I called and spoke to Pam on 11/21/24 about a weird buzzing noise coming from the attic when I turned the heat on, she was very helpful and so nice on the phone, she even fit me in their busying schedule and sent Kylie out. They are a great family owned company that is very helpful and honest people. Highly recommend them. -

Ive used Blakes AC Service for a few years, now. They are honest, caring and incredibly respectful people. I had an issue this evening with my AC. They were out extremely fast and resolved it quickly. Contacting them is like contacting my own family and friends. We always end up talking on the driveway for half an hour after the work is done. If you think you can find better service than that, best of luck. -

We have had 2 things recently go wrong with our AC. Both times we have called Blakeās AC was out immediately! I have dealt with three other AC business in Montgomery and have not gotten the quality, friendliness, responsive and very reasonable pricing that I have received from Blakeās AC. On top of that their tech was very knowledgeable and walked us through each step. I would recommend this company any day! Thank you Blakeās for taking care of home and my moms! -

It never matters what time I call them when we have a problem with our AC unit, they always answer and send someone out quickly. It has always been able to be repaired on the spot. The owners are genuine, trustworthy and respectful and that is so hard to find these days. Blakes AC is the only AC company my family trusts! So thankful for you guys! -

I cannot put into words how incredibly Blessed & thankful I am to know such A-mazing humans like Pam & Keith Kubicek. This is not the 1st time I have had to reach out to Blakes ac for help with my air conditioning & they have NEVER failed me, not day or night, EVER.. Its August, sweltering heat, trying to recover from surgery & my ac decides to stop in the middle/hottest time of the day yesterday & I was miserable. Beings how Im on a scooter and cant get around well, I just turned the whole unit off & prayed I would get thru the hot night & try to turn it back on this morning. Well neither situation wkd out well. No sleep & no ac coming bk on. So, I reached out to Pam to see if she could possibly tell me by what I was saying it (ac) was doing, if she thought it was my compressor? She informed me, that it could be a contactor or capacitor, & it would be best to rule out those 2 things before assuming it was the compressor. In saying that, she immediately offered to send me a tech first thing this morning. She was very compassionate about my health situation (surgery) and me being in this texas heat trying to recover with NO ac. She again asked me if it was ok to send her tech & get it looked at? I accepted & she did just that. She sent a very kind, sweet, respectful, with the best manners, tech named Blake out & he had my ac back up & running in about 15 mins. Ahhhhh the air feels nice! I myself personally wkd for an ac company (I would NEVER call for help) & my closest neighbor has a ac company, (again I would NEVER call) I know how busy they (ac companies) stay, so for me to be able to call Pam & be up and running in a matter of 1.5 from my initial contact with her, it will ALWAYS be Blakes AC/heating for my needs.Integrity is important to me & without a doubt, they have it & some!! In my opinion, Blakes ac/heating screams, Honesty, reliability, & efficiency at its finest..!! Ive used Blakes A/C several times for my own home and Ive always been extremely satisfied with their responsiveness, honesty, and quality of work. My tenant called me this afternoon and their a/c had stopped working. I called Blakes A/C at 4:30 PM. Keith and his team had it fixed by 7:30 that same evening. Now thats what I call service!! They made me look good as a landlord too š. -

I have ac insurance through Homeserve. My ac stopped cooling two days ago. I called immediately and they sent out a company from Royal two days later in the heat of the summer in TEXAS. Royal immediately told me I needed a whole new unit and insurance wouldnāt cover it. Oh but it gets better.... someone could meet with me tonight to work out a payment plan and then they could get me up and running. I work for a Grocery store (small income) and am raising three girls. I wonāt lie, I immediately started crying and agreed to the evening meeting. Then he left and I thought maybe a second opinion would be best before I agreed to spend $1000s of dollars on a new ac. ( that I canāt afford) Low and Behold... it was low on refrigerant. Blakeās had me up and running two hours later and without scamming money from hardworking people. God works in mysterious ways! Use Blakeās they are worth it!!! -

Blakeās sets the bar for professionalism in their industry. I recommend Blakeās to ANYONE who needs HVAC work done. I got a couple of quotes to do a replacement of my system when it went down for good. I am so glad I called Blakeās. They came out at 9:00 AM and weāre back to my house by 5:00 to replace my system SAME DAY. I was so grateful. It was 90Ā° inside my house and MISERABLE. Not only did they get my system replaced wicked fast they were also the most affordable of the 3 bids that I got. I am so happy with them and will be using them for all my HVAC projects moving forward. -

Texas Summer heat murdered my poor 12 year old AC unit and I thought Id have to get a new one. I was wrong. 2 hours after I called Blakes AC, a technician arrived and resurrected my AC unit within an hour of being here! Shes kicking like new and Im back under the covers about to get some much needed sleep for work tonight! Mitchell was an awesome guy and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!Update:07/30/212nd time using this company. I called around 1400 hours for a clogged A/C drainage problem. I figured since I called so late on a Friday that I would have to wait until the following week. Kyle showed up a few hours later after regular working hours (Yes I was notified prior to his arrival), and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. This company has now demonstrated both dedication (rapid response) and consistency (good service, fair prices) to me, the customer, and I will continue to utilize them so long as I live in the Conroe area. I never leave reviews on anything but I dont want to hide a great service from everyone, especially since I need them to be around for all my future A/C problems. Try Blakes A/C and Heat for yourself! -

They came out, got us running, but by the next morning, we knew the 30 year old unit wasnt going work.Evidence of three fires convinced even me it needed burying. I checked out the unit online and it was a top performer. Specialized filtering and a concrete curb was added at no charge because of a misunderstanding on my part. Even though I was wrong, they honored it anyway. Extremely unusual. Great work and nice people. Our house gets cool at 75Ā° in the heat of the day and I wont have to go out in the rain to keep mud out of the unit. š -
