    After talking with several air conditioning companies we decided on a Carrier Infinity system from Beluga Air. It was a difficult decision because every company seemed professional and they all had quality products comparable to Carrier. But in the end we chose Beluga Air because they seemed to understand our existing system best and offered what was to us a better solution going forward.The installers, Guillermo and Joe, worked 13.5 hours with only a lunch break to get our new system up and running in a day. Our house has only a tiny attic space which meant they had to work from the A/C closet itself and replace the air box above their heads and reattach the air ducts. Not fun I’m sure! The installation itself is neat and professional, they didn’t cut corners even as they wrapped up at 11:00 pm. We couldn’t be happier with how quiet and efficient the new system is working! Thanks to everyone at Beluga Air for a great experience!

    We’ve used Beluga Air for two years now and are always pleased! Our HVAC unit was installed by them and it has done well. Beluga Air always communicates very well, sending pictures of the work they’ve done and receipts to my email. Everyone is very friendly and professional as well. We have also been pleased with their pricing in comparison to other companies. All in all, highly recommend!

    We had an appointment with Beluga Air on 12/16/24 to perform a check up on our heating system. It was a great experience overall. It was easy to schedule the appointment and easy to reschedule also which needed to be done a couple (once due to Beluga and the other was our request). The company confirmed the appointment ahead of time and on a Sunday as the appointment was on a Monday. The morning of the appointment we received a text that the technician was in route and had his picture and other information. Technician Brandon Patrick was the assigned technician and he did an excellent job. He was timely and efficient complete with pictures of components and a thorough review. We had a minor issue - Brandon presented a couple options and he was able to get the service completed that day. Great job by Beluga Air and thank you!

    Had an issue with my heater as the cold hit. Made an appointment online, was promptly called to confirm. Techs showed up right on time the next day, were friendly and professional, and were able to get my issue resolved very quickly without giving me a runaround. Beluga have a great reputation in my neighborhood and I can see why, I know Ill be calling them first for anything else that comes up

    Beluga air has been great to me. Contacted them for repair on my unit. I initially thought I’d need to replace the unit but then got a call from the owner Joe - rectifying the initial estimate instead provided repair recs that I felt comfortable with - the office staff always super polite and attentive, the techs super professional but truly most impressed w Joe and the way he handled the entire situation.     Initially we called Beluga Air because of our love for aquatic animals and our love for the song Baby Beluga by Raffi. We enjoyed meeting with Christopher to go over the options and prices. He was honest and easy to talk to - no pressure or nonsense. We obtained bids from multiple companies and chose Beluga Air because they are local, they seemed honest, and they offered a good deal.The installation was scheduled right away. Two crews came so that the job could be completed all in one day. Joseph, Juan, Gabriel, Mark, and Robert were awesome! They installed two new HVAC systems, air purifiers, and thermostats in our home and also put blown in insulation in our attic. The guys were all friendly and tidy, and nice to our dogs. :-) They were professional and arrived on time. We were really impressed with how the guys all take obvious pride in their work. They made sure everything was working properly and filed the CPS rebate requirements for us. We highly recommend Beluga Air!

    For nearly two years, my wife and I endured repeated breakdowns of our AC system. Each time it failed, we called various local AC repair services, hoping for a lasting solution. Unfortunately, these mom-and-pop shops often fixed something small only for it to break again within a week. Some even tried to overcharge us for their services. Frustrated and desperate for a reliable fix, we decided to call Beluga Air.From the very first interaction, Beluga Air impressed us with their attentiveness and punctuality. They made sure to do the job right every time. Joseph, one of their dedicated technicians, came to our house, listened to our story, and apologized sincerely. He promised to resolve the situation, and he did just that. We ended up needing to replace the entire AC system. Despite my poor credit, Joseph and the team at Beluga Air worked tirelessly to find a way to make it affordable for us.When the installers, led by Guillermo, arrived, they were just as professional and attentive. During the installation, they discovered that one of our circuit breakers was melted to the breaker box. This unexpected issue added to our stress, as we now faced the possibility of calling an electrician and incurring additional costs. With two children under two and the prospect of no AC or power, my wife and I were extremely anxious.Upon hearing about the breaker box issue, Joseph personally came out to fix it. He ensured that the AC system was running smoothly in no time. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded all our expectations.We cannot thank Joseph and the technicians at Beluga Air enough for their exceptional service.     Ive been trying to figure out if I should even leave a comment or rate. I called for services,step up an appointment. They came out the same day. I had a short or electrical issue, which cause my a.c unit to shut off. The technician explained the problem I was having. He was nice and friendly. The only small issue I had was i know this guy was making it seam as if I ((probably)) had other issues. I only had money to fix the problem, which later he said it wouldnt have any problems if he fixed it, but he thought it would be better to switch out and fix another fuse box. Like I explained before, I could only fix that issue. Also mentioned that he could hear a noise coming from my ac unit. Suggesting that I might need a whole new unit. When my unit was only a year old, practically brand new. Explaining that they offered financial help. I just needed that fuse box fixed, which he did mention that the guys before most likely didnt screw the wire correctly. Which cause the unit to burn the fuse and wires. Dont get me wrong, other than that, my tech was nice, polite, and friendly. Im just not too sure if I call them back. Im appreciate the work and service you guys do. Thank you. Its been going on 3 weeks, and my home unit is doing great.

    After 5 different offers, I decided to choose Beluga Air to replace my 21 years old HVAC. They gave me the most reasonable pricing for the work to be performed (new HVAC and duct repairs), all by a well known contractor. They made sure I was 100% comfortable through the entire process and helped me submit all required paperwork and made everything feel too easy. After much stress of trying to find the best deal and best contractor, I can say I am extremely happy with the results and my new AC runs fantastic. I must say, Raul particularly provided exceptional service and made certain I was happy with the work performed!

    Beluga Air was contracted for an evaporator coil replacement. They were easy to contact and set up an appointment. The scheduler was very professional in the way they set up the appointment and they were right on time as well as informing you who the technician(s) will be. They arrived right on time reviewed the job with me. Informed me of what specific steps they were doing. Technicians were very courteous and professional during the entire visit. Cleaned up and left the area spotless. Definitely a very professional experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend Beluga Air for your AC and Heating needs.

Today is an example of why because of their exceptional service when they assigned their technician Blake Hartbarger to respond to my service call request. Blake was very knowledgeable, customer friendly, professional, and ensured to communicate thoroughly when he educated me on the process of my units’ shut off valves automatically turning off power when condensation reaches a limit with no drainage. He was very prompt arriving to my residence within the two hour scheduled window, arriving at the top of the first hour.     Joseph with Beluga Air came to our home and provided a thorough examination of our full system. We called when our system completely stopped working and Beluga made it a priority on a Saturday to send someone out. Joseph was able to fix and get us up and running quick and easy.     I called Beluga air at 7:30 am. My air unit was fried after a storm. Middle of summer and very hot. I spoke with the receptionist and she was able to send someone that same morning. Blake came out and told me the air unit was fried. He told me he could have someone replace unit the next day. Price was very reasonable compared to an ole western company. The replaced the entire unit and the house is blowing cold air once again. Price quoted was the price I paid. I would without a doubt refer anyone to this outstanding company. I had a great experience with each person I spoke with in this company. I wish I remembered the two gentlemen who replaced the unit. They were professional and prompt. Showed up at the time the said they would and completed the job in 4:30 hours. Don’t be fooled by flashy names or quirky slogans. This company is the real deal

    I want to thank Beluga Air and specifically Brandon Patrick for the great service we received. Brandon arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were having and suggested a remedy along with a quote for the service. All the work was completed in short order along with pictures and paperwork.     I took advantage of their promotion for ac/furnace tune up and I was very impressed. the entire process to start with the scheduling on line to the finish line was impressive. friendly, clean, polite and the quality of the work was faultless. the technician was here for 90 minutes, never rushed, checked and clean everything, explained the result with pictures and video. not pushy, discovered a gas leak and fixed it immediatly at a very resonnable price. I would greatly recommand this company to my friends and family. Great job.PS: they serviced my daughters AC as well and she was equally pleased.

    I had my system replaced last year, but due to unfortunate interactions with another company, was apprehensive to call anyone at all for repairs, but it was a must. I’m glad I chose Beluga Air because they were very kind and helpful. Blake worked quickly to figure out the actual problem, not just the first thing that it *seemed* to be. Although we had to wait for the part to be available, I’m glad I waited because the install team (JoeAngel) also worked fast and were very nice. They explain their work, how things work, and they take photos too! I have never had a company encourage their clients to be educated on what is happening in their home. That extra touch is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this company and their respectful staff!

    I dont know where to start. I called on Thursday morning and they offer to send a Tech that afternoon. I was out of town, so I scheduled for Friday morning. Oscar showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. A bad weld on the compressor. He reinforced the weld, vacuumed the system, Recharged with Freon. Im sitting here freezing may ass off.Nice work Oscar and Beluga Air.

    We got quotes from 6 HVAC companies on what to do about our dripping AC unit. 3 said replace the whole unit and 3 gave us quotes. Two of the quotes were so outrageous we might as well of replaced the whole unit. beluga air was honest, knowledgeable, and fast.     I purchased a gas wall heater from them in Mid. October 23 it gave out in mid Jan.2024 for 1200.00$.It gave out mid Jan. 2024. The ac tech and for 3 hours couldnt keep pilot light lit. I had CPS Enrgy check out gas line, tech told me line was to specs.The company said it would be about 1 week to replace Ive been waiting 2 weeks with no response. Ive called to speck with Joe no call back. Asked to speck with owner no answer. I believe this is another 2 bit company ripping of an elderly vet, thinking I wont do anything their wrong.I received a call from the owner of Beluga Air, he apologized for the problem I was having with his company. I got wall heater the techs were professorial and quick. My wife and I were pleased with their service and heater.Sometimes we rely on social media too much, more human contact would be better. We are confident that this well be a fruitful endeavor for each of us.Thank You.

    Yesterday I had beluga air come out to fix an installation job done by another company. The beluga air team was professional and very knowledgeable. The original company did a lazy job with the install as seen in the first picture which caused condensation around the exterior and interior of the unit. The condensation on the interior was around the main power and the exterior was bad enough to cause the base platform to start caving in. Beluga air removed the unit to clean it up, replaced the base platform, installed an additional return vent, and fixed the insulation after reinstalling the unit. The unit looks amazing and very clean as seen in the second picture. I’m very pleased with the work they did and the cost for the work.

The owner came to my house personally on a Saturday because the technician originally scheduled was not going to make it on time and they didnt want to break a promise.I needed all the duct work under the house replaced and asked them to look at the fan/furnace unit too, because it seemed like it wasnt moving enough air.After a few discussions about the duct design I wanted, I felt good about these folks. I decided to replace the 2 stage furnace and all the duct at the same time.They sent out a HUGE crew and knocked out this job in one long day. I called Beluga Air and the female dispatcher (didnt catch her name) was very friendly, professional, and quick and was able to send a technician out within an hour and a half. He also checked freon along with other maintenance checks and was very professional and courteous and Beluga was reasonable priced. They sent multiple emails, texts, phone calls, and sent a picture of the technician that was coming out. As he finished with portions of the tune-up, Brandon explained everything that he did before he moved on to the next part of his work. When he finished his work on the condenser, he discovered that the electric breaker inside the condenser power box was broken. He didnt have one on the truck, so he immediately researched and found one at Home Depot. He went and got the part, returned to our house and installed it in less than 30 minutes. We really appreciated Brandons initiative to get the job done!     Our AC went out, and after our home warranty company failed to meet our needs, Beluga was at my house a few hours after I reached out. After a thorough inspection, they recommended we replace the 20 yr old unit (kinda amazing it lasted that long). After signing a contract with a flat cost, they were on site, installing the new unit. Two weeks later, an old underground wire gave out. An hour after calling them, a technician was on the job. The fault with was replaced and considered part of the installation.     Called Beluga Air to get an estimate to clean my coils, after beating my current AC company by $300. I signed up. After the cleaning Beluga air found two major issues with my unit. The work completed not only to the owner’s satisfaction but mine too. The unit not only looks brand new, but runs that way too.     So far, Im pleased with the service provided by Raul from Beluga Air. He came over to diagnose one of my air-conditioning units. He immediately found the problem (by just checking the unit before entering the premises), however, he wanted to cross all the-ts. He inspected the attic to ensure that there were no other problems. Raul showed me everything he was doing, ensuring that I understood every step.He replaced the malfunctioned piece with a working one. He further explained that I needed another piece to help with what he had replaced, thereby reducing my electricity bill and the maintenance of that piece (I would not have to replace it often.) I also signed up for the maintenance service, which is twice a year (Summer and winter), where they will make sure my air-conditioning systems are running smoothly, to include air-ducts cleaning. Raul also mentioned another service for allergy sufferers (Im very much interested, so he gave me an estimate for my two systems; Raul made it so appealing, ha-ha.)Overall, I am very pleased with the service Raul provided. He was polite, respectful and professional. He wore the mask and shoes coverings (he had his own coverings) we provided without hesitation and with politeness. Shane stated that he didnt know about the mask, but he might have one in his truck. I handed him a mask (he kindly accepted it and put it on); he put on his own shoe covers and began to work immediately. Shane was thorough, and oh, so pleasant as he explained the deficiencies and his suggested repairs to ensure the longevity of my two air-conditioning units. I had a friend recommend this company to me and Im so blessed he did!! My technician Brandon came and had my heat fixed in less than 15 minutes.     I cant say enough about the process from start to finish. Had a walkthrough to get pricing and options. We made our choice and were set up for install the next day. The service techs showed up earlier than expected and got to work right away. Explaining things along the way. As a TDLR contract license holder i knew what to look for and how things should be done. Every step along the way was done exactly how i would have done it. Even more so. Total unit replacement, safety switch, uv light, and surge protectors. The installation looks great and i couldnt be happier. Don’t think twice about getting service from this company.     I found Beluga after a very bad experience with another HVAC company. This is my 4th service call and each has been extremely great. Today was just a spring tune up. The Tech Anthony spent nearly 2 hours testing each HVAC system (we have 2) and clearing lines and cleaning the units. He found a slight issue with one AC unit and had the part to fix. There are so many companies that give poor service and it is great to find Beluga. Ill be with Beluga forever. Simply the best.Another great experience with Beluga. I scheduled our yearly heater inspection which is covered by the contract I have with them. Service Tec Brandon came out and was professional and friendly. He got to work inspecting the 2 blower units we have in the attic. Using a specialized tool he discovered both of the valves that allow gas into the furnaces were leaking. He informed me of the slight leak and we went over the estimated cost. to replace. He worked with his office and supply person and located the necessary parts to complete the job at a reasonable price the same day. We feel safe knowing that we have Beluga behind us. Also had the blower fans cleaned. Again a very happy customer and will be requesting Brandon on our Spring inspection of the AC units. I highly encourage the twice a year inspection to keep your house and family efficient and safe.

Installation was easy. Guillermo, Omar, and Juan were professional, thorough, and very neat. They left our home just as they found it. We did not have to clean up after them. We were provided time to ask questions and were educated on how to maintain our new system.It is true that you get what you pay for. No more home warranty scammers for us.     I was impressed with the service about the unit I received. They were n both for the initial visit to look at my unit and then the second time to come install. They were punctual and sent me my alerts with pictures of the technician on their way.     It was early Saturday afternoon, and I noticed the house was getting warmer and warmer. Although the thermostat indicated cooling, the A/C was not running. Reset the circuit breakers, but no help. Was not sure if they would be open on a Saturday, but decided to give Beluga a call; they had installed my new unit almost two years ago. Sabrina answered the phone and told me that a technician could be there in about an hour. Everyone that I have ever dealt with from Beluga has always been very professional, and the technician that came to my home, Mason Lucas, was no different. We discussed the problem, and he asked me a few questions. After doing some troubleshooting, he found a bad contact relay; fortunately, he had a replacement inside his van. Besides having my A/C up and running within about an hour, what made Mason so outstanding was him taking the time to explain to me everything that he was doing, as well as why he was doing the various checks. A techie like me always appreciates the chance to learn something new! Even though the A/C was repaired, Mason took the time to check a few other things, as well as discuss maintenance with me.     We recently had the pleasure of working with Beluga Air for the installation of a new AC unit in at our residence. Guillermo and his partner from start to finish, did a great job and their professionalism and expertise were evident. They arrived on time, assessed the installation area, and provided clear and detailed explanations of the process. The installation itself was done with precision and attention to detail. The men ensured that the unit was properly installed and functioning optimally. They also took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving my home in pristine condition. I highly recommend Beluga Air for any AC installation needs.

    Called Beluga Air for some HVAC preventive maintenance before the summer heat returns. Used them before and they are a very organized company with professional HVAC technicians. Hector arrived to perform the A/C tune-up. He identified some issues with the system, that he recommended be repaired before they caused further problems. We scheduled the repairs for the following week and Brandon came and performed the repairs. Took pictures of the work as it was being done and shared with us via email. Both gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, did a thorough job, and answered any questions we had. Will definitely continue to use Beluga Air!
