I have had the pleasure of working with BCS Air Solutions many times over the last few years. With myself as the client this time, I was blown away by how much care went into taking care of us! From helping us navigate insurance, to helping us understand what was happening and walking us through everything we did (or didn’t) need, Coulter and his team were so helpful every step of the way! When I came home after install, I couldn’t even tell anyone had been there! Every team member I came in contact with was kind and considerate! I have been doing business with BCS Air Solutions since August, 2020 when I bought my home. They have serviced the AC and Heater for annual maintenance each year since then. I recently learned that it was time to replace the entire system and I naturally turned to them. BCS was very price competitive and I trust them implicitly so I chose to go with them. BCS removed my old system and replaced it with a new system, as defined in the specifications that I required, and I am very pleased. I trusted them to do the removal and installation without me being present at my home and they did a very professional job and were very respectful of my home and property.I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Weve had excellent service and recommendations for replacement but we needed to wait until we were able to purchase a replacement system. Once we made the decision to replace they scheduled it quickly and on time. We will continue to use BCS Air to maintain our new unit and happily recommend them.

We have had several amazing experiences with BCS Air Solutions. Coulter did our HVAC inspection before we closed on our home, we then had a full AC replacement done through them. Following that repair, we had an issue with our furnace the first day we used it, and they were at our home within 2 hours, on time, and prompt with the repair. We are so happy with the service and workmanship quality of this company!

After deciding to go with the Bryant Evolution variable stage I was expecting a few weeks for insulation, however 3 days later I was enjoying my new system. BCS air solution replace our HVAC unit this summer. Coulter and his team are extremely professional, responsive, and they are also very honest in doing business, which we appreciate a lot! We had a faulty new unit which resulted that our ceiling got flooded a little bit. Coulter and the team replaced the new unit for us and promptly took care of the ceiling issue. We really appreciate that they put customers as their priority and take care of our needs. Highly recommend!

Just replaced one of my HVAC systems. Great experience with BCS air. Showed up right on time. Had plenty of people. Wasn’t the easiest install because they had to use a pop up scuttle hole. They were very careful not to damage anything and were very conscientious about cleaning up. Very happy with everything. City inspector came this morning. No problems!

The folks at BCS Air Solutions were absolutely amazing. Our 20 year old system went out in the start of a cold front and Coulter helped find the perfect system for our home and even temporarily fixed out old one, free of charge, to work until the new system arrived. From start to finish, Coulter and his crew treated us like we were their only customer and took the time to go into detail about their entire process. Once the system arrived, the installation crew were quick and courteous. They will be our Go-To for now on.

Coulter and his crew did an outstanding job of installing two HVAC systems in our home, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The completed the installation in one day and promptly provided clean up on the stairs to our attic. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed maintenance or new installation. Their bid on the two systems was the lowest of the four bids we received and still they provided excellent service. We have lived in our home for nearly 30 years and have worked with a number of HVAC companies but BCS Air Solutions was by far the most superior in service.

In looking at cost of repairing the older unit which would also require a dehumidifier, I determined the best course of action would be to replace with a newer, mire energy efficient unit. Been in our new (to us) home about 2 months. Its Saturday - Texas A&M Graduation weekend and todays outdoor temp = 103 (111 w/ heat index). Went shopping & returned home to find house rather warm. By 5:30 pm, the indoor temp reads 85! Quick check reveals fan in the compressor unit not moving. A similar incident years ago in our previous home required us to find a hotel room for a night! This time, graduation weekend means no vacancies. Texted our realtor who gave us names of two companies they trust. We called both and left detailed messages. BCS Air Solutions got back to us within 45 minutes (the other company was quick too - about 20 minutes after Air Solutions). Riley arrived 15 minutes later. Amazing response time given I knew they had to be crazy busy. Riley was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to identify the problem (blown fuse) and repair it. He replaced frayed wiring and fuse, and got us going again. It is now 7:30 pm and I can feel the difference. Riley also recommended we plan to replace the unit within the next 2-3 years. His advice is identical to the home inspectors, which indicates honesty. The price was quite reasonable given it was a weekend and a last minute emergency call. Frankly, cheaper than a hotel room! I HOPE I dont have to use any AC repair service again, but if I do it will be BCS Air Solutions.

Air solutions installed new halo systems and new filters on our HVAC system. soon after, my wife and I experienced respiration problems, headaches and clogged sinuses. we thought the new HVAC installation might have something to do with it, so we contacted the company. Coulter, the Owner of the company, did not hesitate, but sent a team immediately to inspect and review the installation. It was done properly, and they showed us the details. Later, we figured out that our problem was hay fever from the recent extensive Mowing operation on State Highway 6. The company had NOT done anything wrong, but they were extremely responsive to check and make sure our system was working properly. We recently began construction on our bardominium and contacted three HVAC companies to provide us quotes on a new construction system (all duct work, etc). BCS Air Solutions was not the cheapest of the quotes we received but after considering all other factors we chose them because: 1) the experience we had when Kolter came to our home and began to look over environment (barndominium is a bit different than a traditional home) and discuss our options. He was really knowledgable about our specific situation and shared information freely. 2) the quote from BCS Air Solutions arrived within days. Kolter followed up to ensure I had received it. He was positive in our request for some negotiations and provided revised quotes quickly. 3) our research for social media sites and Google reviews regarding service (speed and price mainly) was with a few exceptions, highly positive.The install process was so professional (they cleaned !!! up all their mess) and fast - we had high expectations but they really exceeded them in this department.The system works great and we have no reason to expect anything less in the years to come.5 Stars for BCS Air Solutions from us - great job guys.
