Scott is incredibly knowledgeable! I had an AC issue, and he was able to diagnose and fix it in just half an hour. Its a new process for me to maintain the home 100% on my own. Scott educated me on how my particular unit should function, based on how it was installed, and he gave me excellent information to keep it running smoothly. Very happy with my experience. We called BALANCE Air Services after unsuccessfully being able to get another local business to follow through. After two weeks of feeling sweaty all the time, I was in the middle of preparing for an event - in our hot house - and lost my cool - literally and figuratively. My husband called Balance Air and within an hour Scott was at the house, diagnosed the problem (which was far different that the first “band-aid” assessment we received. He secured the parts and got us up and running. We were impressed with his knowledge (over 20 years) and how he was able to begin to diagnose the issue just by smell! Now that’s knowing your business. I’m writing this review in my nice cool home, and can assure you - we will never call anyone else.
