after having them come out and give me a quote on replacing my air ducts and repairing wiring from my thermostat to my A/C. Their pricing was fair and the team went above and beyond. I cant say enough good things about this place. I had the quote on Friday and they started working on Monday. The team was friendly, honest, and made sure to educate me. They truly want the best for their customers and dont look to price gouge you or take you for every penny. In fact, they look to save you money wherever it makes sense. For a small team, they worked quickly and kept my home as tidy as possible. This is the only team I will be looking to hire in the future for any of my HVAC needs. You truly cant go wrong with hiring this team.

This crew was great. I cant say anything for the home warranty company that hired them(they were straight trash), but these guys were amazing. I will be coming back to them in the future for sure.
