Big Country Air is by far the best for any AC repair or replacement needs. Jason is very honest and genuine. I had a situation with my AC and stupidly called some of the big name companies. I had gotten the feeling, that all they cared about was all they could get from me, money wise. This was the complete opposite with Big Country Air! He was able to diagnose what was going on and what we needed to do to fix it. Not only that but was the first, to actually explain to me what was going on, in a way that I could understand. He always showed me what was actually wrong with our system. So, I could see for my self and he explained why/ how it was broken. I strongly feel, in this crazy world we live in, it has hard to find a true & genuine person who actually cares for their customers! He was a true blessing to me and my family, can not think him enough! He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. I can promise the best work from Big Country Air!! You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it!!

Big country air provided amazing service! His service call fee was very reasonable and after diagnosing it had to come back when the part arrived. The day it arrived he already had a full schedule but said hed come when he was done. He finished his last job at 7:00 pm and came straight to us! He happily fixed it for us that late at night! We highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their ac. He will do the job right!

After being in the area for 2 1/2 years and dealing with numerous heating and Air companies, I finally found one to recommend to others. I appreciate how Jose was so professional and personable. He told me exactly what he was doing and what he thought my problem was. The price was more than fair and he will be the first and only company I call in the future.

Jason came out, and let me just say, it’s great to deal with someone who’s honest and not trying to rip you off. I had another company who came out and wanted to replace both the inside and outside unit for $14k. Jason diagnosed the leaky plastic cap on the inside and the leaky valve on the outside. Recharged the unit and I spent less than $200. He also recommended not to change out either unit.I’ll give him 6 stars, and he will be my first call from now on.

Very happy and pleased. I called for my elderly parents who were without air. Jason replied promptly and immediately came out. He fixed them up quickly and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Several local companies had been out to look at our equipment that was having issues. They all said our equipment was not repairable and wanted to sell us a new system.Just happened to call Big Country Air for another opinion/price quote. Jason showed up, and despite my request to just give a replacement price, he would not give a replacement quote until he took a look at our existing equipment.He identified the problem and suggested a repair. That was 6 years ago... system has been running strong since.I can recommend him without hesitation. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

Best experience weve EVER had with an air conditioning repair! Im always nervous because its really easy to get cheated and not realize it. One of the bigger companies was trying to charge 3x the amount Big Country Air charged for the same job. 3x!!!! Were so glad we called them!

First let me say BCA cares about taking care of you ,the first thing the service tech said to me was, I want you and your family to be comfortable ,I knew he didnt have to do that ,but it let me know that he cared, 2nd I felt I felt I could trust BCA without a doubt very professional ,fills you in on everything thats going on with your unit ,this is a stand up company ,Ill definitely be referring BCA to family and friends.
