The tech reported to my house in a timely manner. He checked everything on his work list and then started immediately. About a hour into the job he reported to me he had to leave to get an unexpected part he needed. He was back within a half hour and finished the job within 2 hours. He was man who knew his job and did well. I recommend Big State Plumbing and give them a 5 STAR rating.

Jason Lucksha and Victor did an outstanding job in fixing a plumber problem that has plagued me since November. They arrived on time, studied the situation, and fixed the problem. They were determined, professional and pleasant for the entire process. The clean up was spotless and the price fair and honest. Every time I called Big State Plumbing I spoke with very cordial people and they were very accommodating. I will be referring Big State to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation and I will always ask for Jason!

Had a pipe burst in my front yard on a weekend. Had a horrible time finding a plumber that would be available and would have a live person to talk with. Finally spoke with someone at Big State Plumbing and had someone come pretty quickly. They walked through my scenarios, gave me a list of pricing and options and once I chose a solution that would work for me, there was someone there within hours to fix it....but that isnt the whole story, about 3 hours after the repairs, the same pipe burst within inches of the previous repair. The crew came back out and fixed it with no extra charge. My experience was very good.

I was having problems with our water heater not producing any hot water. Called Big State Plumbing yesterday and a plumber came to the house last night to assess the problem. Water heater was 12 years old and was leaking water. The price quoted for a new heater was very fair and reasonable. Crew came out by 10:30 the next day and installed a new water heater in an 1 1/2 hours! Very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Will definitely be calling Big State Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future!!

Bought an Angies List deal, value of which was deducted from total bill. The service man was very pleasant-wore shoe covers and was very helpful in removing items from under the sink. I needed a new disposer, which he had on the truck, did the work very quickly and took the trash with him. I would definitely use their services again.

Chris was very professional. It was pouring rain and late when he arrived. He took his time and determined what the problem is. Although he was unable to fix the problem because of the extent of the damage to the sewer line, he did discuss what it will take to fix the problem. He was extremely friendly and helpful even though he was soaking wet and I was his last customer of the evening. I will definitely use Big State Plumbing again.

Eric Ortiz help me solve my water pressure problem...went from inside all the way to the meter. Stayed with me while I got the city workers out to my house. With him here they finally admitted my meter was bad. I had been dealing with this a long time constantly getting the run around. Thanks so much
